Abstract

Selon l’invention, tout en prenant des mesures de coordonnées X-Y pour déterminer l’emplacement d’un point de contact sur un écran tactile, un circuit de dispositif de commande entraîne l’écran tactile avec une tension sélectionnable. Des tensions émises de l’écran tactile sont converties par un CAN dans les valeurs de coordonnée X et coordonnée Y. Le CAN a une gamme de tensions d’entrée convertible. Si seulement une faible résolution de détection d’écran tactile est requise, alors la tension avec laquelle l’écran tactile est attaqué est rendue sensiblement inférieure à la gamme de tensions d’entrée convertible. Seule une partie de la gamme d’entrées convertible est utilisable, mais ceci est adéquat pour l’application et la consommation d’énergie est réduite. Si une résolution supérieure de détection d’écran tactile est requise, alors l’écran tactile est attaqué à l’aide d’une tension supérieure. La consommation d’énergie est accrue, mais une grande partie ou la totalité de la gamme des tensions d’entrée convertible du CAN est ensuite utilisable.
