Abstract

레거시 지원을 위한 프리엠블 전송 방법이 개시된다. 본 방법은 레거시 시스템에 해당하는 제 1 시스템, 및 개선 시스템에 해당하는, 2 이상의 가변 대역폭을 지원하는 제 2 시스템 중 하나 이상을 지원하는 통신 시스템에서 상기 제 2 시스템용 프리엠블을 전송하는 방법으로 볼 수 있으며, 2 이상의 가변 대역폭 중 최소 대역폭을 기준으로 프리엠블 시퀀스를 생성하고, 상기 생성된 프리엠블 시퀀스를 상기 제 1 시스템용 프리엠블의 반복 계수(Repetition Factor)와 서로 소인 반복 계수를 가지도록 자원 영역에 매핑하여, 상기 자원 영역에 매핑된 프리엠블 시퀀스를 상기 제 2 시스템용 프리엠블로서 전송하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
