技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽缸头, 特别是涉及一种具有容积微调装置并可调整 内燃机燃烧室的具有容积微调装置的汽缸头。 背景技术
一般汽缸头在一侧面上形成一凹弧的燃烧室, 并设有数个通至该燃烧 室的气门, 其中, 该燃烧室的容积大小多为固定, 并容积大小配应于所使 用汽油的压缩比而设计, 若使用者欲改变燃烧室内的压缩比, 则需藉由改 变燃烧室的容积大小来达到该目的, 最常使用的方式为挖除该燃烧室的部 分体积, 使得该燃烧室的容积增加, 另若欲减少该燃烧室的容积, 则需要 在该燃烧室中增设物件以缩减容积大小, 但是所增设的物件可能因固定不 稳固而掉落, 导致汽缸头的气门撞击掉落的物件而受损, 又用于缩减容积 大小的物件所设置的位置亦相当重要, 要避免运作中的气门撞击到, 由于 缩减该燃烧室容积大小的方式容易发生损坏气门的情形, 故通常使用增加 该燃烧室容积的方式来改变燃烧室的压缩比。
但调整该燃烧室容积的过程中, 需要不断的拆组汽缸头来调整, 过程 相当繁复, 且一旦该燃烧室调整后的容积过大, 则无法补救, 必须更换另 一汽缸头, 导致成本增加, 因此调整燃烧室容积的过程大多需要经验老道 的技术人员来操作, 其所需的技术性门槛高, 而调整过程也较为麻烦。
由此可见, 上述现有的汽缸头在结构与使用上, 显然仍存在有不便与 缺陷, 而亟待加以进一步改进。 为了解决上述存在的问题, 相关厂商莫不 费尽心思来谋求解决之道,但长久以来一直未见适用的设计被发展完成,而 一般产品又没有适切结构能够解决上述问题, 此显然是相关业者急欲解决 的问题。 因此如何能创设一种新型结构的具有容积微调装置的汽缸头,实属 当前重要研发课题之一, 亦成为当前业界极需改进的目标。
有鉴于上述现有的汽缸头存在的缺陷, 本发明人基于从事此类产品设 计制造多年丰富的实务经验及专业知识, 并配合学理的运用, 积极加以研 究创新, 以期创设一种新型结构的具有容积微调装置的汽缸头, 能够改进 一般现有的具有容积 ^敫调装置的汽缸头, 使其更具有实用性。 经过不断的 研究、 设计,并经过反复试作样品及改进后, 终于创设出确具实用价值的本 发明。 发明内容 本发明的主要目的在于, 克服现有的汽缸头存在的缺陷, 而提供一种 新型结构的具有容积微调装置的汽缸头, 所要解决的技术问题是使其降低 以往调整内燃机燃烧室容积所需要的高技术性门槛, 以及简化调整的繁复 性, 非常适于实用。
本发明的目的及解决其技术问题是采用以下技术方案来实现的。 依据 本发明提出的一种具有容积微调装置的汽缸头, 其包含有一本体, 该本体 一侧面形成一燃烧室, 其中该本体上设有至少一通至该燃烧室的穿孔, 并 于穿孔中组设一容积微调装置, 该容积微调装置具有一可在穿孔中调整定 位的调整件。
本发明的目的及解决其技术问题还可采用以下技术措施进一步实现。 前述的具有容积救调装置的汽缸头, 其中所述的穿孔内壁面上设有螺 紋部 , 相对应的调整件为一与螺纹部相螺合的螺杆。
前述的具有容积 调装置的汽缸头, 其中所述的穿孔在该本体上形成 一大开口以及一小开口, 该大开口形成于该燃烧室的内壁面上, 该小开口 位于该燃烧室的外壁面上。
前述的具有容积微调装置的汽缸头, 其中所述的汽缸头进一步在该调 整件上增设一固定件, 并邻近于该小开口处。
前述的具有容积微调装置的汽缸头, 其中所述的汽缸头进一步在该固 定件及该小开口处增设一耐高温的垫片。
本发明与现有技术相比具有明显的优点和有益效果。 由以上技术方案 可知,为达到上述目的, 本发明所设计的具有容积^:调装置的汽缸头, 其包 含有一本体, 该本体一侧面形成一燃烧室其中, 该本体设有至少一穿孔通 至该燃烧室, 并于穿孔中设置一容积微调装置, 该容积微调装置具有一可 在穿孔中调整定位的调整件。
借由上述技术方案, 本发明具有容积微调装置的汽缸头至少具有下列 优点及有益效果: 本发明具有容积微调装置的汽缸头利用调整件控制穿孔 与该燃烧室的相连通容积大小, 进而控制该燃烧室的总容积, 让使用者可 以依照所需要的压缩比而进行调整该燃烧室的动作, 可于引擎运转的同时 便可调整该调整件的位置, 不需要反复地将该汽缸头拆组调整, 又可相当 便利地将该燃烧室总容积做增加、 缩减, 因此本发明具有容积微调装置的 汽缸头对于调整该燃烧室总容积具有相当的便利性及实用性。
综上所述, 本发明具有上述诸多优点及实用价值, 其不论在产品结构 或功能上皆有较大的改进, 在技术上有显著的进步, 并产生了好用及实用 的效果, 且较现有的汽缸头具有增进的突出功效, 从而更加适于实用, 并 具有产业的广泛利用价值, 诚为一新颖、 进步、 实用的新设计。
上述说明仅是本发明技术方案的概述, 为了能够更清楚了解本发明的 技术手段, 而可依照说明书的内容予以实施, 并且为了让本发明的上述和 其他目的、 特征和优点能够更明显易懂, 以下特举较佳实施例, 并配合附 图,详细说明如下。 附图的简要说明

为更进一步阐述本发明为达成预定发明目的所釆取的技术手段及功 效,以下结合附图及较佳实施例, 对依据本发明提出的具有容积微调装置的 汽缸头其具体实施方式、 结构、 特征及其功效, 详细说明如后。
