CMMB广播信道帧由控制逻辑信道(简称控制信道)和业务逻辑信道(简 称业务信道)组成。 如图 1所示, CMMB广播信道的第 1个时隙 (时隙 0 ) 为控制逻辑信道, 用于传送控制信息; 其它时隙为业务逻辑信道, 用于传送 移动多媒体业务数据。

移动多媒体广播系统需要将解密解扰信息通过合适的传输通道传送给移 动终端, 移动终端使用解密解扰信息得到加密控制字对多媒体业务数据进行 解密, 从而可以正常使用多媒体广播业务。 解密解扰信息的传输方法有多种, 包括带外传输方法和带内传输方法。
传统的带外传输方法可以通过移动通信网络或宽带无线网络的传输通道 来传输解密解扰信息, 但是釆用这种方法需要增加业务的关联指示, 以便指 示传输的解密解扰信息将用于某个或者某类指定的多媒体业务, 这将增加带 宽的占用和系统的复杂度, 增加运营成本, 不利于移动广播网络的发展。

发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是, 克服现有技术的不足, 提供一种可减少 带宽占用、 降低移动多媒体广播终端复杂度的解密解扰信息的获取方法及装 置。
为了解决上述问题, 本发明提供一种终端获取解密解扰信息的方法, 移 动多媒体广播终端从节目的数据所在的复用子帧数据段中,根据 ECM数据单 元类型值识别并获取解密解扰信息中的 ECM数据;并从传输 EMM数据使用 的业务标识对应的复用子帧数据段中, 根据 EMM数据单元类型值识别并获 取 EMM数据。

本发明还提供一种移动多媒体广播终端的解密解扰信息获取装置, 包含 解密解扰信息读取单元; 该装置还包含标识读取单元; 其中:
所述标识读取单元用于读取并输出 ECM数据单元类型值和 EMM数据单 元类型值, 以及传输 EMM数据的业务标识;
所述解密解扰信息读取单元用于根据所述标识读取单元输出的所述 ECM数据单元类型值, 在节目的数据所在的复用子帧数据段中识别并获取 ECM数据; 根据所述标识读取单元输出的所述 EMM数据单元类型值, 从所 述 EMM数据的业务标识对应的复用子帧数据段中识别并获取 EMM数据。
此外, 所述标识读取单元还用于根据终端的条件接收系统标识符从加密 授权描述表中获取并输出对应的所述 ECM数据单元类型值和 EMM数据单元 类型值。
此外 , 所述标识读取单元还用于读取终端的条件接收系统标识符 , 并根 据终端的条件接收系统标识符从加密授权描述表中获取并输出对应的 ECM 传送方式标识;
所述解密解扰信息读取单元根据该 ECM传送方式标识获知需要在所述 节目的数据所在的复用子帧数据段中接收所述 ECM数据。
子帧头中的加密指示字段值和 ECM指示字段值;
所述解密解扰信息读取单元根据所述加密指示字段值获知所述节目是否 为加扰传输的节目, 根据所述 ECM指示字段值获知所述 ECM数据是否在该 复用子帧的数据段中传输。
釆用本发明的上述技术方案, 通过从待接收节目对应的复用子帧中获取 解密解扰信息中的 ECM数据, 省去了传输节目业务数据和 ECM数据之间的 关联信息和关联协议的解析, 并使用该关联关系获取对应的 ECM数据的操 作, 从而节约了移动多媒体广播网络的带宽资源, 同时也简化了移动多媒体 广播终端获取 ECM数据的操作, 减低终端的条件接受系统对终端资源的要 求。 附图概述

由于移动多媒体广播一个节目的数据封装在一个复用子帧中传输, 一个 复用子帧仅封装一个节目的数据, 也就是说节目和复用子帧间具有一一对应 的关系。 因此移动多媒体广播系统前端 (即发送端) 可以根据节目和复用子 帧之间的上述对应关系, 将一个节目加扰后的多媒体数据和对应的授权控制 信息( Entitlement Control Message , 简称 ECM )放在同一个复用子帧中传输; 对应地, 移动多媒体广播终端在同一个复用子帧中接收加扰后的多媒体数据 和对应的 ECM, 并结合其它解密解扰信息对多媒体数据进行解扰。
下面将结合附图和实施例对本发明进行详细描述。
图 3为复用子帧的结构示意图。 如图 3所示, 复用子帧由复用子帧头、 视频段、 音频段和数据段组成。 复用子帧头中包含: 复用子帧的头长度、 加 密指示、 ECM指示等字段, 多个完整的复用子帧组成复用帧后通过移动多媒 体广播信道发送给移动多媒体广播终端。
其中, 图 3中复用子帧头中的加密指示用于标识该复用子帧对应的节目 是否加密(加扰); ECM指示用于标识该复用子帧的数据段是否包含用于解 密解扰的 ECM数据。
图 4为本发明实施例移动多媒体广播终端获取解密解扰信息的方法流程 图。 如图 4所示, 该方法包含如下步骤:
401 :移动多媒体广播终端用户根据移动多媒体广播的节目单或电子业务 指南 (Electronic Service Guide, 简称 ESG ) , 选择待收看 (接收) 的节目, 并根据该节目的业务标识从业务配置表和复用配置表查找得到该节目所使用 的复用子帧;
402: 移动多媒体广播终端在控制信道获取加密授权描述表;
