装饰器具是现代社会常见的物品。 在书展览会、 商业广场、 体育馆等 场所, 经常可以见到临时或固定设置的各种装饰器具。
现有的装饰器具, 比如雕塑或类似雕塑等的固定装饰品, 其只具有 静态的立体视觉观赏效果; 并且, 当夜晚时分, 其装饰效果在没有灯光 照射下将十分有限。
现有的装饰器具, 比如射灯或类似射灯等的灯光饰品, 其能够在夜 晚或光线较弱的环境下发挥静态或动态的光照装饰效果, 但是在白天却 作用有限。
现有的装饰器具, 比如液晶或 LED显示屏等装饰品, 其具有播放视 频画面的平面装饰效果, 但是缺乏动态运动和立体视觉的装饰效果。
现有的装饰器具, 比如音乐喷泉或类似音乐喷泉等的装饰品, 其可 以实现动态运动和立体视觉的观赏效果, 并且, 辅助以射灯等的灯光饰 品, 可以实现全天候的装饰效果, 但是, 这种装饰器具只能固定设置, 不能移动至其他地方使用, 因此运用成本较高。 发明内容
本发明的目的, 在于解决现有技术中的装饰器具不能兼顾静态效果 和动态效果, 平面视觉和立体视觉, 白天适用和夜晚适用, 以及固定设 置和移动设置等问题, 而提供一种新型的装置模块, 以及由很多个装饰 模块所构成的装饰装置。
本发明的装饰模块是这样实现的:
一种装饰模块, 具有柱状结构, 其特征在于, 包括了设置在柱状模 块顶端的装饰单元, 连接装饰单元并带动装饰单元运动的机械运动单 元, 驱动机械运动单元运动的动力单元, 以及连接动力单元并控制动力 单元工作的动力控制单元。
优选实施方式是,所述装饰单元是大功率 LED灯, 白炽灯或节能灯; 或者, 是前述灯具与物理装饰物的组合。
优选实施方式是, 所述物理装饰物垂直于所述柱状装饰模块轴向的 表面可以是正方形, 六角形, 圆形。
优选实施方式是, 所述装饰单元是 LED显示模块。
优选实施方式是, 还包括了显示控制单元。
优选实施方式是, 所述装饰模块包含了两个或两个以上的分别与所 述装饰单元活动连接的机械运动单元。
优选实施方式是, 所述机械运动单元是一种气缸式结构, 包括了中 空柱状的外壳, 设置在外壳内腔中的中空基座, 以及与所述外壳内腔的 顶端固定连接, 并沿柱状外壳的轴向伸入所述基座中空空间的传动螺 杆; 所述装饰单元设置在所述柱状外壳的顶端; 所述动力单元是一固定 设置在所述基座中空空间内, 并与所述传动螺杆螺紋连接的线性马达; 所述动力控制单元是一变频器。
优选实施方式是, 所述机械运动单元是一种气缸式结构, 包括了中 空柱状的外壳, 设置在外壳内腔中的中空基座, 以及与所述外壳内腔的 顶端固定连接, 并沿柱状外壳的轴向伸入所述基座中空空间的传动螺 套; 所述装饰单元设置在所述柱状外壳的顶端; 所述动力单元是一固定 设置在所述基座中空空间内的传动马达, 所述传动马达固定连接有一根 与所述传动螺套螺紋连接的传动螺杆; 所述动力控制单元是一变频器。
优选实施方式是, 所述机械运动单元是一种气缸式结构, 包括了中 空柱状的外壳, 设置在外壳内腔中的中空基座, 以及设置在基座中空空 间内的一气压抬升装置; 所述气压抬升装置的上端紧抵所述外壳内腔的 顶端, 下端紧抵所述基座中空空间的底部; 所述装饰单元设置在所述柱 状外壳的顶端; 所述动力单元是一设置在机械运动单元的外部, 给所述 气压抬升装置供气的气压机; 所述动力控制单元是一电控气动阀。 本发明的装饰装置是这样实现的:
