技术领域
本发明涉及一种路灯, 尤其涉及一种 LED路灯灯头的结构。 背景技术
作为一种公路照明系统, 路灯在道路交通照明中起到不可或缺的作用, 被广泛的应用 于城乡道路照明。就目前所采用的路灯来看,多采用高低压钠灯或卤素灯作为路灯的光源, 但是, 其存在能耗比较大、 使用寿命较短以及在低温情况下不容易启动等不足之处, 现代 设计安装的路灯已经不再使用, 取而代之的是使用上世纪研究出来的具有使用寿命长、亮 度大等优点的 LED路灯。
相应的, 由于 LED路灯的使用, 也促使了本领域相关技术人员对与 LED路灯配套使 用的路灯灯头的改进, 如 2007年 5月 2日公开的名称为"高亮度 LED路灯的灯头" (公幵 号: CN2896006) 的中国发明专利揭示了一种路灯灯头, 如图 1所示, 其包括灯壳、 多个 高亮度 LED光源 3, 所述的灯壳内设置有拱形支架 12, 拱形支架 12依次设置有多个散热 条 13, 各散热条的端面 14以拱形支架 12的拱形面中心对称, 且各散热条 13的工作面与 支架底面相互设置有夹角, 各散热条 13上分别贴置有 PCB, 各 PCB上分别设置有多个高 亮度 LED光源 3, 各高亮度 LED光源 3上分别设置有透镜支架, 各透镜支架内放置有透 镜, 且透镜的底部透过透镜支架套住高亮度 LED光源的发光头。 其具有能耗小、 寿命长、 易启动, 能够替代现有的路灯, 可适用于高速公路、 主干路、 次干路、 支路照明等优点。
但是, 这种路灯灯头采用一个整体式的灯头结构, 将所有的 LED都装置在一个灯壳 之内, 其主要存在以下几个方面的不足:
1、 首先, 将多个 LED光源一体或分别的安装于一个安装板上, 在其上的个别 LED 光源损坏时, 几乎需要将整个灯头拆下来再进行维修或更换, 工作量相对比较大。
2、 其次, 其 LED光源的数量在安装的时候都是固定的, 不能自由的增加或减少, 不 能针对亮度的不同需要而自由调整 LED光源的数量, 缺乏灵活性。
3、 再者, 从散热来说, 所有的灯组件都组装在一块散热基板上, 通过一块基板来发 散所有 LED光源积聚的热量, 而一个散热基板的散热效果明显不够理想。 发明内容
针对现有技术中存在的问题, 本发明的目的在于克服现有技术 LED灯头所存在的更 换组件不方便以及只有一个散热基板的不足问题, 提供一种具有便于安装和更换灯组件、 更好的解决散热问题、 便于在实施过程中灵活调整 LED光源的数量或功率的 LED灯头。
本发明的另一个目的在于提供一种具有本发明组合式 LED灯头的路灯。
为了达到上述目的, 本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种组合式 LED灯头, 包括用于连接路灯固着物的连接座、 连接于所述连接座的总 支架, 以及多个灯组件, 所述灯组件包括散热支架及所述散热支架上安装的由多个 LED 光源组成的 LED组件; 各所述灯组件可单独拆卸地连接于所述总支架。
本发明的组合式 LED灯头, 其中, 所述总支架的一端固定连接于所述连接座, 所述 总支架的其余部向上延伸且在外周上形成有用于安装所述灯组件的燕尾凹槽。
本发明的组合式 LED灯头, 其中, 各所述灯组件相互平行, 且均匀的分布在所述其 余部的外周。
本发明的组合式 LED灯头, 其中, 所述灯组件通过一个或两个可穿过电缆的连接杆 固定连接于所述其余部, 即所述连接杆一端嵌插于所述燕尾凹槽中。
本发明的组合式 LED灯头, 其中, 在所述散热支架上沿其纵向形成有燕尾槽, 所述 连接杆的另一端插接于所述燕尾槽中,所述散热支架的侧壁上设置有用于穿过固定所述连 接杆的螺钉的螺钉孔。
本发明的组合式 LED灯头, 其中, 所述散热支架外周设置有矩形或圆弧形散热环。 本发明的组合式 LED灯头, 其中, 所述组合式 LED灯头还包括一灯罩, 所述灯罩安 装于所述多个灯组件的上方。

本发明的组合式 LED灯头的有益效果是: 可以很方便的把灯组件安装在一个个分立 的散热支架上, 这种机构利于散热, 可以根据 LED灯头功率的大小来增减散热支架的数 目及决定是否增加散热环结构, 然后再把各个散热支架安装在一个总支架上面, 如果只拆 卸其中一个灯组件时, 就不用把整个灯壳完全拆开了, 安装和拆卸都很方便, 结构简单, 可以在满足配光的情况下采用多种组合结构。 附图说明

