2.串励电机的碳粉污染严重, 工作噪声大, 且换向器使用寿命只有几百个小时, 换向器和碳刷的寿命直接制约着整个产品的寿命。串励电机做不到精确的双闭环控制; 因为调速功能是用可控硅的导通角来控制电压的, 所以串励电机低速时扭矩比较小; 串励电机不能实现精确高速刹车。
3.手持式电动工具本身既包括电机, 又包括控制器, 采用电池的还包括电池的重 量, 这种一体的结构导致工具的重量很重, 体积很大, 工人的劳动强度大, 易造成工 作疲劳, 影响工作效率。

所述永磁无刷直流电机包括电子开关电路、 转子位置检测电路和电机本体, 所述 电子开关电路、 电机本体、 转子位置检测电路依次构成闭合回路。 所述电机本体上同 轴的外部电枢和内部电枢,外部电枢为定子或转子, 内部电枢为相对应的转子或定子, 转子为永磁体。 电子开关电路主要作用是控制电机本体定子各相绕组的通电顺序和时 间, 主要由功率管、 驱动电路以及转子位置信号处理模块构成。 转子位置检测电路主 要作用是实时检测转子位置, 为换相提供依据。
实施例二:
如图 2所示, 充电电池 3上所采用的固定机构包括包体 33和腰带卡扣 37, 所述 充电电池 3放置于包体 33内, 腰带卡扣 37整体呈 V形, 一外侧与包体 33连接, 中间 开口处可倒扣在腰带上。
实施例三:
如图 3所示, 固定式两用便携式手持电动工具、 移动电动工具、 园林工具、 木工 工具, 包括工具本体 1、 动力源 2、 充电电池 3, 所述工具本体 1上采用直流电机, 动 力源 2采用电子变压器或开关电源, 动力源 2由市电供电, 动力源 2与工具本体 1固 定连接, 充电电池 3与工具本体 1通过导线固定连接。 工具本体 1与动力源 2和充电 电池 3通过导线固定连接, 用户操作时仅仅需要持有工具本体 1就可以正常工作。
实施例四:
如图 4所示, 两用便携式手持电动工具、 移动电动工具、 园林工具、 木工工具, 包括工具本体 1、 动力源 2、 充电电池 3, 所述工具本体 1上采用直流电机, 动力源 2 采用电子变压器或开关电源, 动力源 2由市电供电, 工具本体 1与动力源 2通过导线 固定连接, 充电电池 3上设置有充电口 32和放电口 31, 放电口 31与工具本体 1插接 式连接。 工具本体 1与动力源 2通过导线固定连接, 用户操作时仅仅需要持有工具本 体 1就可以正常工作。
实施例五:
如图 5所示, 一种两用便携式手持电动工具、 移动电动工具、 园林工具、 木工工 具, 包括工具本体 1、 动力源 2、 充电电池 3, 所述工具本体 1上采用直流电机, 动力 源 2采用电子变压器或开关电源, 动力源 2由市电供电, 工具本体 1与动力源 2插接 式连接, 充电电池 3与工具本体 1通过导线固定连接。 工具本体 1与充电电池 3通过 导线固定连接, 用户操作时仅仅需要持有工具本体 1就可以正常工作。
上述实施例是对本实用新型的说明, 不是对本实用新型的限定, 任何对本实用新 型简单变换后的方案均属于本实用新型的保护范围。

权利要求
1. 插接式两用便携式手持电动工具, 其特征在于: 包括分体的工具本体、 动 力源、 充电电池, 所述工具本体上采用直流电机, 动力源采用电子变压器或开关电 源, 动力源由市电供电, 工具本体与动力源插接式连接, 充电电池上设置有充电口 和放电口, 放电口与工具本体插接式连接。
2. 如权利要求 1所述的插接式两用便携式手持电动工具, 其特征在于: 所述 动力源上设置有充电电路, 充电电路的输出端口为充电端口, 充电电池上的充电口 与动力源上的充电端口插接式连接。
3. 如权利要求 1所述的插接式两用便携式手持电动工具, 其特征在于: 所述 直流电机采用永磁无刷直流电机。
