参阅图 1、 图 2、 图 3、 图 4所示, 一种水上漂浮建筑船舶, 其结构主要由 船体 1、 建筑物 2、 浮体 3等三部分构成, 船体 1和建筑物 2材质为隔热绝缘材 料, 船体 1为宽浅式长方体桁架结构, 船体 1上的甲板四周设置有栅栏式木柱 栏杆或面板式围栏 101及一道工作、 休闲门 102, 船体 1上的甲板分为主甲板 103、 艉甲板 104、 艏甲板 105, 主甲板 103为游客休闲睡觉的主要活动场所, 其上设置有建筑物 2及较大的休闲平台, 建筑物 2选用轻型钢等建筑材料, 建 筑格局人性化设计, 可以是小型别墅、 餐厅、 酒吧、 卧室、 会议室等, 本实施 例设计为一层房间 201结构, 室内设施根据建筑物的使用功能配置, 环保舒适, 建筑物 2顶上设置有航标 202, 建筑物 2内设置有驾驶室 203, 驾驶室 203前窗 设置有刮雨器, 驾驶室 203内设置有集中控制台, 便于控制全船的航行、 照明、 通信、 信号等设备; 艉甲板 104上设置有固船索 107, 供停泊时用, 下面设置有 淋浴等废液收集箱 109, 抽拉式污水收集箱 108设置在座便器下面, 所述的艉甲 板 104可以是封闭式或开口式, 艏甲板 105上设置有插杆孔 106, 临时泊船用; 所述的船体 1底面设置有使船舶浅吃水, 不沉没的浮体 3。
实施例 2 参阅图 5、 图 6、 图 7、 图 8所示, 所述的建筑物 2也可以设计为一层房间 201和二层楼阁 204结构, 通往二层楼阁 204设置有不锈钢手梯一架, 还可以是 三层结构, 建筑物 2前部设置有挡风钢化玻璃观景房 205, 其内设置有驾驶室 203, 所述的观景房 205设置有外开门、 滑门及固定窗和可移动式窗, 二层楼阁 204两侧设置有梯形铝合金钢化玻璃固定窗;所述的艉甲板 104开口处可以安装 小型环保机械动力设备 4; 其余结构同实施例 1。
同时参阅图 9、 10所示, 所述的船体 1 由单底的船底板 113及其上设置的 舷侧板 114和船体骨架构成, 舷侧板 114为硬木加钢压条, 通过螺栓与船体骨 架固定; 船体骨架包括肋板 110、 横梁 111、 纵桁 112等; 其横梁 111作为四道 水密舱壁, 将船体 1分为五个水密舱,由船艉至船艏依次为: 一个艉尖舱、 三个 空舱、 一个艏尖舱, 其间还设置有若干肋板 110, 纵桁 112与横梁 111联接, 所 述的主甲板 103设置在三个空舱上, 艉甲板 104设置在艉尖舱上, 艉尖舱设置 有舱口盖, 艉甲板 104上设置有油舱口盖, 艏甲板 105设置在艏尖舱上; 所述 的主甲板 103、 艉甲板 104、 艏甲板 105为 2- 4讓热轧钢板, 铆接或焊接在船体 骨架上面, 也可采用螺栓联接构成拼装式, 便于运输, 主甲板 103、艉甲板 104、 艏甲板 105上铺设有木质地板 115或木板垫层或 15mm厚防水地板或地毯; 主甲 板 103或艉甲板 104上设置有风帆桅杆 116, 可利用风动力或人工撑杆、划浆等 人工动力在水上漂浮航行。
所述的船体 1前、 后设置有船体联接杆 117, 采用 Φ60ππη钢管制作, 长度 应超过船宽的一半, 联接杆 117两端设置有锁勾 118, 钩挂在船体 1 的船底板 113侧面的挂钩 119上, 运营时可增加两船或多船联接组合功能。
.参阅图 11所示, 所述的船底板 113下面设置有对称的双浮体 3, 每一浮体 包括填充物 301、 龙骨架 302、 外皮 303、 加强筋 304、 密舱盖 305等; 浮体 3 尾部边角为圆角, 头部为流线型, 减小阻力, 改善水流条件, 增加稳定性, 浮 体 3头端和尾端焊接有 4mm热轧钢板作加固防护, 以满足防撞、 防渗漏的设计 要求; 浮体 3的龙骨架 302固联在船底板 113底面, 并设置有加强筋 304, 更加 牢固, 龙骨架 302内设置有填充物 301, 可选用发泡闭孔泡沫塑料, 如高强聚苯 乙烯泡沫板、 聚氨酯泡沫等, 使船在设计荷载内不沉没, 龙骨架 302外包裹 2mm 厚热轧钢板外皮 303封闭,另在两浮体 3侧面各设置有水密舱盖 305,平时密封, 防冻或维护时可打开排放出渗水。
