     前記決済装置は、前記電子マネー端末装置を介して前記決済用ICカードから読み取った決済情報に基づいて決済処理を行うとともに該決済処理が成立した場合に前記電子マネー端末装置を介して前記決済用ICカードに新たな決済情報を書き込ませる決済処理手段と、前記決済処理手段により決済処理が成立した場合に前記電子マネー端末装置に前記決済成立通知を送信する決済成立通知手段と、前記決済処理手段による決済処理に関する処理情報を前記通信ネットワーク以外の通信手段を含む通信経路で上位決済装置に通知する処理情報通知手段とを具備する
