本发明属于一种电视技术, 特别是利用电视机显示网络信息的技术。 背景技术
随着互联网和通讯网等网络技术的广泛应用, 人们对网络的依赖性越来越 大, 即使在家中休闲也常需要随时可以接收到来自网络信息。 目前人们用来接收 网络信息的常用工具 PC机、 手机、 有线电话等在家中常常是分散放置, 而这些 常用工具在日常家居生活中并不是人们关注的焦点, 居家时人们活动很随意, 常 常会忽略这些接收网络信息的工具,因此导致漏查接收到的网络信息从而造成损 失。 而电视机作为事实上大多数家庭的休闲娱乐中心, 具有操作简单的特点, 并 且能够实现在电视机上显示网络信息, 因此是解决上述问题的一个选择。
目前通过电视机显示网络信息的技术主要有如下三种:
1、 IPTV技术
IPTV (Internet Protocol Television), 也叫网络电视, 是指基于 IP协议的电 视广播服务。该业务将电视机或个人计算机作为显示终端, 通过宽带网络向用户 提供数字广播电视、 视频服务、 信息服务、 互动社区、 互动休闲娱乐、 电子商务 等宽带业务。 IPTV的广泛应用需要从运营商和内容提供商到接收终端一整套系 统建设完成后才能实现, 成本比较高, 能够达到普及程度所需要的时间长。
2、 HDMWGA接 Π方式
这种方式使用 PC机访问互联网, 电视机上设置 HDMI和 /或 VGA接口与 PC机连接, 电视机仅被当作显示器使用, 广播电视节目和网络信息在不同的输 入模式上播出, 用户使用时需要不断地在两个输入模式之间切换。
3、 广播方式
这种方式目前已经被电视台使用。在播出节目之前, 电视台把网络信息通过 字幕编辑机叠加到电视图像上。 这种方式需要电视台提供相应的服务才可以实 现,在没有电视台提供这种服务的情况下, 用户无法实现在电视上显示网络信息 的目的。 发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种不依赖于电视台提供广播服务就可以在电视机上 同时显示电视节目和网络信息的方法。本发明的另一目的是提供实现在电视机上 同时显示电视节目和网络信息的装置。 本发明的技术方案如下:
在电视机上显示网络信息的方法,包括电视机接收网络信息的步骤, 还包括 如下步骤:
A、 对接收到的网络信息中的文字和图片根据预先设置的转换规则进行转 换, 生成若干可在电视机的显示装置上显示的位图, 及包含该位图属性信息的区 域描述, 所述属性信息包括位图显示时的大小与位置及显示方式信息;
B、将电视图像信息与步骤 A生成的位图合成并将合成的结果输出到电视机 的显示装置进行显示。
所述网络信息包括来自互联网和通讯网络的信息。
所述转换规则包括将网络信息转换成位图的方法、赋予该位图显示时的大小 与位置及显示方式信息。
所述显示方式信息包括位图水平滚动显示、 竖直滚动显示、 悬浮显示。 步骤 B所述合成是采用 OSD方法实现的。
在电视机上显示网络信息的方法还包括显示控制步骤,即向电视机输入显示 控制信息,输入到电视机的显示控制信息被加入到对应位图的区域描述, 从而对 位图在电视机的显示装置上的显示结果进行控制。
在电视机上显示网络信息的装置, 包括接收网络信息的网络信息接收模块, 还包括与网络信息接收模块顺序连接的位图生成模块和显示合成模块;位图生成 模块将网络信息接收模块接收到的网络信息转换成位图及位图的区域描述;位图 生成模块包括知识库子模块,用于存储转换规则, 位图生成模块调用所述转换规 则以将网络信息转换为位图及区域描述;显示合成模块将电视图像信息与位图信 息合成可以在电视机显示装置显示的信号并输出。
在电视机上显示网络信息的装置还包括与位图生成模块连接的显示控制输 入模块, 将外部输入的对位图的控制信息传递给位图生成模块生成区域描述。
技术效果:
采用本发明的技术方案使得网络信息可以与电视节目同时在电视机上显示, 方便了用户使用。 同时, 本发明的技术方案只需在现有的电视机上进行改进即可 实现前述目的,无需在电视台将电视信号与网络信息合成,充分利用了现有资源, 因而成本低廉。 这也使得用户在观看 DVD等非广播视频时也可以即时接收网络 信息。