一种装饰装置, 包括了两个或两个以上前述的装饰模块, 其特征在 于, 还包括了主控电脑和控制分配单元; 所述控制分配单元的一端连接 每个装饰模块的动力控制单元, 另一端连接主控电脑。
优选实施方式是, 还包括了数据分配器; 所述数据分配器的一端连 接每个控制分配单元, 另一端连接主控电脑。
优选实施方式是, 所述控制分配单元是一多路变频信号发生器。 实施本发明的装饰模块及其装饰装置, 静止状态的装饰模块, 特别 是包含有多个装饰模块的装饰装置可以排列出不同的立体形状, 实现静 态的观赏效果; 或者, 启动动力单元, 在主控电脑的控制下, 每个装饰 模块将单独的作出伸縮式的机械运动, 由此, 很多个置于装饰模块顶端 的装饰单元将组成一个立体运动着的表面, 实现动态且立体的观赏效 果; 如果装饰单元是 LED显示模块, 辅以显示控制单元, 则前述立体运 动着的表面还可以同时播放文字或视频; 由于装饰单元可以是物理装饰 物和大功率 LED灯等发光照明体的组合, 因此, 白天和夜晚均适用; 并 且, 如果运用有显示控制单元, 则还可以控制这些发光照明体的或明或 灭, 或者光照亮度的渐变等, 可以进一步的增强本发明装饰装置的装饰 效果; 单个的装饰模块, 以及由多个装饰模块所组成的装饰装置, 既可 以固定设置在某个需装饰布置的场所, 也可以拆卸后移动至其他场所使 用, 实用效率较好。 附图说明

下面, 结合附图和实施例对本发明的装饰模块和装饰装置作进 的详细说明。
如图 1所示, 本发明的一种装饰模块, 具有柱状结构, 其特征在于, 包括了设置在柱状模块顶端的装饰单元 1, 连接装饰单元并带动装饰单 元运动的机械运动单元 2, 驱动机械运动单元运动的动力单元 (图中未 示出), 以及连接动力单元并控制动力单元工作的动力控制单元 (图中 未示出)。
实施例一:
如图 2所示, 装饰模块的机械运动单元是一种类似气缸样式结构, 包括了中空柱状的外壳 21, 设置在外壳内腔中的中空基座 22, 以及与 外壳内腔的顶端固定连接, 并沿柱状外壳的轴向伸入基座中空空间的传 动螺杆 211 ; 外壳 21可以与基座 22之间上下机械运动; 这种机械运动 由动力单元 3启动: 动力单元 3是一个固定设置在基座中空空间内, 并 与传动螺杆 211螺紋连接的线性马达 31 ; 则当马达正转或反转时, 将带 动传动螺杆 211上下伸縮, 而传动螺杆将带动外壳沿基座作上下的机械 运动; 如果此时的动力控制单元是一变频器, 即变频器将进一步的控制 马达的转速, 则外壳 21沿基座 22作出的上下机械运动将是一种受变频 器变频信号控制的运动, 即既控制了外壳向上或向下运动的方向, 也控 制了外壳向上或向下运动的速度。 如此, 本发明的柱状装饰模块成为一 种受变频信号控制而能作出相应机械伸縮运动的装饰装置。
如图 2所示, 装饰单元 1设置在柱状外壳 21的顶端, 并有一根数据 和电源综合电缆 11穿过柱状外壳 21的顶端, 与装饰单元 1相连接。 如 果将两个或两个以上的前述装饰模块以较近的距离排布在一起, 则, 两 个或两个以上的装饰单元就可以构成这个装饰装置的装饰平面:如图 3A 所示, 本发明的一个实施例, 由 100个装饰模块以较近的距离排布在一 起组成了一个本发明的装饰装置, 则 100个装饰单元 1就构成了一个装 饰平面。 如果辅以可以发出变频信号的控制分配单元, gp, 控制分配单 元是一种多路变频信号发生器, 则使得连接在控制分配单元上的每个装 饰模块能独立的依据其接收到的变频信号, 作出上下伸縮的机械运动; 从而, 前述装饰装置的装饰平面就可以表现出无规则的凸起运动, 或有 规则的波浪起伏运动等的装饰效果, 如图 3B所示。 