拼接件 2的四个边 24的外侧具有多个交错设置拼接大突起 21和 拼接小突起 22, 拼接大突起 21和拼接小突起 22也是安装边的分布 交错设置, 一般情况下一个边设置拼接大突起 21, 相邻的边则设置 拼接小突起 22; 而且三角形的三个角上设置有拼接大突起 21或拼接 小突起 22。
拼接件 2的中间还设置有中部突起 26, 中部突起 26通过复数个 连接臂 25连接于侧边 24上。
图 8所示, 为本发明实施的第五种实现方式, 图中所示, 拼接件 2整体为圆形。
拼接件 2的两个主要侧面上, 都设置有拼接大突起 21和拼接小 突起 22, 其中拼接大突起 21和拼接小突起 22间隔设置, 一个拼接 大突起 21与两个拼接小突起 22相邻, 一个拼接小突起 22和两个拼 接大突起 21相邻。
同时, 在圆形的外缘, 具有连接突壁 23, 连接突壁 23将分布在 圆形外围的拼接大突起 21、 拼接小突起 22连接起来, 具有强化支撑 的作用。
圆形拼接件 2的边 24外侧上,间隔设置多个拼接大突起 21和拼 接小突起 22, 拼接大突起 21和拼接小突起 22交错排列。
拼接件 2的中间还设置有中部突起 26, 中部突起 26通过呈十字 形的连接臂 25连接于侧边 24上。
总之,拼接大突起和拼接小突起可以同时设置于拼接件 2的一个 表面, 也可以分别设置于不同的表面, 拼接大突起具有凹孔, 以与其 它的拼接件的拼接小突起进行拼接, 或者与杆状件 1进行拼接。
图 9为本发明组合使用时的使用方式一的结构示意图。
图中所示,杆状件 1和拼接件 2可以根据需要的组合形式进行拼 接, 譬如图 9中所示, 利用多个杆状件 1和拼接件 2搭建一个房屋形 状。
其中, 杆状件 1和拼接件 2都具有多个大突起和小突起, 利用这 些大突起和小突起, 还可以拼接其它的装饰物或者部件, 组合成多姿 多彩的结构形式。
图 10所示, 为本发明另一个具体实施的拼接组合方式, 在该方 式中, 杆状件 1和拼接件 2拼接组合成一个四方形框, 在该四方形框 的上部, 拼接件 2又插接有心形装饰品 3, 同样, 在杆状件 1上也可 以插接有圆形装饰品 4。 这说明, 杆状件 1和拼接件 2不仅可以自己之间自由组合, 还可 以拼接很多其它的物件或装饰品, 装饰品可以根据用户的需要制作, 如方形装饰品, 方形装饰品上可以标识不同的铭牌或产品 logo。
利用这种组合形式的玩具, 能够充分发挥人们的想像力和创造 力, 搭建自己想要的形状, 同时, 所组合的玩具又具有足够的体积, 使人们具有满足感和自豪感, 比功能块的玩具更具有组合效果, 且收 拢后, 杆状件 1和拼接件 2占用空间小, 能够放置于很小的空间内, 便于人们放置和携带。
总之, 以上所述, 仅为本发明的较佳实施例, 并非用来限定本发 明实施例的范围。 即凡依本发明申请专利范围所作的均等变化及修 饰, 皆在本发明的专利范围内。

1、 一种便于拼接的组合件, 其特征在于该组合件至少包括有拼 接件, 所述拼接件为框架形结构, 即具有框架形周壁, 其框架形周壁 上具有复数个突起和凹部,所述突起和凹部至少位于拼接件的三个或 三个以上的相邻外表面上, 或者位于拼接件的整个外表面上。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的便于拼接的组合件, 其特征在于一种便 于拼接的组合件, 其特征在于该组合件至少包括杆状件和拼接件, 所 示杆状件上至少设置有一个突起和凹部,所述的突起和凹部位于杆状 件的侧壁上; 所示拼接件具有复数个突起和凹部, 且所示拼接件上的 突起和凹部与杆状件上的凹部和突起大小对应。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的便于拼接的组合件, 其特征在于所述杆 状件和拼接件, 均具有复数个。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的便于拼接的组合件, 其特征在于所述杆 状件上的突起或凹部, 其周围设置有卡壁, 所述卡壁与突起或凹部间 具有间隙。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的便于拼接的组合件, 其特征在于所述突 起或凹部, 其横截面的形状为圆形、 方形、 三角形、 椭圆形、 五边形 以上的多边形。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的便于拼接的组合件, 其特征在于所述杆 状件的横截面为圆形、 三角形、 方形、 多边形、 星形、 十字形、 椭圆 形任意一种或几种的结合。
7、 如权利要求 1所述的便于拼接的组合件, 其特征在于所述拼 接件, 其主体为圆形、 三角形、 方形、 椭圆形、 五边形以上多边形、 O 2013/023444 权 利 要 求 书 PCT/CN2012/070040 轮形、 星形、 球形、 金字塔形的任意一种状; 且, 所述拼接件, 其外 表面的各个面上都设置有突起和凹部。
8、 如权利要求 1所述的便于拼接的组合件, 其特征在于所述拼 接件, 其为中空结构, 以减轻拼接件的总量, 便于维持拼接后结构的 稳定性。
9、 如权利要求 1所述的便于拼接的组合件, 其特征在于所述拼 接件, 其中间具有一凹部或突起, 其框架形周壁与凹部或突起通过连 接臂连接起来。
