Abstract

본 발명은 신규한 1,4-디실라사이클로헥산 유도체 및 이의 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 4차 유기 포스포니움염 화합물을 촉매로 사용하여 불포화 이중결합을 갖는 비닐 실란 화합물과 유기 실란 화합물을 이중규소화 반응으로 육각형 고리의 1,4-디실라사이클로헥산 유도체를 고 수율로 제조하는 방법으로서, 본 방법에 따르면 한 분자 안에 실릴기를 세 개 갖는 트리스실릴에탄을 동시에 제조할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라, 반응 후 촉매의 회수가 가능하기 때문에 매우 경제적이고 유무기 하이브리드 물질의 전구체인 1,4-디실라사이클로헥산 유도체와 트리스실릴에탄을 대량 생산하는데 효과적이다.
