  • the output unit 250 may be realized as a speaker outputting voice or a display apparatus displaying images, and output daily contents stored in the storage unit 230 as a voice or an image. Consequently, the output unit 250 includes all types of output units that output predetermined information, such as a speaker and a display apparatus.
  • the connection unit 260 makes connection of the interactive toy 100 to a personal computer (PC) easy, and includes at least one of a USB jack, a UART (Serial), an ear phone jack, and a 24-pin jack to be connected to the PC via wires.

  • the communication unit 240 of the interactive toy 100 may use various types of near distance wireless communication methods according the usage and purpose. In the current embodiment, a near distance wireless communication method that uses a ZigBee module may preferably be used.
  • the control unit 280 controls each of the above units, and outputs conversation contents stored in the storage unit 230 according to the unique information of the another approaching interactive toy, which is obtained through the communication unit 240 and according to date. Also, the control unit 280 includes a real-time clock (RTC) and a timer to control time by itself to update date information daily, and outputs a warning sound through the output unit 250 to inform the user of the necessity of updating the contents for every preset period.

Abstract

La présente invention concerne un jouet interactif dont les contenus sont mis à jour quotidiennement, et un procédé de fonctionnement dudit jouet interactif. L’invention concerne plus particulièrement un jouet interactif dans lequel sont installés un dispositif de communication câblé ou sans fil et une mémoire. Divers contenus sont téléchargés via un serveur Web, ce qui permet d’extraire des contenus de conversation à partir de ces divers contenus, en fonction de la date et d’autres jouets interactifs, et d’émettre des contenus de conversation extraits. Ainsi, un utilisateur du jouet interactif peut engager des conversations avec les autres utilisateurs, sans recourir à une unité de détermination de contenus de conversation supplémentaire. L’invention concerne également un procédé de fonctionnement dudit jouet interactif. Ce jouet interactif dont les contenus sont mis à jour quotidiennement inclut les éléments suivants : une unité d’information unique, dans laquelle l’information unique d’un utilisateur et du jouet interactif est stockée ; une unité de manipulation incluant une pluralité de clés de sélection ; une unité de communication qui effectue une communication sans fil de courte distance entre le jouet interactif et un autre jouet interactif ; une unité de raccordement qui peut être raccordée à un serveur Web externe et reçoit des contenus provenant dudit serveur Web externe ; une unité de stockage dans laquelle l’information unique de l’autre jouet interactif est stockée, les contenus provenant du serveur Web externe étant stockés selon l’information unique de l’autre jouet interactif et la date dans l’unité de stockage ; une unité de commande qui commande l’unité de manipulation, l’unité de communication, l’unité de stockage, l’unité de sortie et l’unité de raccordement, stocke les contenus dans l’unité de stockage, met à jour les contenus quotidiennement ou pour des périodes prédéterminées, reconnaît l’autre jouet interactif, et extrait des contenus de conversation correspondant à l’autre jouet interactif à partir de l’unité de stockage selon la date ; une unité de sortie qui émet les contenus de conversation extraits sous la forme d’une voix ou d’une image ; et une unité de source d’énergie qui fournit de l’énergie au jouet interactif.
