  • both are moulded with respective decorations and hence thermoformed to form two half-shells that are joined from opposite parts to the plate, in such case formed on both faces with respective protruding peripheral edges couplable with the projecting perimeter edges of the two half-shells.
  • the method according to the invention can in such case be used for example for manufacturing a puppet or animated robot. Items made following the method according to the invention are manufacturable in a particularly inexpensive manner and they are also considerably lighter with respect to the ones made by means of the current injection moulding technologies.

  • the subsequent step consists in thermoforming the sheet thus moulded in such a manner to obtain a half- shell 1 whose configuration corresponds to that of the toy automobile body.
  • the decoration previously painted on the sheet before its thermoforming shall be arranged on the internal surface of the half-shell 1.
  • the half-shell 1 is thermoformed in such a manner to have, along its perimeter, a peripheral edge 2 projecting outwards.
  • a generally flat plate 3 is prearranged, also made of plastic material and for example made by means of injection moulding, in such a manner to have a substantially rigid configuration.
  • the plate 3 is formed, on its upper surface, with a protruding peripheral edge 4 projecting upwards and complementary to the projecting perimeter edge 2 of the half-shell 1.

L'invention porte sur un procédé pour fabriquer un jouet réalisé en matière plastique, lequel procédé inclut le thermoformage d'au moins une feuille sur une face sur laquelle une déclaration est imprimée, de façon à former au moins une demi-coque correspondante (1) comportant un bord périphérique saillant (2) pouvant être couplé à un bord périphérique saillant (4) d'une plaque réalisée en matière plastique moulée (3) comportant un mécanisme de motorisation ou d'animation (5) pour le jouet. La décoration imprimée est visible depuis l'extérieur de la demi-coque (1).
