Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Betreiben eines Hybridantriebsystems mit einem Verbrennungsmotor (2) und einem Elektroantrieb (3) mit folgenden Schritten: Bereitstellen eines Soll-Drehmoments (MSoll), das ein vom Verbrennungsmotor zu lieferndes Antriebsmoment angibt; Ermitteln eines adaptierten Soll-Drehmoments (MSoll') abhängig von dem Soll-Drehmoment (MSoll) und einem bereitgestellten Adaptionswert (MA); Ansteuern des Verbrennungsmotors (2) mit abhängig von dem adaptierten Soll-Drehmoment (MSoll') ermittelten Motorgrößen, um das von dem Soll-Drehmoment (MSoll) vorgegebene Antriebsmoment an dem Verbrennungsmotor (2) einzustellen; dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Adaptionswert (MA) abhängig von einem Lastpunkt des Hybridantriebsystems bereitgestellt wird, wobei der Lastpunkt eine zwischen Verbrennungsmotor (2) und Elektroantrieb (3) bestehende Momentenbilanz angibt.

Technisches Gebiet
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren und eine Motorsteuereinheit zum Betreiben eines Hybridantriebsystems. Die Erfindung betrifft insbesondere ein Verfahren und eine Motorsteuereinheit, um ein adaptiertes Soll-Drehmoment in einem Hybridan- triebsystem bereitzustellen.
Stand der Technik
Bei Hybridantrieben mit einem Verbrennungsmotor und einem auf dem Antriebs- sträng angeordneten Elektromotor wird eine Motorsteuerung so vorgenommen, dass sich die auf den Antriebsstrang aufgebrachten Momente zu einem vom Fahrer gewünschten Drehmoment summieren.
Zum Einstellen eines gewünschten Drehmoments wird bei einem Verbrennungs- motor ein Drehmomentenmodell verwendet, das einem Soll-Drehmoment Motorgrößen, wie z.B. Einspritzmenge, Zündwinkel, Drosselklappenstellung und dergleichen zuordnet. Das Drehmomentenmodell wird durch Parametrisierung eines individuellen Verbrennungsmotors oder eines Motortyps auf einem Prüfstand ermittelt. Die Genauigkeit eines solchen Drehmomentenmodells, die sich aus dem Unterschied zwischen dem gewünschten Drehmoment (Soll-Drehmoment) und dem tatsächlich erhaltenen Ist-Drehmoment bestimmt, ist allerdings begrenzt und liegt beispielsweise aufgrund von Einbau in Fertigungstoleranzen zwischen 0 und 10%. Die prozentuale Momentenabweichung hängt dazu noch vom jeweiligen Be- triebspunkt des Motors (Drehzahl, Drehmoment, Temperatur usw.) ab. Die Rei- bungs- und Wandlerverluste werden anhand von weiteren Modellen berechnet, die ebenfalls einer gewissen Ungenauigkeit unterliegen.
Auch zur Bestimmung des Istmoments des in dem Hybridantrieb verwendeten E- lektromotors wird ein Drehmomentenmodell verwendet, das eine entsprechende Ungenauigkeit des bereitgestellten Istmoments aufweisen kann und zudem last- punktabhängig ist.
Insbesondere im Leerlauf des Antriebssystems ist es wichtig, die Drehmomentenbeiträge des Verbrennungsmotors und des Elektromotors genau zu kennen, da Momentenabweichungen zwischen dem Soll-Moment und dem über die entsprechenden Drehmomentenmodelle ermittelten Drehmoment sich sofort als Drehzahländerungen bemerkbar machen können, die durch Eingriff eines Leerlauf- drehzahlreglers erst wieder ausgeglichen werden müssen.
Ebenso ist es auch bei höheren Drehzahlen wichtig, dass das gesamte Soll- und Ist-Moment genau übereinstimmen, damit der Fahrer per Fahrpedal eine gewünschte Drehzahl einstellen und diese halten kann. Anderenfalls ändert sich durch Momentenungenauigkeiten die Motordrehzahl, ohne dass der Fahrer den Fahrpedalwinkel, mit dem dieser das Soll-Moment (Fahrerwunschmoment) vorgibt, ändert. Diese Effekte werden vom Fahrer als unkomfortabel wahrgenommen.
