Abstract

본 발명은 화학식 1로 표시되는 신규 유기 게르마늄 화합물 및 이를 유효성분으로 포함하는 항암, 항바이러스, 항염증 또는 면역질환 개선용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명의 신규 유기 게르마늄 화합물은 수용성 특성이 현저히 향상되어 생체에 적용하는 경우 높은 흡수율을 나타내어 게르마늄의 본래 효능을 충분히 발휘할 수 있다. 상기 화학식 1에서, R1, R2 및 R3는 각각 독립적으로, C1-C4의 직쇄 또는 가지쇄의 알킬(alkyl), C2-C6의 알케닐(alkenyl)기, C2-C4의 알키닐(alkynyl)기, C1-C4의 알킬아미노, 수소, 질소, 산소, 황 또는 할로이고; 상기 R1, R2 및 R3는 각각 독립적으로 서로 연결되어 환을 형성할 수 있고; R4는 화합물의 물에 대한 용해도를 증가시킬 수 있는 작용기이고; X는 C1-C4의 직쇄 또는 가재쇄의 알킬, C2-C6의 알케닐기, C2-C4의 알키닐기, C1-C4의 알킬아미노, 질소, 산소, 또는 황이고; m, n 및 o는 각각 돌립적으로 0 내지 10의 정수이고; Ge는 게르마늄이다.