多媒体广播终端作为移动多媒体广播系统的核心组成部分, 为了正确接 收移动多媒体广播系统前端广播信道传输的多媒体业务数据, 通常需要正确 获取移动多媒体业务的解密解扰信息。 解密解扰信息主要包含: 授权管理信 息 ( Entitlement Management Message, 简称 EMM )和 ECM。
而为了获取 EMM和 ECM, 首先需要获取加密授权描述表, 加密授权描 述表是移动多媒体广播控制信息表中的一种, 根据表标识从控制信道识别并 获取。 加密授权描述表可以为一个或多个加密授权系统与传送流中的 EMM、 ECM建立关联。 加密授权描述表主要包含以下内容:
Table— ID (表标识号): 8位字段, 用于标识该控制信息表为加密授权描 述表;
Section— Length (段长度) : 16位字段, 包括表标识号, 不包括 CRC— 32 字段, 单位为字节;
Update— Number (更新序号 ): 4位字段,表示加密授权描述表更新序号。 当该加密授权描述表中的内容出现变化时, 加密授权描述表更新序号需要改 变以标识该变化。 更新序号在 0 ~ 15循环取值, 每次更新加 1;
Section— Number (段号) : 8位字段, 表示加密授权描述表段序号, 由 0 开始计数。
Section Quantity (段数量 ): 8位字段, 表示加密授权描述表分割的段数 量;
CA System ID (条件接收( Conditional Access, 简称 CA )系统标识符):
16位字段, 表示 CA系统的标识号, 不同的条件接收系统的终端具有不同的 CA系统的标识号;
Service— ID (业务标识): 16位字段,表示 EMM数据对应的业务标识号, CA系统的 EMM数据将在此业务标识对应的复用子帧中传输;
EMM— Data— Type ( EMM数据单元类型 ): 8位字段, 表示 EMM数据在 复用子帧中的数据单元类型;
ECM_Data_Type ( ECM数据单元类型) : 8位字段, 表示 ECM数据在 复用子帧中的数据单元类型;
ECM— Transfer— Type ( ECM传送方式):用于标识 ECM数据的传输方式; 其中:
00: 表示 ECM数据在对应的节目加扰数据的复用子帧数据段中传输; 01 - 11 : 保留。
CRC— 32: 32位字段, 包含 CRC ( Cyclic Redundancy Check, 循环冗余校 验)值。
403 : 获取到加密授权描述表后, 移动多媒体广播终端根据终端所属的
CA系统的 CA系统标识符(通常存储在条件接收卡中, 或者是默认的 CA系 统标识符 )在该表中获取对应的 EMM业务标识、 EMM数据单元类型、 ECM 数据单元类型和 ECM传送方式等字段;
其中, EMM数据单元类型字段用于标识 EMM数据, ECM数据单元类 型用户标识 ECM数据; 例如, EMM数据单元类型和 ECM数据单元类型可 以分别取值: 128, 129。
404: 移动多媒体广播终端根据 EMM业务标识从业务配置表和复用配置 表中查找 EMM数据所在的复用子帧, 并根据 EMM数据单元类型值在该复 用子帧中识别并获取 EMM数据;
EMM数据在相应复用子帧中的数据段中重复循环发送。
405:移动多媒体广播终端根据待接收节目对应复用子帧的子帧头中的加 密指示判断该节目是否加密, 如果是加密节目, 需要获取解密解扰信息来完 成对用户的授权;并根据该复用子帧头的 ECM指示字段判断该复用子帧数据 段是否有 ECM数据, 如果有, 则根据 ECM数据单元类型值识别并获取该复 用子帧中的 ECM数据;
当然,移动多媒体广播终端也可以根据加密授权描述表中的 ECM传送方 式字段判断该复用子帧数据段是否有 ECM数据。
406: 若该移动多媒体广播终端为所属 CA系统的授权用户终端, 则可以 使用 EMM和 ECM等解密解扰信息得到控制字,并使用控制字对节目的多媒 体数据进行解扰, 从而可以收视移动多媒体广播的节目; 而未授权移动多媒 体广播终端用户虽然可以获得 EMM和 ECM, 但无法利用 EMM和 ECM等 解密解扰信息得到控制字, 不能对节目的媒体数据进行解扰, 无法收看该节 。 利用 EMM和 ECM得到控制字的过程主要包含(以下过程涉及的具体细 节不在本发明的讨论范围之内) :
406a: 收到 EMM后移动多媒体广播终端使用个人识别码(通常存储在 条件接收卡中 )和 EMM数据解出中间密钥;
406b: 使用上述中间密钥和 ECM解出控制字;
407c: 把上述控制字送给解密解扰单元进行解扰操作。
图 5为本发明实施例移动多媒体广播终端的解密解扰信息获取装置结构 示意图。 如图 5所示, 该装置包含: 标识读取单元, 解密解扰信息读取单元; 其中:
标识读取单元, 用于: 从条件接收卡中读取终端所属的条件接收系统的标识符或者使用终端默 认的条件接收系统的标识符;
根据该标识符从加密授权描述表中读取并输出对应的 ECM数据单元类 型值、 EMM数据单元类型值、 EMM数据的业务标识、 ECM传送方式标识; 从待接收节目对应的复用子帧头中读取并输出加密指示字段和 ECM指 示字段。