Bei einem herkömmlichen Antriebssystem mit nur einem Verbrennungsmotor sind in einem Motorsteuergerät Funktionen vorgesehen, die im Leerlaufbetrieb Verlustmomente adaptieren und dadurch die Momentengenauigkeit steigern. Dies erfolgt in der Regel durch Beaufschlagen des vorgegebenen Soll-Drehmoments mit einem zuvor ermittelten Adaptionswert. Die Bestimmung dieses Adaptionswertes beruht auf der Kenntnis, dass im stehenden (unbelasteten) Leerlauf bei kon- stanter Drehzahl das an der Abtriebswelle abgegebene Drehmoment exakt 0 Nm ist. Dadurch ist der Lastpunkt des Verbrennungsmotors eindeutig bestimmt. Bei einem Hybridantrieb ist ein solcher Algorithmus jedoch nicht mehr geeignet, da der Verbrennungsmotor im Leerlaufbetrieb jeden beliebigen Lastpunkt einnehmen kann, je nachdem, welches Lastmoment der Elektromotor, der sich beispielsweise im Generatorbetrieb befinden kann, auf die Abtriebswelle ausübt. So lassen sich die zum konstanten Leerlauf benötigten 0 Nm an der Abtriebswelle durch eine entsprechende Kombination von positivem Drehmoment (Antriebsmoment) des Verbrennungsmotors und negativem Drehmoment (Lastmoment) des Elektromotors erreichen.
Mit den herkömmlichen Adaptionsfunktionen ist es somit beim Hybridantrieb nicht möglich, die Momentenungenauigkeiten zuverlässig zu bestimmen und auszugleichen.
Es ist Aufgabe der Erfindung, die Momentengenauigkeit des gesamten Antriebs- Strangs zu verbessern und dadurch insbesondere zu erreichen, dass auch bei Wechseln in den Lastpunkten die Leerlaufdrehzahl eines Hybridantriebs konstant bleibt. Dadurch kann weiterhin erreicht werden, dass der Fahrer eine gewünschte Drehzahl mit dem Fahrpedal besser einstellen kann.
Offenbarung der Erfindung
Diese Aufgabe wird durch das Verfahren zum Betreiben eines Hybridantriebsystems nach Anspruch 1 sowie durch die Motorsteuerung und das Motorsystem gemäß den nebengeordneten Ansprüchen gelöst. Weitere vorteilhafte Ausgestaltun- gen der Erfindung sind in den abhängigen Ansprüchen angegeben.
Gemäß einem ersten Aspekt ist ein Verfahren zum Betreiben eines Hybridantriebsystems mit einem Verbrennungsmotor und einem Elektroantheb vorgesehen. Das Verfahren umfasst: Bereitstellen eines Soll-Drehmoments, das ein vom Verbrennungsmotor zu lieferndes Antriebsmoment angibt;
Ermitteln eines adaptierten Soll-Drehmoments abhängig von dem bereitgestellten Soll-Drehmoment und einem bereitgestellten Adaptionswert; Ansteuern des Verbrennungsmotors mit in Abhängigkeit von dem adaptierten Soll-Drehmoment ermittelten Motorgrößen, um ein von dem Soll-Drehmoment abhängiges Antriebsmoment einzustellen, wobei der Adaptionswert abhängig von einem Lastpunkt des Hybridantriebsys- tems bereitgestellt wird, wobei der Lastpunkt eine Angabe über eine zwischen Verbrennungsmotor und Elektroantrieb bestehende Momentenbilanz angibt.
