Abstract

The invention relates to a water electrolyser for a vehicle, which supplies hydrogen to the internal combustion of the engine. The electrolyser receives power from the battery and the alternator of the vehicle. The hydrogen produced by the electrolyser exits through upper conduits and is directed towards the engine in order to be burnt and produce energy. The electrolyser is similar to an electric current accumulator except that it contains water instead of acid and the plates thereof are made from the same material, i.e. copper, lead, platinum or another electrically conductive material.