而使得装饰装置的 装饰平面产生这些动态运动观赏效果的, 是后台设置的一台主控电脑, 即其工作流程是: 如图 4所示, 首先, 主控电脑 4的程序向控制分配单 元 41 发出每个装饰模块的独立运动指令; 其次, 由控制分配单元向每 个装饰模块的动力控制单元, 即变频器 (图中未示出) 发出相应的变频 信号; 再次, 每个装饰模块的线性马达受其变频器的控制, 提供相应转 动方向和转动速度的动力; 这些受主控电脑程序控制的动力, 通过传动 螺杆的传动, 最终表现为多个装饰模块的装饰单元 1所构成装饰平面的 动态运动效果。
如图 3A所示, 本发明的一个实施例, 由 100个装饰模块以较近的距 离排布在一起,组成了一个本发明装饰装置的装饰平面。在这种情形下, 由于 100个装饰单元的控制相对复杂, 因此, 在如图 4的基础上, 如图 5所示, 在主控电脑 4和控制分配单元 41之间, 还设置有数据分配器 42。 由数据分配器 42向控制分配单元 41下发运动控制指令; 再由一个 个的控制分配单元 41 分别管理与其相连接的装饰模块, 比如, 由一个 控制单元管理如图 3A所示的一行 10个的装饰模块。
在本发明的一种优选实施方式中, 装饰单元 1是大功率 LED灯, 白 炽灯或节能灯等的光照器具; 则在主控电脑程序的控制下, 装饰单元的 照明灯具就能够作出或上或下, 或快或慢的机械伸縮运动, 成为一种具 有机械动态效果的光照装饰装置; 或者, 装饰单元是前述灯具与物理装 饰物的组合, 比如, 将灯具设置在物理装饰物的中央, 而这些物理装饰 物还具有垂直于所述柱状装饰模块轴向的正方形, 六角形或圆形等形状 的表面, 如图 6A、 6B和 6C所示, 则即便是在白天等周围光线较强的 环境下, 由本发明的很多个装饰模块所组成的装饰平面一样可以产生动 态的视觉观赏效果。 如此, 本发明的装饰模块及其装饰装置可以实现全 天候的适用,发挥其新颖的装饰效果。在本发明的一个优选实施方式中, 对前述的这些光照器具还连接有显示控制单元, 比如, 这种显示控制单 元可以是一种开关控制电路, 或者, 是一种亮度调节电路, 又或者, 是 一种由主控电脑的程序所控制的显示控制单元, 则, 本发明的装饰模块 及其装饰装置还可以进一步的发挥出光照变化的装饰效果。 如果将此处 的显示控制单元与前述的控制每个装饰模块机械运动的主控电脑程序 相结合, 则可以进一步的实现机械运动与光照变化的同步, 非常具有动 感, 装饰效果将得以进一步的提升。
在本发明的另一种优选实施方式中,所述装饰单元是 LED显示模块。 LED显示模块是现在 LED市场上常见的标准件, 其多个组合使用, 并 在显示控制单元的控制下, 可以构成一个 LED图像显示屏。 如上所述, 以及如图 6A、 6B和 6C所示的, 多个装饰模块以较近的距离排布在一 起, 构成的装饰装置的装饰平面, 又成为了一个图像显示屏; 在装饰模 块机械运动所实现的动态视觉效果的基础上, 又增加了图像显示或视频 播放效果; 如果将此处的显示控制单元与前述的控制每个装饰模块机械 运动的主控电脑程序相结合, 则可以进一步的实现机械运动与视频播放 的同步, 非常具有动感, 装饰效果将得以进一步的提升。 实施例二:
如图 7所示, 装饰模块的机械运动单元是一种类似气缸样式结构, 包括了中空柱状的外壳 21, 设置在外壳内腔中的中空基座 22, 以及与 外壳内腔的顶端固定连接, 并沿柱状外壳的轴向伸入所述基座中空空间 的传动螺套 212; 外壳 21可以与基座 22之间上下机械运动; 这种机械 运动由动力单元 3启动: 动力单元 3是一个固定设置在基座中空空间内 的转动马达 31, 该转动马达 31固定连接有一根与所述传动螺套 212螺 紋连接的传动螺杆 213; 则当马达 31 正转或反转时, 将带动传动螺杆 213转动, 而传动螺杆将带动传动螺套 212上下伸縮, 即外壳将沿基座 作上下的机械运动; 如果此时的动力控制单元是一变频器, 即变频器将 进一步的控制马达的转速, 则外壳 21沿基座 22作出的上下机械运动将 是一种受变频器变频信号控制的运动, 即既控制了外壳向上或向下运动 的方向, 也控制了外壳向上或向下运动的速度。 如此, 本发明的柱状装 饰模块成为一种受变频信号控制而能作出相应机械伸縮运动的装饰装 置。 如图 7所示, 装饰单元 1设置在柱状外壳 21的顶端, 并有一根数 据和电源综合电缆 11穿过柱状外壳 21的顶端, 与装饰单元 1相连接。
显然, 在本实施例中, 可以与实施例一一样: (1 ) 将两个或两个以 上的本实施例的装饰模块以较近的距离排布在一起, 构成一个大型的装 饰装置, 从而形成一个的大型的装饰平面; (2) 辅以可以发出变频信号 的控制分配单元, gp, 控制分配单元是一种多路变频信号发生器, 则使 得连接在控制分配单元上的每个装饰模块能独立的依据其接收到的变 频信号, 作出上下伸縮的机械运动; 从而, 装饰装置的装饰平面就可以 表现出无规则的凸起运动, 或有规则的波浪起伏运动等的装饰效果, 如 图 3B所示; (3 ) —样可以采用主控电脑和控制分配单元, 或进一步的 使用数据分配器, 对由很多个装饰模块所组合构成的装饰装置进行程序 化的控制, 如图 4和图 5所示; (4)一样可以采用大功率 LED灯, 白炽 灯或节能灯等的灯具作为装饰单元, 或者, 将前述灯具设置在具有正方 形、 六角形、 圆形等多种形状的物理装饰物的中央, 组合运用作为装饰 单元, 如图 6A、 6B和 6C所示, 实现全天候的工作; 同时, 也可实现 机械运动与光照变化的动态装饰效果; (5 )—样可以采用 LED显示模块 作为装饰单元, 实现机械运动和视频播放的动态效果。 实施例三:
如图 8所示, 装饰模块的机械运动单元是一种类似气缸样式结构, 包括了中空柱状的外壳 21, 设置在外壳内腔中的中空基座 22, 以及设 置在基座中空空间内的一个气压抬升装置 221 ; 外壳 21可以与基座 22 之间上下机械运动; 气压抬升装置 221 的上端紧抵所述外壳 21 内腔的 顶端, 气压抬升装置 221 的下端紧抵所述基座 22的中空空间的底部; 装饰单元 1设置在柱状外壳 21 的顶端; 动力单元是一设置在机械运动 单元的外部, 给所述气压抬升装置供气的气压机 32 (如图 9所示); 如 图 8所示, 有一根数据和电源综合电缆 11穿过柱状外壳 21的顶端, 与 装饰单元 1相连接; 如图 9所示, 作为动力控制单元的电控气动阀 33 的一端连接动力单元, 即气压机 32, 另一端连接气压抬升装置; gp, 电 控气动阀控制着气压机向每个装饰模块的气压抬升装置的供气 (正压 力) 或吸气 (负压力), 以及供气或吸气的强弱, 从而, 使得装饰模块 作出向上或向下运动, 以及其向上或向下的运动速度。 