Das obige Verfahren ermöglicht es, bei einem Hybridantrieb die Momentenadaption des Soll-Momentes abhängig von dem Lastpunkt einzustellen, an dem das Hybridantriebssystem aus Verbrennungsmotor und Elektroantrieb betrieben wird. Dadurch können Nachteile vermieden werden, die sich aus einer Drehmomentenanpassung mit einem konstanten Adaptionswert ergäben, da je nach Lastpunkt der Einfluss des Lastmoments des Elektroantriebs unabhängig von dem jeweiligen Lastpunkt das Soll-Drehmoment beaufschlagt wird. Das obige Verfahren sieht da- her vor, für verschiedene Lastpunkte angepasste Adaptionswerte vorzusehen.
Gemäß einer Ausführungsform werden mehrere Adaptionswerte und die diesen zugeordneten Lastpunkte in einem Adaptionswertkennfeld bereitgestellt.
In diesem Fall wird der Integratoranteil der Drehzahlregelung dazu verwendet, den Adaptionswert für den Lastpunkt zu aktualisieren. Der Lastpunkt ergibt sich aus dem vom Motor bereitgestellten Ist-Moment und dem vom Elektromotor aufgenommenen Ist-Moment und wird von der Motorsteuereinheit zur Verfügung gestellt.
Weiterhin kann der bereitgestellte Adaptionswert zu dem Soll-Drehmoment addiert werden, um das adaptierte Soll-Drehmoment zu erhalten.
Gemäß einer bevorzugten Ausführungsform kann die Angabe über den Lastpunkt bestimmt werden, indem das von dem Elektroantrieb aufgenommene Lastmoment während eines unbelasteten Leerlaufs des Hybridantriebsystems bestimmt wird. Weiterhin kann der von der Angabe über den Lastpunkt bereitgestellte Adaptionswert während eines unbelasteten Leerlaufs des Hybridantriebsystems aktualisiert werden.
Insbesondere kann während des unbelasteten Leerlaufs des Hybridantriebsystems eine Drehzahlregelung aktiv sein, wobei der dem momentanen Lastpunkt zugeordnete Adaptionswert mit Hilfe einer Größe aus der Drehzahlregelung aktualisiert wird. Dabei kann der dem momentanen Lastpunkt zugeordnete Adaptionswert mithilfe eines Integratorwertes von der mit einer Integrationskomponente ver- sehenen Drehzahlregelung aktualisiert werden. Alternativ kann der dem momentanen Lastpunkt zugeordnete Adaptionswert mit Hilfe eines Gesamtsummenmomentes des Verbrennungsmotors und des Elektroanthebs abzüglich der Verlustmomente bestimmt werden.
Weiterhin kann das Aktualisieren durch Ersetzen des dem momentanen Lastpunkt zugeordneten Adaptionswertes durch den Integratorwert erfolgen, wenn die Regelungsschleife der Drehzahlregelung den momentanen, dem Lastpunkt zugeordneten Adaptionswert nicht berücksichtigt hat, oder das Aktualisieren kann durch Beaufschlagen des dem momentanen Lastpunkt zugeordneten Adaptionswertes mit dem Integratorwert erfolgen, wenn die Regelungsschleife der Drehzahlregelung den momentanen dem Lastpunkt zugeordneten Adaptionswert berücksichtigt hat.
Gemäß einem weiteren Aspekt ist eine Motorsteuereinheit zum Betreiben eines Hybridantriebsystems vorgesehen, das einen Verbrennungsmotor und einen E- lektroantheb aufweist. Die Motorsteuereinheit umfasst: eine Drehmomentenmodelleinheit zum Ansteuern des Verbrennungsmotors mit abhängig von einem adaptierten Soll-Drehmoment ermittelten Motorgrößen, eine Einheit zum Ermitteln des adaptierten Soll-Drehmoments abhängig von dem Soll-Drehmoment und einem bereitgestellten Adaptionswert, um ein von dem Soll-Drehmoment abhängiges Antriebsmoment einzustellen; eine Adaptionswerteinheit zum Bereitstellen des Adaptionswertes abhängig von einer Angabe über einen Lastpunkt des Hybridantriebsystems, wobei der Lastpunkt eine Angabe über eine zwischen Verbrennungsmotor und Elektroantrieb bestehende Momentenbilanz angibt.
