Abstract

본 발명은 {100}면이 판재면에 평행하고 방향성을 갖는 전기강판을 제조하는 방법을 제공한다. 상기 전기강판의 제조방법은 철 또는 철계 합금으로 이루어진 금속판재를 표면 입자 조직이 특정한 방위를 갖도록 표면 입자들을 배열하는 단계, 상기 금속판재를 오스테나이트(γ) 상이 안정한 온도 하에서 열처리하는 열처리 단계, 및 상기 열처리된 철 또는 철계 합금을 페라이트(α) 상으로 변화시키는 상변태 단계를 포함한다. 표면 입자 조직이 특정한 방위를 갖도록 표면 입자들을 배열하는 일 예로 압하율을 조절하여 냉간압연한 경우, 상기 전기강판의 제조방법에 따르면 우수한 {100}<001> 집합조직을 갖는 방향성 전기강판을 획기적인 효율로 제조할 수 있다.
