防坠 防撞座椅 技术领域
本实用新型属于座椅技术领域, 尤其涉及一种既可防坠又可防撞的座椅。 背景技术
当前所使用在飞机上的防坠防撞座椅,大多是在机身和座椅上采用吸能材 料, 万一飞机出事可以起到缓冲作用, 但由于没有从结构上根本改进, 效果甚 微, 也有人通过在机身下方设置安全气囊, 在机身触地前一瞬间充气缓冲, 但 由于冲击力量巨大, 再加上飞机坠毁触地的角度不固定且难以预测, 根本无法 达到预期效果。
发明内容
本实用新型要的目的是提供一种防坠防撞座椅。
本实用新型采用的技术方案为:
本实用新型包括椅座、椅靠背和椅架, 在椅座下面设置环形扣件, 固定杆 穿过环形扣件, 在椅架下至少设三根稳定柔质高强度绳索, 在椅座下面至少设 六根承重柔质高强度绳索, 承重柔质高强度绳索连接环形扣件和椅架, 稳定柔 质高强度绳索和固定杆固定在承载物上, 因为三点固定一个平面, 所以在椅座 下面的六根承重柔质高强度绳索, 以环形扣件为中心, 其中每三根牵拉在同一 平面上, 即三根牵拉在椅架上平面, 三根牵拉在椅架下平面, 同样道理在椅架 下有三根稳定柔质高强度绳索牵拉在承载物上与固定杆形成稳定的结构,承重 柔质高强度绳索可以是七根、八根或者更多根, 稳定柔质高强度绳索可以是四 根、 五根或者更多根, 理论上越多防坠防撞效果越好。
上述防坠防撞座椅,所述的椅座下面的承重柔质高强度绳索以环形扣件为 中心成放射状设置。
上述防坠防撞座椅, 椅座下面的承重柔质高强度绳索是对称设置, 便于冲 击力相互抵消。
上述防坠防撞座椅, 椅座下面的稳定柔质高强度绳索是四根。
本实用新型日常可当座椅使用, 本实用新型的承载物可以是飞机、 汽车, 尤其是直升机,当遇到飞机特别是直升飞机坠毁触地或者汽车相撞等紧急情况 时, 飞机或汽车等部件受到的冲击力传递给稳定柔质高强度绳索和固定杆, 椅 腿下稳定柔质高强度绳索从不同方向缓冲机身或者汽车部件传过来的冲击力, 椅座下的承重柔质高强度绳索从不同方向缓冲固定杆传过来的冲击力,大大减
小冲击力从而最大限度地保护人员的安全, 另外, 椅腿下的称定柔质高强度绳 索和对称设置在椅座下的承重柔质高强度绳索可以保证机身或汽车任一角度 发生碰撞时,都能最大限度的缓冲各个方向的冲击力从而能够最大限度的对人 体起到保护作用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本实用新型的结构和使用原理做进一步详细说明。
如图 1、 图 2所示, 本实用新型包括椅座 1、 椅靠背 2和椅架 3, 在椅座 1 下面设置环形扣件 5, 固定杆 6穿过环形扣件 5, 在椅架 3下设四根稳定柔质 高强度绳索 4, 在椅座 1下面设六根承重柔质高强度绳索 7, 承重柔质高强度 绳索 7连接环形扣件 5和椅架 3, 稳定柔质高强度绳索 4和固定杆 6固定在承 载物上,因为三点固定一个平面,所以在椅座下面的六根承重柔质高强度绳索, 以环形扣件为中心,其中每三根牵拉在同一平面上,即三根牵拉在椅架上平面, 三根牵拉在椅架下平面,同样道理在椅架下有三根稳定柔质高强度绳索牵拉在 承载物上与固定杆形成稳定的结构。
具体地说本实用新型所述的椅座下面的承重柔质高强度绳索以环形扣件 为中心成放射状对称设置, 便于冲击力相互抵消, 椅座下面对称设四根稳定柔 质高强度绳索。
本实用新型承重柔质高强度绳索可以是七根、八根或者更多根, 稳定柔质 高强度绳索可以是四根、 五根或者更多根, 理论上越多防坠防撞效果越好, 柔 质高强度绳索还可以是其他柔质高强材料制品。
Claims
1、 一种防坠防撞座椅, 包括椅座、 椅靠背和椅架, 其特征在于: 在椅座 下面设置环形扣件, 固定杆穿过环形扣件, 在椅架下至少设四根稳定柔质高强 度绳索, 在椅座下面至少设六根承重柔质高强度绳索, 承重柔质高强度绳索连 接环形扣件和椅架, 稳定柔质高强度绳索和固定杆固定在承载物上。
2、 根据权利要求 1所述的防坠防撞座椅, 其特征在于: 所述的椅座下面 的承重柔质高强度绳索以环形扣件为中心成放射状设置。
3、 根据权利要求 2所述的防坠防撞座椅, 其特征在于: 椅座下面的承重 柔质高强度绳索是对称设置。