Gemäß einer weiteren Ausführungsform ist eine Motorsteuereinheit mit einer Drehzahlregelung zum Einregeln einer Drehzahl des Hybridantriebsystems in einem unbelasteten Leerlauf und zum Bereitstellen einer Größe aus der Drehzahlregelung vorgesehen, mit deren Hilfe der von der Angabe über den Lastpunkt bereitgestellte Adaptionswert während eines unbelasteten Leerlaufs des Hybridantriebsystems aktualisiert wird.
Gemäß einem weiteren Aspekt ist ein Motorsystem mit einem Hybridantriebsystem, das einen Verbrennungsmotor und einen Elektroantrieb aufweist, und mit der obigen Motorsteuereinheit vorgesehen.
Gemäß einem weiteren Aspekt ist ein Computerprogramm vorgesehen, das einen Programmcode enthält, der, wenn er auf einer Datenverarbeitungseinheit, insbesondere in einer Motorsteuereinheit, ausgeführt wird, das obige Verfahren ausführt.
Kurze Beschreibung der Zeichnungen
Bevorzugte Ausführungsformen der Erfindung werden nachfolgend anhand der beigefügten Zeichnungen näher erläutert. Es zeigen:
Fig. 1 ein Hybridantriebssystem gemäß einer Ausführungsform der Erfindung; und Fig. 2 eine schematische Darstellung der Funktion einer Motorsteuerung gemäß einer Ausführungsform der Erfindung.
Beschreibung von Ausführungsformen
In Fig. 1 ist ein Hybridantriebsystem mit einer ersten Antriebseinheit, insbesondere einem Verbrennungsmotor 2, und einer zweiten Antriebseinheit, insbesondere einem Elektromotor 3, die an einer gemeinsamen Abtriebswelle 4 angeordnet sind, dargestellt. Der Verbrennungsmotor 2 ist über eine Kupplung 5 mit dem Elektro- motor 3 koppelbar. Die Komponenten des Antriebssystems 2, 3, 4, 5 werden durch eine Motorsteuereinheit 6 gesteuert.
Zur Ansteuerung des Verbrennungsmotors 2 wird in der Regel eine Angabe eines Soll-Drehmoment bereitgestellt, aus dem mit Hilfe eines Drehmomentenmodells Motorgrößen, wie z.B. Drosselklappenstellung, Zündwinkel, Einspritzmenge und dergleichen ermittelt werden, mit denen der Verbrennungsmotor 2 angesteuert wird. Das Drehmomentenmodell ist für den Verbrennungsmotor 2 individuell oder typenabhängig parametrisiert, so dass sich im Idealfall bei Vorgabe der Angabe des Soll-Drehmoments ein Ist-Moment einstellt, das dem Soll-Drehmoment genau entspricht.
Die Parametrisierung erfolgt jedoch in der Praxis nur mit einer begrenzten Genauigkeit, so dass es zur Abweichung zwischen dem vorgegebenen Soll-Drehmoment und dem vom Verbrennungsmotor 2 bereitgestellten Ist-Drehmoment kommen kann. Diese Abweichungen können zudem über die Lebensdauer des Verbrennungsmotors 2 variieren.
Um diese Abweichungen auszugleichen, wird bei einem herkömmlichen Antriebs- System mit nur einem Verbrennungsmotor im unbelasteten Leerlaufbetrieb, bei dem an der Abtriebswelle kein Drehmoment anliegt, ein Adaptionswert ermittelt, der dem vorgegebenen Soll-Drehmoment, das beispielsweise einem über ein Fahrpedal eines Kraftfahrzeugs vorgegebenen Fahrerwunschmoment entspricht, addiert wird. Dies ermöglicht, dass der Verbrennungsmotor gemäß einem ange- passten Soll-Drehmoment betrieben wird. Der ermittelte Adaptionswert ist somit an den Leerlaufbetrieb des Verbrennungsmotors angepasst.
