Abstract

L’invention concerne des équipements de commerce et peut s’utiliser pour la distribution de bière ou d’autres boissons à partir de récipients isobariques. Le dispositif comprend une conduite d’alimentation destinée à être raccordée à une tuyauterie d’amenée de gaz à partir d’une source de pression, une conduite d’alimentation destinée à être raccordée à la tuyauterie d’amenée de boisson à partir d’un récipient isobarique, une cavité ouverte du côté de l’extrémité inférieure du corps et reliée par une conduite d’évacuation aux canaux d’amenée de gaz et de boisson via un robinet à trois positions destiné au raccordement en série d’une des conduites d’amenée à la conduite d’évacuation, ou au débranchement de toutes les conduites. Le bloc de suppression de mousse se présente comme un ajutage possédant un canal axial traversant et un partie cylindrique, avec un canal d’évacuation vissable et à sa surface extérieure. Le dispositif possède un bloc de fixation du goulot de la bouteille et une vanne à étranglement qui est reliée par sa conduite d’entrée à l’axe traversant de la conduite de l’ajutage. Le robinet à trois positions est disposé à l’intérieur de la cavité du corps qui possède trois chambres annulaires disposées en série.