所述的建筑物 2为钢木结构, 包括建筑龙骨架 206、 衬板 207、 面板 208、 隔层平台 209、 天花板 210、 顶蓬 211、 地板 212等; 其建筑物 2的建筑龙骨架 206为框架钢结构, 龙骨架 206的内壁设置有木石纤维衬板 207, 外壁贴挂 15-20誦厚木板面板 208, 龙骨架 206底部固联在船底板 113上, 龙骨架 206中 上部设置有隔层平台 209, 中部隔层平台 209上面铺设有木质地板 212, 下面吊 有天花板 210,上部隔层平台 209上部是顶蓬 211 ,为尖顶或平顶结构,顶蓬 211 上铺设有彩色沥清瓦或铺设自然古朴的苫草, 上部隔层平台 209下面吊有乳白 色石膏的天花板 210。
实施例 3
参阅图 12、 图 13、 图 14所示, 所述的船体 1也可选用特种木材, 如东北 黄花松木等制作成船型结构, 浮体 3可采用工业上应用的圆形或方形铁质或尼 龙塑料包装桶, 每个桶的容量为 180-220升; 所述的浮体 3采用双浮体或多浮 体为一组的结构, 每一组浮体 3沿船体 1底面纵向设置在两侧, 或两侧和中部, 纵向排列成一排, 每一组的每个浮体 3的轴线与船体 1纵向轴线平行, 便于顺 水航行, 在位于船体 1头部的浮体 3前端设置有一流线形罩体 5, 或将浮体 3前 端设计成一段流线型船头 306结构, 使浮体 3水流条件好, 每一个浮体 3通过 联接件 7及螺栓固联在船体 1底面的柱桩 6上; 由于每个浮体 3都是单独密闭 的, 在运营过程中如有个别浮体 3破损, 不会影响整个浮体 3的正常安全运行。
所述的建筑物 2为传统平房或窝棚式建筑造型, 建筑物 2与船体 1上的甲 板采用地脚螺栓等柔性联接, 建筑物 2的建筑龙骨架 206采用木方或轻钢搭建 结构, 衬板 207表面铺设有防水层 213, 防水层 213表面铺设有屋面材料 214。 上述各实施例的动力可采用撑杆、 划浆、 风帆, 小型环保掛机或其他动力 牵拖, 具有人力和动力驱动双重功能, 并配置有 1. 救生设备, 包括救生圈,救 生衣等; 2. 消防设备, 包括干粉灭火器, 带绳索半圆型消防桶, 太平斧, 消防 沙箱等; 3. 系泊装置, 包括锚索, 艏、 艉缆索,存放于首端锚台上的大抓力錨, 在船尾、 首两舷各设不锈钢十字带缆桩、 牵拖等设施。

Claims

权 利 要 求 书
1. 一种水上漂浮建筑船舶, 包括船体、 建筑物、 浮体, 船体上面设置有建 筑物, 船体底部设置有双浮体或多浮体, 其特征在于所述的船体(1 ) 上设置有 主甲板 (103) 、 艉甲板 (104) 、 艏甲板 (105) 。
2. 根据权利要求 1所述的水上漂浮建筑船舶, 其特征在于所述的船体(1 ) 由船底板 (113) 、 舷侧板 (114) 和船体骨架构成宽浅式长方体桁架结构, 四 周设置有围栏 (101 ) 及工作、 休闲门 (102) ; 所述的舷侧板 (114) 通过螺栓 与船体骨架固定, 船体骨架的横梁 (111 ) 作为水密舱壁, 将船体 (1 )分为艉 尖舱、 空舱、 艏尖舱, 其间设置有若干肋板(110) , 纵桁(112)与横梁(111 ) 联接; 所述的主甲板 (103 ) 设置在三个空舱上, 艉甲板 (104) 设置在艉尖舱 上, 艉尖舱设置有舱口盖, 艉甲板 (104) 上设置有油舱口盖, 艏甲板 (105 ) 设置在艏尖舱上; 所述的主甲板 (103) 、 艉甲板 (104) 、 艏甲板 (105) 铆接 或焊接或螺接在船体骨架上面, 铺设有木质地板 (115)或木板垫层或防水地板 或地毯。
