Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif d'injection de carburant pour un moteur à combustion interne à injection directe du carburant. Le dispositif d'injection de carburant selon l'invention comprend un carter (2) qui présente une extrémité (3) proche de la chambre de combustion orientée vers la chambre de combustion du moteur à combustion interne et dans lequel un élément soupape (8) peut faire un mouvement de va-et-vient. L'extrémité de l'élément soupape éloignée de la chambre de combustion est menée dans un élément de guidage (22) qui délimite une chambre de commande (20) radialement à l'intérieur et une chambre annulaire de guidage (24) radialement à l'extérieur. La chambre annulaire de guidage s'étend entre l'élément de guidage (22) et le carter (2) et est en liaison avec une source haute pression (26). Le dispositif d'injection de carburant selon l'invention comprend également un volume de stockage interne dans une chambre annulaire de soupape (28) qui s'étend entre l'élément soupape (8) et le carter (2). L'invention vise à créer un dispositif d'injection de carburant qui présente une longévité élevée et puisse être produit aisément et à bon marché. A cet effet, on place un ajutage de fermeture entre la chambre annulaire de guidage (24) et le volume de stockage interne dans la chambre annulaire de soupape (28).
