Abstract
The device to loading and transporting especially bicycles on the roof rack of the car equipped with support elements and transporting frame rotary mounted on one side to this device, wherein the axis of the turn of the frame is placed lengthwise to the axis of the car, and the transporting frame turns from horizontal transporting position over the roof of the car to the loading position located horizontally outside the car it comprises movable elements (5) on which ends is rotary mounted said transporting frame (7) wherein movable elements (5) are sliding mounted to support elements (4).

The device to loading and transporting especially bicycles on the roof rack of the vehicle.
Technical field The invention relates to a device to loading and transporting especially bicycles on the roof rack of the car . Background art
Devices to transporting bicycles on the roof of the car are known and applied wide. Most often bicycles are transported on the roof of the car in the perpendicular position. The way of transporting the bicycles in this position is popular and applied the most often, because one car can transport even four bicycles on the roof not enlarging the horizontal dimensions of the vehicle and not limiting the driver visibilities. This way possesses however, inconvenience consisting in this that loading and removal of the bicycle from the roof of the car requires lift up the bicycle above roof and installing him on this height. This action require large strength and suitable growth, moreover recently in the world exists the tendency to projecting more and more high personal cars, that is why not all persons are able to raise the bicycle so high and install it on the roof of the car.
From patent descriptions, various ways and devices facilitating the loading of bicycles and different objects on the roof of the car are known. From German description of patents No. DE3335173 is known the roof rack, particularly for personal cars, consists of the support frame fixed to the roof of the car and the loading frame lowered in the pit from the side of the car, which on the bottom end has rotated cargo frame. The disadvantages of this device is the need to use the braces between the loading frame and cargo frame because of unstable position of the load when it is on lowered loading frame. Moreover, moving the load from the down position on the cargo frame to the transporting position on the support frame requires simultaneous lifting of load and shoving it in the direction over the roof of the car, what, taking under the attention that the loading frame is unstable in indirect positions, isn't easy . Next inconvenience is the necessity of producing many version of this rack, designed for various marks and the models of cars because this rack is fixed to the roof of the car. From the U.S. patent description No. US5360151 Al is known device to easy loading and transporting the bicycles on the roof of motor vehicles, consisting from the base fastened to the roof rack of vehicle and the rack for receiving and supporting bicycles is attached to the base such that it can pivot about an essentially horizontal axis about angle 180, from a horizontal transporting position above the vehicle roof to a horizontal loading position extending outward from the vehicle bicycle and bicycles are fixed for handlebar and the elements of the saddle to it from below. The advantage of this device is a simple construction while ensuring a significant facility of loading a bicycle onto the roof of car.
However because of the present shape of personal cars which they possess oblique side walls narrows towards the top and the area over the roof of the car is considerably distant from the area of the side of the car (where bicycles are taken off or founded), using

The above stated disadvantages are remedied by a device to loading and transporting especially bicycles on the roof rack of the car comprises of the support elements, movable sliding elements and the rotary mounted to them cargo frame. Movable elements,

Claims
1. The device to loading and transporting especially bicycles on the roof rack of the car comprises of support elements and transporting frame rotary mounted on one side to this device, wherein the axis of the turn of the frame is placed lengthwise to the axis of the car, and the transporting frame turns from horizontal transporting position over the roof of the car to the loading position located horizontally outside the car characterized in that, it comprises movable elements (5) on which ends is rotary mounted said transporting frame (7) wherein movable elements (5) are sliding mounted to support elements (4)
2. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that, the movable elements (5) have rolls (5.1).
3. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that, the movable elements (5) have slipper (5.2).
4. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that, the support elements (4) have rolls (4.1).
5. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that, the support elements (4) have slipper (4.2).
6. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that, the transporting frame (7) has hinges arms (7.5) with joggles (7.6)
7. The device according to claim 1, characterized in that, the transporting frame has front casing (7.8) on which fixing screw (7.1) and lock (7.3) is fixed.