Bei Hybridantriebsystemen kann der Leerlaufbetrieb nun bei verschiedenen Lastpunkten erfolgen, je nachdem, welches Drehmoment der Elektromotor 3 des Hyb- ridantriebs aufnimmt. Obwohl die Adaption im Leerlaufbetrieb ohne Anliegen eines äußeren Lastmoments auf der Abtriebswelle 4 durchgeführt werden kann, gibt es viele Lastpunkte, an denen sich das Hybridantriebsystem befinden kann. Z.B. kann der Verbrennungsmotor 2 ein positives Drehmoment (Antriebsmoment) ab- geben, das durch den Elektromotor 3, der sich beispielsweise in einem Generatorbetrieb befindet, aufgenommen wird. Dadurch ergibt sich als Gesamtmoment auf der Abtriebswelle 0 Nm.
Die für die unterschiedlichen Lastpunkte benötigten Adaptionswerte zum Ausgleichen der Ungenauigkeiten des Momentenmodells können verschieden sein. Es wird daher vorgeschlagen, den Adaptionswert, mit dem das vorgegeben Soll- Drehmoment vor dem Umrechnen in Motorgrößen beaufschlagt wird, bei einem Hybridantriebsystem abhängig von dem jeweiligen Lastpunkt des Hybridantrieb- Systems im unbelasteten Leerlaufbetrieb einzustellen.
In Fig. 2 ist schematisch ein Blockdiagramm zur Veranschaulichung des Verfahrens zum Betreiben eines Hybridantriebsystems 1 und eines Verfahrens zum Einlernen von Adaptionswerten abhängig von Lastpunkten eines Hybridantriebsys- tems 1 gezeigt. Die Verfahren können Teil der Motorsteuerung sein und werden vorzugsweise in der gemeinsamen Motorsteuereinheit 6 ausgeführt, die auch weitere Funktionen zum Ansteuern des Verbrennungsmotors 2 des Hybridantriebsystems bzw. des darin vorgesehenen Elektromotors 3 enthält. Die schematische Darstellung der Fig. 2 zeigt den Teil der Steuerung des Hybridantriebsystems, der die Ansteuerung des Verbrennungsmotors 2 betrifft.
Es wird von einem vorgegebenen Soll-Drehmoment Mιι ausgegangen, das beispielsweise bei einem Betriebszustand des Hybridantriebsystems, bei dem das gesamte Drehmoment nur über den Verbrennungsmotor 2 bereitgestellt werden soll, dem vom Fahrer über eine Fahrpedalstellung vorgegeben Fahrerwunschmoment entspricht. Dieses vorgegebene Soll-Drehmoment Mιι wird einem Auswahlelement 11 z.B. in Form eines Demultiplexers zugeführt. Das Soll-Drehmoment Msoii wird von dem Auswahlelement 11 abhängig von einem Auswahlsignal L an ein Summierglied 12 weitergegeben. Das Auswahlsignal L gibt an, ob eine eben- falls vorgesehene Drehzahlregelung 17 aktiv ist oder nicht. Die Drehzahlregelung 17 ist in der Regel deaktiviert, wenn sich der Verbrennungsmotor 2 nicht in einem unbelasteten Leerlaufbetrieb befindet. Die Angabe, ob sich der Motor in einem unbelasteten Leerlaufbetrieb befindet, wird extern vorgegeben bzw. in der Mo- torsteuereinheit 6 aus sonstigen Betriebsgrößen ermittelt. Sobald das vorgegebene Soll-Drehmoment Mιι sich verändert bzw. ansteigt, wird die Drehzahlregelung deaktiviert, z.B. indem das Auswahlsignal geändert wird und dadurch das Soll- Drehmoment Msoii an das Summierglied 12 weitergeleitet wird.