4. 如权利要求 1所述的插接式两用便携式手持电动工具, 其特征在于: 还包 括固定机构, 所述充电电池设置在固定机构上。
5. 如权利要求 4所述的插接式两用便携式手持电动工具, 其特征在于: 所述 固定机构包括包体和两段连接带, 所述充电电池放置于包体内, 两段连接带的一端 固定在包体上, 另一端可相互扣接。
6. 如权利要求 5所述的插接式两用便携式手持电动工具, 其特征在于: 两根 连接带的端部分别设置相对应的卡扣和扣座进行扣接连接。
7. 如权利要求 4所述的插接式两用便携式手持电动工具, 其特征在于: 所述 固定机构包括包体和腰带卡扣,所述充电电池放置于包体内,腰带卡扣整体呈 V形, 一外侧与包体连接, 中间开口处可倒扣在腰带上。
8. 固定式两用便携式手持电动工具, 其特征在于: 包括工具本体、 动力源、 充电电池, 所述工具本体上采用直流电机, 动力源采用电子变压器或开关电源, 动 力源由市电供电, 动力源与工具本体通过导线固定连接, 充电电池与工具本体通过 导线固定连接。
9. 两用便携式手持电动工具, 其特征在于: 包括工具本体、 动力源、 充电电 池, 所述工具本体上采用直流电机, 动力源采用电子变压器或开关电源, 动力源由 市电供电, 工具本体与动力源通过导线固定连接, 充电电池上设置有充电口和放电 口, 放电口与工具本体插接式连接。
10.—种两用便携式手持电动工具, 其特征在于: 包括工具本体、 动力源、 充 电电池, 所述工具本体上采用直流电机, 动力源采用电子变压器或开关电源, 动 力源由市电供电, 工具本体与动力源插接式连接, 充电电池与工具本体通过导线 固定连接。
11.两用便携式移动电动工具, 其特征在于: 包括分体的工具本体、 动力源、 充电电池, 所述工具本体上采用直流电机, 动力源采用电子变压器或开关电源, 动力源由市电供电, 工具本体与动力源插接式连接或者导线固定连接, 充电电池 上设置有充电口和放电口, 放电口与工具本体插接式连接或者导线固定连接。
12.如权利要求 11 所述的两用便携式移动电动工具, 其特征在于: 所述动力 源上设置有充电电路, 充电电路的输出端口为充电端口, 充电电池上的充电口与 动力源上的充电端口插接式连接。
13.如权利要求 11 所述的两用便携式移动电动工具, 其特征在于: 所述直流 电机采用永磁无刷直流电机。
14.如权利要求 11 所述的两用便携式移动电动工具, 其特征在于: 还包括固 定机构, 所述充电电池设置在固定机构上
15.如权利要求 14所述的两用便携式移动电动工具, 其特征在于: 所述固定 机构包括包体和两段连接带, 所述充电电池放置于包体内, 两段连接带的一端固 定在包体上, 另一端可相互扣接
16.如权利要求 15 所述的两用便携式移动电动工具, 其特征在于: 两根连接 带的端部分别设置相对应的卡扣和扣座进行扣接连接。
17.如权利要求 14所述的两用便携式移动电动工具, 其特征在于: 所述固定 机构包括包体和腰带卡扣, 所述充电电池放置于包体内, 腰带卡扣整体呈 V形, 一外侧与包体连接, 中间开口处可倒扣在腰带上。
18.两用便携式园林工具, 其特征在于: 包括分体的工具本体、 动力源、 充电 电池, 所述工具本体上采用直流电机, 动力源采用电子变压器或开关电源, 动力 源由市电供电, 工具本体与动力源插接式连接或者导线固定连接, 充电电池上设 置有充电口和放电口, 放电口与工具本体插接式连接或者导线固定连接。
19.两用便携式木工工具, 其特征在于: 包括分体的工具本体、 动力源、 充电 电池, 所述工具本体上采用直流电机, 动力源采用电子变压器或开关电源, 动力源 由市电供电,工具本体与动力源插接式连接或者导线固定连接,充电电池上设置有 充电口和放电口, 放电口与工具本体插接式连接或者导线固定连接。
