为达到上述目的， 本发明提出一种具有中间层体的多层化妆品瓶体， 包含： 内瓶体， 该内瓶体为一中空壳体； 中间层体， 该中间层体为一中空壳体， 是装在 该内瓶体之外； 该中间层体为透明或半透明材廣所制成； 一外瓶体， 该外瓶体为 一中空壳体， 是装在该中间层体之外； 该瓶体包含一盖体； 以及其中该内瓶体与 外瓶体之间形成一空间， 该空间的宽度大于中间层体的宽度， 且该空间注入流体； 其中该中间层体的底部高于该外瓶体的底部， 且该内瓶体的底部高于该中间层体 的底部。

(3)、 将该内瓶体与该中间层体紧密贴合， 该外瓶体是装在该中间层体 11之 外， 且该外瓶体 12与该中间层体 1 1之间形成一外部空间 120 , 将流体注入该外 部空间 120, 形成一外流体层 4, 再套入该密封环 15即可， 即能够达到无法透视 瓶体及扩大内瓶容积的效果。
(4)、将该外瓶体 12与中间层体 1 1相互紧密贴合，且置于该内瓶体 10之外， 使得该内瓶体与中间层体之间形成一内部空间 1 10,，将流体注入该内部空间 1 10， 形成一内流体层 13, 再套入该密封环 15即可 (请参考图 5(A)及图 5(B))， 即能够 达到无法透视瓶体及扩大内瓶容积的效果。
上述为本发明中较佳实施例， 如依本发明的构想所做的改变， 其所产生的功 能、 作用仍未超过说明书与图式的精神， 一切应均在本创作的范围之内。

综上所述， 本案人性化的体贴设计， 相当符合实际需求。 其具体改进现有缺 失， 相较于现有技术明显具有突破性的进步优点， 确实具有功效的增进， 且非易 于达成。本案未曾公开或揭露于国内与国外的文献与市场上， 已符合专利法规定。