解密解扰信息读取单元, 用于:
根据标识读取单元输出的加密指示字段获知待接收节目为加扰传输的节 目;
根据标识读取单元输出的 ECM指示字段或 ECM传送方式标识获知解密 解扰信息中的 ECM数据在待接收节目对应的复用子帧数据段中传输;
根据标识读取单元输出的 EMM数据的业务标识获知传输解密解扰信息 中的 EMM数据的复用子帧;
根据标识读取单元输出的 EMM数据单元类型值在相应的复用子帧中识 别并获取 EMM数据, 并将其输出到移动多媒体广播终端的解密解扰单元; 解密解扰单元使用 EMM数据和个人识别码解出中间密码; 根据标识读取单元输出的 ECM数据单元类型值在待接收节目对应的复 用子帧数据段中识别并获取 ECM数据,并将其输出到移动多媒体广播终端的 解密解扰单元,解密解扰单元使用 ECM数据和上述中间密码解出用于解扰的 控制字, 从而完成对节目的解密解扰。
工业实用性 本发明通过从待接收节目对应的复用子帧中获取解密解扰信息中的 ECM数据, 省去了传输节目业务数据和 ECM数据之间的关联信息和关联协 议的解析,并使用该关联关系获取对应的 ECM数据的操作,从而节约了移动 多媒体广播网络的带宽资源,同时也简化了移动多媒体广播终端获取 ECM数 据的操作, 减低终端的条件接受系统对终端资源的要求。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种终端获取解密解扰信息的方法,其特征在于,移动多媒体广播终 端从节目的数据所在的复用子帧数据段中,根据授权控制信息 ECM数据单元 类型值识别并获取解密解扰信息中的 ECM数据; 并从传输授权管理信息 EMM数据使用的业务标识对应的复用子帧数据段中,根据 EMM数据单元类 型值识别并获取 EMM数据。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的方法,其特征在于, 所述终端从移动多媒体广播 控制信道中接收加密授权描述表, 并根据终端的条件接收系统标识符从该表 中获取终端所属的条件接收系统的所述 ECM数据单元类型值、 EMM数据单 元类型值。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的方法,其特征在于, 所述终端从移动多媒体广播 控制信道中接收加密授权描述表, 并根据终端的条件接收系统标识符从该表 中获取所述传输 EMM数据使用的业务标识。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的方法,其特征在于, 所述终端从移动多媒体广播 控制信道中接收加密授权描述表, 并根据终端的条件接收系统标识符从该表 中获取对应的 ECM传送方式标识,并根据该方式标识获知需要在所述节目的 数据所在的复用子帧数据段中接收所述 ECM数据。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的方法, 其特征在于, 所述终端根据所述节目的 数据所在的复用子帧头的加密指示字段值获知所述节目是否为加扰的节目。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的方法,其特征在于, 所述终端根据所述节目的数 据所在的复用子帧头的 ECM指示字段值获知所述 ECM数据是否在该复用子 帧的数据段中传输。
7、 一种移动多媒体广播终端的解密解扰信息获取装置,包含解密解扰信 息读取单元; 其特征在于, 该装置还包含标识读取单元; 其中: 所述标识读取单元用于读取并输出 ECM数据单元类型值和 EMM数据单 元类型值, 以及传输 EMM数据的业务标识; 所述解密解扰信息读取单元用于根据所述标识读取单元输出的所述
ECM数据单元类型值, 在节目的数据所在的复用子帧数据段中识别并获取 ECM数据; 根据所述标识读取单元输出的所述 EMM数据单元类型值, 从所 述 EMM数据的业务标识对应的复用子帧数据段中识别并获取 EMM数据。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的装置,其特征在于, 所述标识读取单元还用于根 据终端的条件接收系统标识符从加密授权描述表中获取并输出对应的所述 ECM数据单元类型值和 EMM数据单元类型值。
9、 如权利要求 7所述的装置,其特征在于, 所述标识读取单元还用于读 取终端的条件接收系统标识符, 并根据终端的条件接收系统标识符从加密授 权描述表中获取并输出对应的 ECM传送方式标识;
所述解密解扰信息读取单元根据该 ECM传送方式标识获知需要在所述 节目的数据所在的复用子帧数据段中接收所述 ECM数据。
10、 如权利要求 7所述的装置, 其特征在于, 所述标识读取单元还用于 读取并输出所述节目的数据所在的复用子帧头中的加密指示字段值和 ECM 指示字段值;
所述解密解扰信息读取单元根据所述加密指示字段值获知所述节目是否 为加扰传输的节目, 根据所述 ECM指示字段值获知所述 ECM数据是否在该 复用子帧的数据段中传输。