由于网络信息的格式是符合标准的,因而可以确定有限的转换规则对网络信 息进行转换。 显示控制步骤(或模块)使得用户可以控制显示结果, 使应用更为 灵活。 附图说明 图 1为本发明在电视机上显示网络信息的方法的流程图; 图 2为本发明在电视机上显示网络信息的装置的原理图;
图 3为实施本发明后在电视机显示屏上获得的显示结果。

下面结合附图对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
图 1显示了在电视上显示网络信息的方法步骤。
首先, 要接收网络信息。 网络信息包括文字、 图像, 网络信息的来源包括互 联网、 通讯网 (通讯网包括固定电话网和移动无线通讯网)。 这一步骤可以在电 视机上设置标准网络接口实现, 例如 TCP/IP网络协议, 该网络接口直接连接于 网络。这里所提到的网络接口还可以包括无线网络接口, 使得电视机可以接收无 线网络中的网络信息; 网络接口还可以是有线或无线通讯接口, 实现对通讯网络 信息的接收,例如可以接收手机短信后在电视机上进行显示。也可以利用非标准 接口连接于一个网络信息源实现对网络信息的接收, 该信息源提供网络信息。
其次,将接收到的网络信息进行转换, 转换成可以在电视机显示屏上显示的 信息。 上一步骤接收到的网络信息都以标准的数据格式存在, 如 HTML、 XML, DVB.HTMLo 根据既有的标准数据格式, 可以预先设置好转换规则, 根据具体 网络信息的数据格式选定对应的预置转换规则对网络信息进行转换。转换的主要 目的是将网络信息中的文字、 图片转换为位图, 同时生成对该位图的区域描述。 转换规则包括将网络信息转换成位图的方法、赋予该位图显示时的大小与位置及 显示方式信息。 由于网络信息具有标准的数据格式, 可以根据不同的数据格式设 置将网络信息转换成位图的方法,如根据转换规则包含的字库表转换网络信息中 的文字信息;根据转换规则包含的信息格式排列布局规则确定位图在显示时的位 置和大小; 从转换规则包含的显示方式中选择位图的显示方式。区域描述主要包 括位图的属性信息,属性信息中包括位图显示时的大小与位置信息、显示方式等 信息。字库表存储可显示的字符;信息显示方式是指位图在电视机上显示的方式, 如水平滚动显示、 竖直滚动显示、 悬浮显示、 半透明显示、 覆盖电视图像显示等 方式。
第三,将位图与电视信号合并, 这一合并需要利用区域描述对位图属性的描 述。具体合并的方法是根据电视原有图像的光栅信息、位图大小信息和显示位图 所需要的颜色索引进行位图和电视图像的合并。这一过程可以利用 0SD(On-SCreen display的简称)技术实现。 合并后的结果可以输出到电视机的显示装置进行显示。
第四, 可以通过输入的控制信息对最终的显示方式进行控制。实现方法是通 过输入控制信息, 这些控制信息被加入到区域描述中, 从而实现对最终显示方式 的控制。控制信息可以从预置的转换规则中选择, 也可以由用户通过输入设备进 行设定。控制信息可以对合并方式进行控制, 如位图与电视图像之间完全覆盖或 半透明覆盖。
以上是实现在电视机上显示网络信息的方法。当然, 这里主要描述了如何实 现网络信息在电视机上显示这一方向,可以从显示控制信息输入处输入访问网络 的信息,访问网络的信息可以加入到位图中实现即时显示, 并且该信息可以上行 传递到网络中, 从而可以利用电视机实现与网络的双向交流。
图 2显示了实现图 1所示方法的装置。在电视机上显示网络信息的装置, 包 括网络信息接收模块及与网络信息接收模块顺序连接的位图生成模块和显示合 成模块, 网络信息接收模块与位图生成模块连接。 网络信息模块包含网络接口, 接收网络信息。位图生成模块将网络信息接收模块接收到的网络信息转换成位图 及位图的区域描述。位图生成模块包括知识库子模块, 知识库子模块用于存储预 置的转换规则,在将网络信息转换为位图及区域描述时调用所述转换规则。显示 合成模块将电视图像信息与位图信息合成可以在电视机显示装置显示的信号并 输出。与位图生成模块连接的显示控制输入模块, 将外部输入的对位图的控制信 息传递给位图生成模块生成区域描述,也可以通过这一模块输入传递到网络中的 信息。