In dem Summierglied 12 wird das Soll-Drehmoment Msoii mit einem Adaptionswert MA beaufschlagt, der ein Korrektur-Drehmoment angibt. Vorzugsweise wird der Adaptionswert zu dem vorgegebenen Soll-Drehmoment Mιι addiert. Es sind jedoch auch andere Optionen denkbar, das Soll-Drehmoment Mιι mit einem Kor- rekturwert zu beaufschlagen, z.B. durch Multiplikation und dergleichen. Das korrigierte Soll-Drehmoment Mιι wird einer Momentenmodelleinheit 13 zugeführt, die aus dem vorgegebenen korrigierten Soll-Drehmoment Mιι Motorgrößen S1 , S2, S3 usw. ermittelt und diese dem Verbrennungsmotor 2 zur Verfügung stellt, um diesen zu betreiben. Die bereitgestellten Motorgrößen können beispielsweise der Zündzeitpunkt (Zündwinkel), die Drosselklappenstellung sowie die Einspritzmenge sein. Weitere einstellbare Motorgrößen zur Ansteuerung des Verbrennungsmotors 2, mit denen das korrigierte Soll-Drehmoment eingestellt werden kann, sind denkbar.
Der Adaptionswert MA wird von einer Adaptionswerteinheit 14 bereitgestellt. Die Adaptionswerteinheit 14 umfasst im gezeigten Ausführungsbeispiel einen Adaptionswertspeicher 15 und eine Interpolationseinheit 16. Weiterhin empfängt die A- daptionswerteinheit 14 eine Angabe über den momentanen Lastpunkt (Drehmomentenangabe) des Hybridantriebs in Form eines Lastpunktsignals LPS. Das Lastpunktsignal gibt die Drehmomentenbeiträge des Verbrennungsmotors 2 und des Elektromotors 3 im unbelasteten Leerlaufbetrieb des Hybridantriebsystems an. Dabei wird in der Regel von dem Verbrennungsmotor 2 ein positives Antriebsmoment bereitgestellt, das durch ein negatives Lastmoment des Elektromotors 3, der sich in einem Generatorbetrieb beispielsweise zum Laden einer Fahr- zeugbatterie befindet, aufgenommen wird. Im Ergebnis beträgt das Antriebsmoment auf der Abtriebswelle 0 Nm. In der Adaptionswerteinheit 14 wird aus der bereitgestellten Angabe über den Lastpunkt der Adaptionswert MA ermittelt. Dies kann beispielsweise mithilfe eines Adaptionswertkennfeldes erfolgen, das in dem Adaptionswertspeicher 15 abgelegt ist. Mithilfe der Interpolationseinheit 16 werden Adaptionswerte für Lastpunkte durch eine Interpolation ermittelt, für die keine konkreten Werte in dem Adaptionswertspeicher 15 hinterlegt sind. Adaptionswerte können alternativ mithilfe einer geeigneten anpassbaren Funktion bezüglich des vorgegebenen Lastpunktes ermittelt werden.
Bei Verwendung eines Adaptionskennfeldes ist es notwendig, dass die Adaptionswerte, die in dem Kennfeld gespeichert werden sollen, die Ungenauigkeiten des Drehmomentenmodells bezüglich des individuellen Verbrennungsmotors bzw. diejenigen, die sich aufgrund der Alterung des Verbrennungsmotors 2 ergeben, ausgleichen. Die Adaptionswerte MA sollten daher vor Inbetriebnahme des Ver- brennungsmotors 2 eingelernt werden und kontinuierlich oder in regelmäßigen Abständen aktualisiert werden.
Die Aktualisierung eines im Adaptionskennfeld gespeicherten Adaptionswertes erfolgt im unbelasteten Leerlaufbetrieb des Hybridantriebsystems 1. Im unbelaste- ten Leerlaufbetrieb wird die Drehzahlregelung 17 aktiviert, die zum Einstellen einer konstanten Drehzahl ein Regelungsmoment MRegei der Auswahleinheit 11 zur Verfügung stellt. Das Auswahlsignal L gibt an, dass das Regelmoment MRegei anstelle des Soll-Drehmoments Mιι dem Summierglied 12 bereitgestellt wird. Die Drehzahlregelung 17 erhält als Eingangsgrößen eine vorgegebene SoII- Leerlaufdrehzahl nSoii_Leeriauf und die momentane Ist-Drehzahl nιst. Die Drehzahlregelung 17 ist vorzugsweise als PID-Regler ausgebildet und weist ein Proportionalglied P, ein Integrationsglied I und ein Differenzierglied D auf. Das Integrationsglied I stellt sich im eingeschwungenen Zustand der Drehzahlregelung auf einen bestimmten Integratorwert ein.
