[26] 在本实施例中, 当使用者在容器 1内放入要切碎的食物、 盖上容器盖组件并 旋动转动旋钮 3吋, 转动旋钮 3通过其内壁圆周上的齿条带动传动齿轮 41转动, 传动齿轮 41带动从动齿轮 42及从动轴 45转动, 而从动轴 45由于伸出容器盖组件 底面 22并与刀片组件 5活动连接, 于是, 其带动刀片组件 5转动, 开始切碎放在 容器 1内的食物。 同吋, 由于在上述容器 1内壁表面上的第一凸起 11及凹槽 12的 存在, 加大了容器 1内食物的摩擦力, 加上上述第四定位柱 13和第三凹陷 532的 存在, 使得刀片组件 5在转动吋不会产生位移, 所以其切碎食物的效果较好。 同 吋凹槽 12的存在使得其使用较为方便并可以增加切削速度。

权利要求书
1.
一种小型食物切碎器, 包括用于放置食物的容器、 位于所述容器中的可转 动的装有切削刀片的刀片组件、 位于所述容器上方且相对于所述容器不可 转动的容器盖组件, 所述容器盖组件包括顶面和底面; 还包括转动旋钮和 传动装置, 所述转动旋钮突出于所述容器盖组件顶面, 当其相对于所述容 器盖组件自由转动吋通过所述传动装置带动所述刀片组件旋转, 其特征在 于, 所述转动旋钮位于所述容器盖组件的偏心位置并固定在所述容器盖组 件顶面上; 所述传动装置固定在所述容器盖组件底面。
2.根据权利要求 1所述的小型食物切碎器, 其特征在于, 所述转动旋钮内壁 圆周上包括齿条; 所述传动装置包括传动齿轮、 从动齿轮和从动轴, 所述 传动齿轮固定在所述容器盖组件底面上, 分别与所述齿条和从动齿轮啮合
; 所述从动齿轮固定连接在所述从动轴上; 所述从动轴通过所述容器盖组 件底面中心位置的通孔伸出所述容器盖组件底面并活动连接在所述刀片组 件上。
3.根据权利要求 2所述的小型食物切碎器, 其特征在于, 所述容器内壁表面 包括至少一条沿所述容器顶部向其底部延伸的、 用于增加食物与所述刀片 之间阻力的第一凸起。
4.根据权利要求 3所述的小型食物切碎器, 其特征在于, 所述容器外表面包 括两个向内凹陷的、 用于在使用该小型食物切碎器吋供使用者用手固定该 切碎器的凹槽。
5.根据权利要求 4所述的小型食物切碎器, 其特征在于, 所述容器内壁表面 包括四条第一凸起, 所述四条第一凸起分为两组, 分别以所述凹槽为中心 对称分布。
6.根据权利要求 5所述的小型食物切碎器, 其特征在于, 所述转动旋钮中央 包括向其内部凸起的第一定位柱, 所述第一定位柱的末端被至少一个沿其 轴向的缺口分为多个固定弹片; 所述容器盖组件顶面上包括与所述转动旋 钮形状相适配的凹槽和与所述第一定位柱位置相适配的第一定位通孔; 所 述转动旋钮通过所述第一定位柱上的弹片和所述第一定位通孔的配合被固 定在所述容器盖组件顶面的凹槽内; 所述容器盖组件底面上包括第二定位 柱, 所述第二定位柱穿过所述传动齿轮的中心通孔, 固定所述传动齿轮。
7.根据权利要求 6所述的小型食物切碎器, 其特征在于, 所述容器盖组件底 面中心包括第二通孔, 所述第二通孔靠近所述容器一面的直径大于其另一 面的直径; 所述传动轴包括连接在一起的上、 下两部分, 其下部分包括六 边形的柱体, 其上部分包括与所述第二通孔靠近所述容器一面的直径适配 的圆柱体, 所述圆柱体还包括六边形的第二凹槽; 所述传动齿轮包括向所 述容器方向凸起的、 与所述第二凹槽相适配的第三定位柱; 所述从动轴、 从动齿轮和容器盖组件底面通过固定在所述第三定位柱和第二凹槽上的螺 钉连接在一起。
8.根据权利要求 7所述的小型食物切碎器, 其特征在于, 所述刀片组件包括 呈六边形柱体的中心轴和中空且其中心通孔形状与所述中心轴外形相适配 的、 套接在所述中心轴上的至少一个套接柱, 所述中心轴的底部包括尺寸 大于其轴体尺寸的台阶, 所述刀片一端开有与所述中心轴外形相适配的固 定孔, 并通过所述固定孔套接在所述中心轴上, 由所述套接柱固定在所述 中心轴的台阶和所述套接柱之间, 所述中心轴和所述套接柱通过贯穿所述 套接柱顶面并紧固在所述中心轴上的螺钉连接。
9.根据权利要求 8所述的小型食物切碎器, 其特征在于, 所述刀片包括第一 刀片和第二刀片, 所述套接柱包括第一套接柱和第二套接柱; 所述第一套 接柱与所述中心轴的台阶固定第一刀片; 所述第二套接柱与所述第一套接 柱固定第二刀片; 所述第一刀片和第二刀片套接在所述中心柱上的方向相 反。
10.根据权利要求 1 - 9任意一项所述的小型食物切碎器, 其特征在于, 所述 容器底部中央包括向所述容器盖组件方向凸起的第四定位柱, 所述中心轴 底面中央包括第三凹陷; 所述第四定位柱和第三凹陷相适配, 使所述中心 轴转动吋不会产生位移。