应当设置与位图生成模块和显示合成模块连接的存储器用于存放位图和区 域描述。
图 3为采用本发明技术方案实现的一个具体实例,在电视机显示屏幕上除了 显示电视主画面 1外还可以显示来自网络的聊天信息窗口 3和互联网即时信息 2。 电视主画面显示了电视机接收到的电视信号, 电视信号可以来自广播电视信 号(有线 /地面 /卫星)、视频播放器信号(如 DVD/VCD/EVD、 DV)和机顶盒等, 对应接收这些电视信号的接口方式有多种, 如天线、 分量输入、 S端子、 复合输 入、 VGA、 HDMI等。
应当指出,以上所述具体实施方式可以使本领域的技术人员更全面地理解本 发明, 但不以任何方式限制本发明。 因此, 尽管本说明书参照附图和实施方式对 本发明已进行了详细的说明, 但是, 本领域技术人员应当理解, 仍然可以对本发 明进行修改或者等同替换;而一切不脱离本发明的精神和技术实质的技术方案及 其改进, 其均应涵盖在本发明专利的保护范围当中。

Claims

1、一种在电视机上显示网络信息的方法, 包括电视机接收网络信息的步骤, 其特征在于还包括如下步骤:
A、 对接收到的网络信息中的文字和图片根据预先设置的转换规则进行转 换, 生成若干可在电视机的显示装置上显示的位图, 及包含该位图属性信息的区 域描述, 所述属性信息包括位图显示时的大小与位置及显示方式信息;
B、将电视图像信息与步骤 A生成的位图合成并将合成的结果输出到电视机 的显示装置进行显示。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的在电视机上显示网络信息的方法, 其特征在于所 述网络信息包括来自互联网和通讯网络的信息。
3、 根据权利要求 1或 2所述的在电视机上显示网络信息的方法, 其特征在 于所述转换规则包括将网络信息转换成位图的方法、赋予该位图显示时的大小与 位置及显示方式信息。
4、 根据权利要求 3所述的在电视机上显示网络信息的方法, 其特征在于所 述显示方式信息包括位图水平滚动显示、 竖直滚动显示、 悬浮显示。
5、 根据权利要求 4所述的在电视机上显示网络信息的方法, 其特征在于步 骤 B所述合成是采用 OSD方法实现的。
6、 根据权利要求 5所述的在电视机上显示网络信息的方法, 其特征在于还 包括显示控制步骤, 输入到电视机的显示控制信息被加入到对应位图的区域描 述, 从而对位图在电视机的显示装置上的显示结果进行控制。
7、 在电视机上显示网络信息的装置, 包括接收网络信息的网络信息接收模 块,其特征在于还包括与网络信息接收模块顺序连接的位图生成模块和显示合成 模块, 网络信息接收模块与位图生成模块连接; 位图生成模块将网络信息接收模 块接收到的网络信息转换成位图及位图的区域描述;位图生成模块包括知识库子 模块,用于存储转换规则, 位图生成模块调用所述转换规则以将网络信息转换为 位图及区域描述;显示合成模块将电视图像信息与位图信息合成可以在电视机显 示装置显示的信号并输出。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的在电视机上显示网络信息的装置, 其特征在于还 包括与位图生成模块连接的显示控制输入模块,将外部输入的对位图的控制信息 传递给位图生成模块生成区域描述。
9、 根据权利要求 7或 8所述的在电视机上显示网络信息的装置, 其特征在 于所述网络信息包括来自互联网和通讯网络的信息。
10、根据权利要求 9所述的在电视机上显示网络信息的装置, 其特征在于所 述转换规则包括将网络信息转换成位图的规则、赋予该位图显示时的大小与位置 及显示方式信息。
