本发明是关于一种串接结构。 背景技术
通过将两个框架进行轴接, 使该两个框架使用时可展开, 而在使用完毕得以进行收 折的结构, 在市场中已有不少的应用, 例如折叠式桌椅。
然后前述结构仅采用两个框架, 造型变化不大, 仅有展开与收折两个造型; 且该现 有结构的框架在收折时, 该两个框架会相互碰触, 不仅难以固定, 且凸出的边角也可能 意外伤人。 发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种串接结构, 其具有多元化的功能, 可应用在各种领 域, 特别是提供支架功能, 不仅具有支持力, 且更具有丰富的外型变化。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种串接结构,该串接结构在使用时可展开并变化外型, 在收纳时则可维持最小体积, 方便运送或收藏。
本发明的再一目的在于提供一种串接结构, 其结构单纯实用, 不易损坏, 可维持长 久的使用寿命。
为达到以上目的, 本发明是通过以下技术方案来实现的: 一种串接结构, 主要包括 有复数个的框架,各框架是由大而小依序串接完成,使任意的两相邻框架可以相对转动, 且在任意的两相邻框架中, 较小的框架可转动而收纳到较大框架的涵盖范围中, 该串接 结构的框架串接处则属于较为紧密的配合, 使任意的两相邻框架施力后可进行旋转, 但 放置时又具有足够的支持力。 因此, 使用者提取该串接结构的一端, 即可改变其整体造 型, 除非必要, 该造型是随机产生, 故有不确定的因素在其中, 使其具有赏玩的娱乐功 能。 但该串接结构也可用来放置其它物体, 并通过展开的框架提供支持, 适用在任何支 持结构上。
本发明与现有技术相比, 具有以下的优点: 将复数个框架予以串接, 各相邻框架之 间略有尺寸变化, 使较小的框架得以收入较大框架的涵盖范围中, 外表则保持平整, 方 便收纳与携行; 而多个框架的结合, 其造型可产生无穷的变化, 配合该结构提供的支持

具体实施方式
以下结合附图与具体实施方式对本发明做进一步的说明。
实施例- 请参阅图 1、 图 2所示, 本发明是提供一种串接结构, 该串接结构包括有复数个的 框架 1, 各框架 1是由大而小依序串接完成, 使任意的两相邻框架 1可以相对转动, 且 在任意的两相邻框架 1中, 较小的框架. lc可转动而收纳到较大框架 lb的涵盖范围中。 因此, 除了最外围的框架 la外, 其余框架得以依序收折到其较大的相邻框架中, 最后形 成只有最大框架 la尺寸的实体结构。 另外, 在任意的两相邻框架 1中, 较小框架 lc的 外缘尺寸接近较大框架 lb的内缘尺寸, 如此, 该串接结构在收折时可更为紧密, 也可在 有限的空间串接更多的框架。
请参阅图 3至图 6所示, 通过前述完成的串接结构, 使用者只要由提取一端动作, 即可因为复数个的串接结构而产生复杂的造型变化。 若此概念应用于玩具上, 即可成为 一种产生不规则外型的造型玩具, 使用者在操作时, 会产生无法预期的造型变化, 因而 得到赏玩的休闲乐趣。 更进一步, 由于本串接结构的变化丰富, 使用者可在娱乐中激发 灵感, 以活化脑部、 增加创意; 或者, 因使用者在把玩过程中活动手指, 可达到训练手 指活动的机能。
当然, 本发明也重视其实用性, 由于本发明的串接结构为一种支架结构, 可用来提 供实物的支持, 故凡需要支架固定的物体, 皆可采用本发明的结构。 如图 7所示, 该串 接结构的各相邻框架 1互呈垂直方向, 使其放置地面而形成一种座椅结构, 其水平面可 放置椅垫 2以供乘坐。 或如图 8所示, 该串接结构的前端连接一个灯具 3, 使该串接结 构形成一个灯具 3支架, 即成为一种台灯结构, 其支架部份则视需求可任意调整。 前述 两实施例仅为本发明的简单应用, 但并不限制本发明的应用范围。
为实现前述支架的功能, 该串接结构的框架 1串接处是属于较为紧密的配合, 使任 意的两相邻框架 1施力后可进行旋转, 但放置时又具有足够的支持力。 如图 9所示, 若 该框架 ld、 le为金属等硬质材料, 则本发明可在任意的两相邻框架 ld、 le串接处设置 转动轴 4, 该转动轴 4可采用螺杆构造, 其末端设置有螺纹 41, 使该转动轴 4自外侧的 框架 Id—端穿入,并锁固在内侧的框架 le上,使外侧的框架 Id可在转动轴 4上进行转 动。 而该转动轴 4在外侧的框架 Id外围设置有垫圈 42, 增加该转动轴 4与外侧的框架 Id之间的密合度与摩擦力, 使其具有前述所需的支持力。
又如图 10所示, 若该框架 1采用质软的塑胶等材料, 由于该类材料本身具有弹性, 故其转动轴 4设置例仅需在末端设置凸扣 43, 该凸扣 43以迫紧方式扣入该框架 1中, 即可形成适当的支持。 当然, 前述转动轴 4设计方式仅为两种等定的实施例, 实际应用 上, 凡可达成施力后可进行旋转, 但放置时又具有足够的支持力的结构, 皆在本发明的 专利范围中。
另外,本发明的外型不限于前述实施例的矩形,如图 11所示为不同造型的框架结构, 只要能实现框架串接并可转动收纳的几何造型结构, 例如圆形、 椭圆形、 U型等, 任何 可达成任意的两相邻框架相互串接, 并能将其中一个框架转动收入另一框架涵盖范围的 几何造型, 皆在本发明的专利范围中。
上列详细说明是针对本发明可行实施例的具体说明, 该实施例并非用以限制本发明 的专利范围, 凡未脱离本发明所为的等效实施或变更, 均应包含于本案的专利范围中。

权 利 要 求
1 . 一种串接结构, 其特征在于: 包括有复数个框架, 各框架由大而小依序串接并可 相对转动, 使在任意的两相邻框架中, 较小的框架可转动而收纳到较大框架的涵 盖范围中。
2. 如权利要求 1 所述的串接结构, 其特征在于: 在任意的两相邻框架中, 较小框架 的外缘尺寸接近于较大框架的内缘尺寸, 使该串接结构可在有限的空间串接更多 的框架。
3. 如权利要求 1 所述的串接结构, 其特征在于: 所述任意的两相邻框架串接处设置 有转动轴, 该转动轴与其中之一框架固定, 与另一框架则形成紧固的配合, 以形 成该两相邻框架施力后可相对旋转, 但放置时又具有足够的支持力的结构。
4. 如权利要求 1所述的串接结构, 其特征在于: 该框架的外型为矩形、 圆形、 椭圆形 或 U型。
5. 如权利要求 1所述的串接结构, 其特征在于: 还包括与所述框架连接的实体, 通过 所述串接的框架对该实体形成支持。