3. 根据权利要求 1 所述的水上漂浮建筑船舶, 其特征在于所述的主甲板 ( 103 ) 或艉甲板 (104) 上设置有风帆桅杆 (116 ) ; 所述的艉甲板 (104) 上 设置有固船索 (107 ) , 下面设置有淋浴等废液收集箱 (109) , 抽拉式污水收 集箱 (108) 设置在座便器下面, 艏甲板 (105) 上设置有插杆孔 (106) ; 所述 的艉甲板 (104) 为封闭或开口式, 幵口处安装小型环保机械动力设备 (4) 。
4. 根据权利要求 1所述的水上漂浮建筑船舶, 其特征在于所述的船体(1 ) 前后设置有船体联接杆 (117) , 联接杆 (117 ) 两端设置有锁勾 (118) , 船底 板 (113) 侧面设置有挂钩 (119) 。
5.根据权利要求 1所述的水上漂浮建筑船舶,其特征在于所述的建筑物(2) 设置在主甲板 (103) 上, 层数为单层、 双层或三层, 建筑物 (2) 顶上设置有 航标 (202) , 建筑物 (2 ) 内设置有驾驶室 (203 ) , 驾驶室 (203 ) 内设置有 集中控制台。
6.根据权利要求 1所述的水上漂浮建筑船舶,其特征在于所述的建筑物(2) 的一层房间 (201 )通往二层楼阁 (204) 设置有手梯, 建筑物 (2) 前部设置有 观景房 (205) , 其内设置有驾驶室 (203) , 驾驶室 (203) 内设置有集中控制 台, 所述的观景房 (205 ) 设置有外开门、 滑门及固定窗和可移动窗, 二层楼阁 (204) 设置有固定窗。
7.根据权利要求 1所述的水上漂浮建筑船舶,其特征在于所述的建筑物(2) 的建筑龙骨架(206)为框架钢结构, 龙骨架(206) 的内壁设置有衬板(207 ) , 外壁贴挂面板(208),龙骨架(206)底部固联在船底板(113)上,龙骨架(206) 中上部设置有隔层平台 (209) , 中部隔层平台 (209) 上面铺设地板 (212) , 下面吊有天花板 (210) , 上部隔层平台 (209) 上部设置有顶蓬 (211 ) , 为尖 顶或平顶结构, 顶蓬 (211 ) 上铺设有彩色瓦或苫草, 上部隔层平台 (209) 下 面吊有天花板 (210) 。
8. 根据权利要求 1所述的水上漂浮建筑船舶, 其特征在于所述的浮体 (3) 对称设置, 浮体 (3)尾部边角为圆角, 头部为流线型, 设置有加固防护, 浮体
(3) 的龙骨架 (302 ) 固联在船底板 (113 ) 底面, 设置有加强筋 (304) , 龙 骨架 (302 ) 内设置有填充物 (301 ) , 龙骨架 (302) 外包裹有外皮 (303 ) 封 闭, 浮体 (3) 侧面设置有水密舱盖 (305) ; 所述的填充物 (301 )选用发泡闭 孔泡沫塑料、 高强聚苯乙烯泡沫板或聚氨酯泡沫。
9. 根据权利要求 1所述的水上漂浮建筑船舶, 其特征在于所述的浮体 (3) 选用工业用铁桶或尼龙塑料桶, 采用双浮体或多浮体为一组的结构, 每一组浮 体(3)沿船体(1 )底面纵向设置排列成一排, 每个浮体(3)的轴线与船体(1 ) 纵向轴线平行, 浮体(3 )前端设置有流线形罩体(5) , 或为流线型船头(306) 结构, 每一个浮体 (3 )通过联接件 (7) 固联在船体 (1 )底面的柱桩 (6) 上。
10. 根据权利要求 1 所述的水上漂浮建筑船舶, 其特征在于所述的建筑物 (2) 为平房或窝棚式, 建筑物 (2) 的建筑龙骨架 (206) 为木或轻钢结构, 衬 板(207)表面铺设有防水层(213),防水层(213)表面铺设有屋面材料(214)。
