Abstract

Es wird ein Verfahren zum Herstellen eines Gleitlagers beschrieben, wobei eine Lagermetallschicht aus einer Weißmetalllegierung mit Antimon und Kupfer als Hauptlegierungselemente auf eine metallische Stützschale aufgebracht wird. Um vorteilhafte Festigkeitseigenschaften unter Beibehaltung guter tribologischer Eigenschaften zu erreichen, wird vorgeschlagen, dass zunächst die Weißmetalllegierung gegossen und dann mit einer Abkühlrate von zumindest 100 K/s erstarrt wird, bevor die aus der erstarrten Weißmetalllegierung gebildete Lagermetallschicht auf die Stützschale aufgebracht und mit ihr verbunden wird.