请参阅图 1、 图 2所示,为本发明具有容积微调装置的汽缸头的一较佳 实施例,其包括有一本体 1 0,并在其一侧面设有一凹弧状的燃烧室 11,且 该燃烧室 1 1中设有多个气门口, 该本体 1 0进一步设有多个气门 1 2于 该燃烧室 1 1的气门口处, 并控制该燃烧室 1 1的进 /排气。
其中, 该本体 1 0上设有至少一穿孔 2 1并通至该燃烧室 1 1中,且在 该本体 1 0上形成一大开口 2 3以及一' j、开口 2 4,该大开口 2 3位于该 燃烧室 1 1的内壁凹弧面上并落于两相邻气门 1 2之间,而该小开口 2 4 成形于该燃烧室 1 1的外壁面上,每一穿孔 2 1可设为一螺孔, 或于其内壁 面上设有螺纹部 2 5 ,该螺紋部 2 5可以布设于整段穿孔的内侧壁面或形 成于部分内侧壁面上,另该本体 1 0于每一穿孔 2 1中組设一容积微调装 置 2 0 ,该容积微调装置 2 0包括有一可于穿孔 2 1中调整定位的调整件 2 2 ,进一步可调整与该燃烧室 1 1相连通的穿孔 2 1容积大小,此外,所 述的调整件 2 2可以为一与该螺纹部 2 5相螺合的螺杆,或可为一杆体,而 该杆体上设有与该螺纹部相螺合的螺接部, 其中, 每一调整件 2 2皆具有 适当长度, 以防止调整件 2 2过于伸入该燃烧室 1 1中, 避免运作中的气 门 1 2撞击到调整件 2 2而损伤的情形发生。 上述中, 该汽缸头进一步于该调整件 2 2上增设一固定件 2 6 , 该固 定件 2 6邻近于该小开口 2 4处, 并可固定该调整件 2 2于该穿孔 2 1中 的相对位置, 又可进一步增设一耐高温的垫片 2 7于该固定件 2 6与该小 开口 2 4之间, 加强该调整件 2 2与该穿孔 2 1的气密关系, 其中该垫片 2 7可以为金属、 陶瓷、 石墨等耐高温材质所制成的垫片 2 7 , 此外, 本 发明尚可于所述的穿孔 2 1中组设一气密件, 防止该燃烧室 1 1内的气体 自该穿孔 2 1与该调整件 2 2的间隙逸出。
使用者可以利用手工具旋动调整件 2 2以伸入或远离该燃烧室 1 1的 方向调整定位, 若调整件 2 2伸入该燃烧室 1 1 , 则该燃烧室 1 1的总容 积变小, 又调整件 2 2的移动方向是远离该燃烧室 1 1时, 与该燃烧室 1 1相连通的穿孔容积增加, 则该燃烧室 1 1的总容积亦相对增加, 如此使 用者可以于该引擎运作的同时, 进行该燃烧室 1 1容积的调整。
综上所述, 本发明具有容积微调装置的汽缸头可以有效地藉由该容积 啟调装置 2 0调整该燃烧室 1 1的总容积大小, 并且该容积^:调装置 2 0 降低了以往调整该燃烧室 1 1容积所需要的高技术性门槛, 亦简化调整容 积的繁复过程及步骤, 且可以顺利地达到调整该燃烧室 1 1总容积缩小的 目的, 故本发明具有容积微调装置的汽缸头更具实用性以及便利性。 工业应用性
使用者可藉由移动调整件来控制穿孔与该燃烧室相连通的容积多寡,进 一步依照所需的压缩比调整该燃烧室容积的增减, 该容积微调装置简化以 往该燃烧室调整容积的繁复性, 提高调整燃烧室容积大小的便利性。
以上所述, 仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已, 并非对本发明作任何形式 上的限制, 虽然本发明已以较佳实施例揭露如上, 然而并非用以限定本发 明,任何熟悉本专业的技术人员, 在不脱离本发明技术方案范围内,当可利 用上述揭示的技术内容作出些许更动或修饰为等同变化的等效实施例,但 凡是未脱离本发明技术方案内容, 依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所 作的任何简单修改、 等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。

1、 一种具有容积微调装置的汽缸头, 其包含括有一本体, 该本体一侧 面形成一燃烧室,其特征在于该本体上设有至少一通至该燃烧室的穿孔,并 于穿孔中組设一容积微调装置, 该容积微调装置具有一可在穿孔中调整定 位的调整件。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的具有容积微调装置的汽缸头, 其特征在于其 中所述的穿孔内壁面上设有螺纹部 , 相对应的调整件为一与螺纹部相螺合 的螺杆。
3、 根据权利要求 1所述的具有容积微调装置的汽缸头, 其特征在于其 中所述的穿孔在该本体上形成一大开口以及一小开口, 该大开口形成于该 燃烧室的内壁面上, 该小开口位于该燃烧室的外壁面上。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的具有容积微调装置的汽缸头,其特征在于其 中所述的汽缸头进一步在该调整件上增设一固定件,并邻近于该小开口处。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的具有容积 调装置的汽缸头, 其特征在于其 中所述的汽缸头进一步在该固定件及该小开口处增设一耐高温的垫片。