而电控气动阀, 则受主控电脑 4的程序向控制分配单元 41发出的每个装饰模块的独立 运动指令工作; 如图 3A所示, 本发明的一个实施例, 由 100个装饰模 块以较近的距离排布在一起, 组成了一个本发明装饰装置的装饰平面。 在这种情形下, 由于 100个装饰单元的控制相对复杂, 因此, 如图 9所 示, 在主控电脑 4和控制分配单元 41之间, 还设置有数据分配器 42。 由数据分配器 42向控制分配单元 41下发运动控制指令; 再由一个个的 控制分配单元 41分别向每个装饰模块所连接的电控气动阀 33发出工作 指令, 从而实现对所有装饰模块的运动控制管理。 比如, 由一个控制单 元管理如图 3A所示的一行 10个的装饰模块。
显然, 在本实施例中, 可以与实施例一一样: (1 ) 将两个或两个以 上的本实施例的装饰模块以较近的距离排布在一起, 构成一个大型的装 饰装置, 从而形成一个的大型的装饰平面; (2) 辅以可以发出变频信号 的控制分配单元, gp, 控制分配单元是一种多路变频信号发生器, 则使 得连接在控制分配单元上的每个电控气动阀能独立的依据其接收到的 信号, 控制气压机向每个装饰模块气压抬升装置的气压, 最终使得装饰 模块作出上下伸縮的机械运动; 从而, 装饰装置的装饰平面就可以表现 出无规则的凸起运动,或有规则的波浪起伏运动等的装饰效果,如图 3B 所示; (3 ) —样可以采用主控电脑和控制分配单元, 或进一步的使用数 据分配器, 对由很多个装饰模块所组合构成的装饰装置进行程序化的控 制, 如图 9所示; (4)一样可以采用大功率 LED灯, 白炽灯或节能灯等 的灯具作为装饰单元, 或者, 将前述灯具设置在具有正方形、 六角形、 圆形等多种形状的物理装饰物的中央,组合运用作为装饰单元,如图 6A、 6B和 6C所示, 实现全天候的工作; 同时, 也可实现机械运动与光照变 化的动态装饰效果; (5 )—样可以采用 LED显示模块作为装饰单元,实 现机械运动和视频播放的动态效果。
实施例四:
如图 10A所示, 本发明装饰模块的一个优选实施方式是, 装饰模块 包含了两个分别与装饰单元 1活动连接的机械运动单元 2。 即一个装饰 模块是由两个机械运动单元 2来共同的对活动连接在其顶端的装饰单元 1提供机械运动动作的。 如图 10B所示, 相比较前述实施例, 这种装饰 模块结构, 可以使得装饰单元除了做出不同速度的上下伸縮机械运动动 作外, 还可以做出不同速度的自身倾斜的额外机械动作。 而对于每个机 械运动单元的独立控制, 只需再额外增加一个控制分配器 (实施例一和 实施例二情况下) 或电控气动阀 (实施例三情况下) 即可。 如果装饰模 块包含了两个以上的分别与装饰单元活动连接的机械运动单元, 其原理 与前述是一样的。 显然, 由很多个这种结构的装饰模块所组成的装饰装 置, 其装饰平面的视觉效果将进一步的丰富。
从上述所有实施例中可以明显得出, 本发明的装饰模块及其装饰装 置, 可以拆卸后安装至其他场所, 并不一定需要固定设置。
总之, 上述实施例所描述的几种实施方式, 并不代表本发明所有的 实现方式; 以上实施例不是对本发明的具体限定, 所有与本发明技术方 案相类似的构造, 都应属于本发明的保护范围。

权 利 要 求 书