Der Integratorwert stellt einen Korrekturwert Mκ für den Adaptionswert MA an dem entsprechenden momentanen Lastpunkt dar, da die Drehzahlregelung 17 in der Regelschleife auch das Summierglied 12 enthält, durch das das Regelmoment MRegei auch während der aktiven Drehzahlregelung mit dem momentanen Adaptionswert MA aus der Adaptionswerteinheit 14 beaufschlagt wird. Der Korrekturwert MK wird daher zu dem bei dem Lastpunkt bestehenden Adaptionswert MA addiert. Alternativ kann der Korrekturwert Mκ auch aus dem Gesamtsummenmoment des Verbrennungsmotors 2 und des Elektromotors 3 abzüglich der Verlustmomente bestimmt werden.
Die Anpassung der im Adaptionswertkennfeld gespeicherten Adaptionswerte kann immer dann erfolgen, wenn sich das Hybridantriebsystem im unbelasteten Leer- lauf befindet und die Drehzahlregelung im eingeschwungenen Zustand ist. Dann hat der Integrationswert Mκ einen konstanten Betrag angenommen.
In dem Adaptionswertkennfeld, das in dem Speicher 15 gespeichert ist, wird zu jedem Lastpunkt des Verbrennungsmotors 2 ein Adaptionswert MA gespeichert. Weiterhin kann das Adaptionswertkennfeld unterschiedliche Motor- und Wandler- öltemperaturen und verschiedene Drehzahlen berücksichtigen. Bei der Ermittlung des Lastpunktes reicht es aus, den Lastpunkt des Verbrennungsmotors 2 zu ermitteln, da der Elektromotor 3 im unbelasteten Leerlauf genau den gleichen Betrag des Drehmomentes mit negativem Vorzeichen bereitstellen muss.
Um beim Einlernen der Adaptionswerte zu große Sprünge zu vermeiden, kann man die über den Integratorwert der Adaptionswerteinheit 14 bereitgestellten Korrekturwerte Mκ für jeden Adaptionsschritt begrenzen und/oder mit einem Gewichtungsfaktor gewichten.
Alternativ kann man den Adaptionswert auch in die Vorsteuerung der Leerlaufregelung einfließen lassen, anstatt die modellierten Verlustmomente zu berichtigen.

Claims

Ansprüche
1. Verfahren zum Betreiben eines Hybridantriebsystems mit einem Verbrennungsmotor und einem Elektroantrieb, mit folgenden Schritten: - Bereitstellen eines Soll-Drehmoments (Mιι), das ein vom Verbrennungsmotor (2) zu lieferndes Antriebsmoment angibt;
Ermitteln eines adaptierten Soll-Drehmoments (Mιι') abhängig von dem Soll-Drehmoments und einem bereitgestellten Adaptionswert (MA);
Ansteuern des Verbrennungsmotors mit abhängig von dem adaptierten Soll-Drehmoment (Mιι') ermittelten Motorgrößen, um das von dem Soll- Drehmoment (Msoii) vorgegebene Antriebsmoment an dem Verbrennungsmotor (2) einzustellen; dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Adaptionswert (MA) abhängig von einem Lastpunkt des Hybridantriebsys- tems bereitgestellt wird, wobei der Lastpunkt eine Angabe über eine zwischen Verbrennungsmotor (2) und Elektroantrieb (3) bestehende Momentenbilanz angibt.
2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 , wobei mehrere Adaptionswerte (MA) und die diesen zugeordneten Lastpunkte in einem Adaptionswertkennfeld bereitgestellt werden.
3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, wobei der bereitgestellte Adaptionswert (MA) ZU dem Soll-Drehmoment (Mιι) addiert wird, um das adaptierte SoII- Drehmoment (Mιι') zu erhalten.
4. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die Angabe über den Lastpunkt bestimmt wird, indem das von dem Elektroantrieb (3) aufgenommene Lastmoment während eines unbelasteten Leerlaufs des Hybridantriebsystems be- stimmt wird.
5. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, wobei der von der Angabe über den Lastpunkt bereitgestellte Adaptionswert (MA) während eines unbelasteten Leerlaufs des Hybridanthebsystems aktualisiert wird.
6. Verfahren nach Anspruch 5, wobei während des unbelasteten Leerlaufs des Hybridanthebsystems eine Drehzahlregelung (17) aktiv ist, wobei der dem momentanen Lastpunkt zugeordnete Adaptionswert (MA) mit Hilfe einer Größe aus der Drehzahlregelung aktualisiert wird.
7. Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, wobei der dem momentanen Lastpunkt zugeordnete Adaptionswert (MA) mit Hilfe eines Integratorwerts von der mit einer Integrationskomponente versehenen Drehzahlregelung (17) aktualisiert wird.
8. Verfahren nach Anspruch 6, wobei der dem momentanen Lastpunkt zuge- ordnete Adaptionswert (MA) mit Hilfe eines Gesamtsummenmomentes des Verbrennungsmotors (2) und des Elektroanthebs (3) abzüglich der Verlustmomente bestimmt wird.

Verfahren nach Anspruch 7, wobei das Aktualisieren durch Ersetzen des dem momentanen Lastpunkt zugeordneten Adaptionswertes durch den Integratorwert erfolgt, wenn eine Regelungsschleife der Drehzahlregelung (17) den momentanen, dem Lastpunkt zugeordneten Adaptionswert (MA) nicht berücksichtigt hat, oder wobei das Aktualisieren durch Beaufschlagen des dem momentanen Lastpunkt zugeordneten Adaptionswertes (MA) mit dem Integratorwert erfolgt, wenn die Regelungsschleife der Drehzahlregelung (17) den momentanen dem Lastpunkt zugeordneten Adaptionswert (MA) berücksichtigt hat.
10. Motorsteuereinheit (6) zum Betreiben eines Hybridanthebsystems, das ei- nen Verbrennungsmotor (2) und einen Elektroantrieb (3) aufweist, umfassend: eine Drehmomentenmodelleinheit zum Ansteuern des Verbrennungsmotors (3) mit abhängig von einem adaptierten Soll-Drehmoment (Mιι') ermittelten Mo- torgrößen, um ein von dem Soll-Drehmoment (Mιι) vorgegebenes Antriebsmoment einzustellen; eine Einheit (12) zum Ermitteln des adaptierten Soll-Drehmoments (MSoiι') abhängig von dem Soll-Drehmoment (Mιι) und einem bereitgestellten Adapti- onswert (MA); gekennzeichnet durch: eine Adaptionswerteinheit (14) zum Bereitstellen des Adaptionswertes (MA) abhängig von einem Lastpunkt des Hybridantriebsystems, wobei der Lastpunkt eine Angabe über eine zwischen Verbrennungsmotor (2) und Elektroantrieb (3) bestehende Momentenbilanz angibt.
11. Motorsteuereinheit (6), weiterhin umfassend: eine Drehzahlregelung zum Einregeln einer Drehzahl des Hybridantriebsystems in einem unbelasteten Leerlauf und zum Bereitstellen einer Größe aus der Drehzahl- regelung (17), mit deren Hilfe der von der Angabe über den Lastpunkt bereitgestellte Adaptionswert (MA) während eines unbelasteten Leerlaufs des Hybridantriebsystems aktualisiert wird.
12. Motorsystem mit einem Hybridantriebsystem, das einen Verbrennungsmo- tor (2) und einen Elektroantrieb (3) aufweist, und mit der Motorsteuereinheit (6) nach einem der Ansprüche 10 bis 11.
13. Computerprogramm, das einen Programmcode enthält, der, wenn er auf einer Datenverarbeitungseinheit ausgeführt wird, ein Verfahren gemäß einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9 ausführt.