1、 一种装饰模块, 具有柱状结构, 其特征在于, 包括了设置在柱状 模块顶端的装饰单元, 连接装饰单元并带动装饰单元运动的机械运动单 元, 驱动机械运动单元运动的动力单元, 以及连接动力单元并控制动力 单元工作的动力控制单元。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的装饰模块, 其特征在于, 所述装饰单元是 大功率 LED灯, 白炽灯或节能灯; 或者, 是前述灯具与物理装饰物的组 合。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的装饰模块, 其特征在于, 所述物理装 饰物垂直于所述柱状装饰模块轴向的表面可以是正方形,六角形, 圆形。
4、 根据权利要求 1所述的装饰模块, 其特征在于, 所述装饰单元是 LED显示模块。
5、 根据权利要求 2或 4所述的装饰模块, 其特征在于, 还包括了显 示控制单元。
6、 根据权利要求 1所述的装饰模块, 其特征在于, 所述装饰模块包 含了两个或两个以上的分别与所述装饰单元活动连接的机械运动单元。
7、 根据权利要求 1或 2或 4或 6所述的装饰模块, 其特征在于, 所 述机械运动单元是一种气缸式结构, 包括了中空柱状的外壳, 设置在外 壳内腔中的中空基座, 以及与所述外壳内腔的顶端固定连接, 并沿柱状 外壳的轴向伸入所述基座中空空间的传动螺杆; 所述装饰单元设置在所 述柱状外壳的顶端; 所述动力单元是一固定设置在所述基座中空空间 内, 并与所述传动螺杆螺紋连接的线性马达; 所述动力控制单元是一变 频器。
8、 根据权利要求 1或 2或 4或 6所述的装饰模块, 其特征在于, 所 述机械运动单元是一种气缸式结构, 包括了中空柱状的外壳, 设置在外 壳内腔中的中空基座, 以及与所述外壳内腔的顶端固定连接, 并沿柱状 外壳的轴向伸入所述基座中空空间的传动螺套; 所述装饰单元设置在所 述柱状外壳的顶端; 所述动力单元是一固定设置在所述基座中空空间内 的转动马达, 所述马达固定连接有一根与所述传动螺套螺紋连接的传动 螺杆; 所述动力控制单元是一变频器。
9、 根据权利要求 1或 2或 4或 6所述的装饰模块, 其特征在于, 所 述机械运动单元是一种气缸式结构, 包括了中空柱状的外壳, 设置在外 壳内腔中的中空基座, 以及设置在基座中空空间内的一气压抬升装置; 所述气压抬升装置的上端紧抵所述外壳内腔的顶端, 下端紧抵所述基座 中空空间的底部; 所述装饰单元设置在所述柱状外壳的顶端; 所述动力 单元是一设置在机械运动单元的外部, 给所述气压抬升装置供气的气压 机; 所述动力控制单元是一电控气动阀。
10、 一种装饰装置, 包括了两个或两个以上权利要求 7所述的装饰 模块, 其特征在于, 还包括了主控电脑和控制分配单元; 所述控制分配 单元的一端连接每个装饰模块的动力控制单元, 另一端连接主控电脑。
11、 一种装饰装置, 包括了两个或两个以上权利要求 8所述的装饰 模块, 其特征在于, 还包括了主控电脑和控制分配单元; 所述控制分配 单元的一端连接每个装饰模块的动力控制单元, 另一端连接主控电脑。
12、 一种装饰装置, 包括了两个或两个以上权利要求 9所述的装饰 模块, 其特征在于, 还包括了主控电脑和控制分配单元; 所述控制分配 单元的一端连接每个装饰模块的动力控制单元, 另一端连接主控电脑。
13、 根据权利要求 10或 11或 12所述的装饰装置, 其特征在于, 还 包括了数据分配器; 所述数据分配器的一端连接每个控制分配单元, 另 一端连接主控电脑。