如图 2、 图 4和图 6所示, 本发明实施例的组合式 LED灯头, 包括用于连接路灯固着 物的连接座 1、 连接于连接座 1的总支架 2、 多个灯组件, 灯组件包括散热支架 4及散热 支架 4上安装的由多个 LED光源 3组成的 LED组件, 且多个灯组件可单独拆卸的连接于 总支架 2, 即每个灯组件均可以单独从总支架上拆卸下来,而不依赖于其他灯组件的拆卸, 也不影响其他灯组件的正常工作; 连接方式可为固定连接, 也可为可旋转连接。 路灯固着 物可以为路灯灯杆, 也可为建筑物或构筑物侧壁等其他可用于安装路灯的物体。
如图 2、 图 4和图 6所示, 本发明实施例的组合式 LED灯头, 总支架 2的一端固定连 接于连接座 1,总支架 2的其余部 20的外周上形成有用于安装灯组件的燕尾凹槽,燕尾槽 结构使得灯组件拆卸与的安装更加方便。 为使路灯更美观, 各灯组件相互平行, 且均匀的 分布在其余部 20的外周。 灯组件通过两个可穿过电缆的连接杆 5固定连接于其余部 20, 连接杆 5的一端嵌插于其余部 20的燕尾凹槽中。其余部 20向上延伸, 使得嵌插于其凹槽 中的连接杆 5, 可以不必使用螺钉紧固, 因为即使在灯组件重力的作用下滑动, 也只能向 下滑动, 而不能向上脱出凹槽。 因此, 总支架 2的其余部 20向上延伸的结构使得灯组件 的拆卸更加方便。
如图 3A、 图 3B、 图 3C、 图 3D、 图 5A、 图 5B和图 5C所示, 本发明实施例的组合 式 LED灯头, 灯组件的散热支架 4的为燕尾槽结构, 其上部中央沿其纵向开设有燕尾槽 41, 下部的凹槽用于安装 LED组件, 将 LED组件安装好以后, 两端用灯组堵头 7予以固 定。 连接杆 5的另一端插接于燕尾槽 41中, 散热支架 4的侧壁上设置有用于穿过固定连 接杆 5的螺钉的螺钉孔 51。 燕尾槽 41底部还设置有横向槽 42, 方便插接连接杆 5, 连接 杆 5的与灯组件连接端的形状与燕尾槽 41相匹配, 连接杆 5可延横向槽 42从散热支架 4 端部滑动到设置螺钉孔 51的连接杆 5安装位, 将螺钉穿过螺钉孔 51, 再与连接杆 5端部 的内螺纹相配合将连接杆 5紧固。
本发明的路灯,可以使用电缆供电, 电缆依次穿过连接座、总支架和连接杆中的空腔, 连接到灯组件中的 LED组件, 给 LED光源供电; 同时, 也可以使用蓄电池或太阳能电路 板等供电。 各灯组件之间也可不相互平行, 而采用其他具有美感的排列图案。 其余部也可 采用凸条结构, 与连接杆上的凹槽配合。 在连接强度能够保证的情况下, 连接杆也可只有 一个。
图 5A、 图 5B和图 5C所示, 本发明第二实施例的组合式 LED灯头, 为加强 LED组 件的散热效果, 散热支架 4外周设置有矩形散热环 43。 本发明的组合式 LED灯头, 也可 采用圆弧形或其它形状的增强型散热环。
如图 2、 图 4和图 6所示, 本发明实施例的组合式 LED灯头, 为使灯头美观, 还包括 一灯罩 6, 灯罩 6安装于多个灯组件的上方。 灯罩 6也采用一种插接结构, 与灯罩 6本体 垂直的连接板 61, 也插接于其余部 20的凹槽中, 可便于更换和清洁灯罩。 灯罩还能保护 组合式 LED灯头不因风吹日晒而使组件老化。
如图 2、 图 4和图 6所示, 本发明第三实施例的组合式 LED灯头, 为达到同时照射连 接座两侧的效果, 连接座 1两侧左右对称的设置总支架 21、 22,、总支架 21、 22上对称的 连接有灯组件。
本发明的组合式 LED灯头, 可以应用于路灯。
本发明实施例的路灯包括路灯灯杆, 路灯灯杆两侧左右对称的设置有 LED灯头。 既 可以是两侧左右对称的设置本发明第一实施例或第二实施例的组合式 LED灯头, 也可以 在路灯灯杆上连接本发明第三实施例的组合式 LED灯头。
以上所述的仅为本发明的较佳可行实施例,所述实施例并非用以限制本发明的专利保 护范围, 因此凡是运用本发明的说明书及附图内容所作的等同结构变化, 同理均应包含在 本发明的保护范围内。

Claims

权利要求
1、 一种组合式 LED灯头, 其特征在于, 包括- 用于连接路灯固着物的连接座;
连接于所述连接座的总支架;
多个灯组件,所述灯组件包括散热支架及所述散热支架上安装的由多个 LED光源 组成的 LED组件;
各所述灯组件可单独拆卸地连接于所述总支架。
2、如权利要求 1所述的组合式 LED灯头, 其特征在于: 所述总支架的一端固定连接 于所述连接座,所述总支架的其余部向上延伸且在外周上形成有用于安装所述灯组件的燕 尾凹槽。
3、 如权利要求 2所述的组合式 LED灯头, 其特征在于: 各所述灯组件相互平行, 且 均匀的分布在所述其余部的外周。
4、如权利要求 3所述的组合式 LED灯头, 其特征在于: 所述灯组件通过一个或两个 可穿过电缆的连接杆固定连接于所述其余部, 即所述连接杆一端嵌插于所述燕尾凹槽中。
5、如权利要求 4所述的组合式 LED灯头, 其特征在于: 在所述散热支架上沿其纵向 形成有燕尾槽,所述连接杆的另一端插接于所述燕尾槽中,所述散热支架的侧壁上设置有 用于穿过固定所述连接杆的螺钉的螺钉孔。
6、如权利要求 1所述的组合式 LED灯头, 其特征在于: 所述散热支架外周设置有矩 形或圆弧形散热环。
7、 如权利要求 1所述的组合式 LED灯头, 其特征在于: 所述组合式 LED灯头还包 括一灯罩, 所述灯罩安装于所述多个灯组件的上方。
8、如权利要求 1所述的组合式 LED灯头, 其特征在于: 所述连接座两侧左右对称的 设置所述总支架, 所述总支架上对称的连接有所述灯组件。
9、一种路灯,包括灯头,其特征在于:所述灯头为权利要求 1-8任一所述组合式 LED 灯头。
10、 如权利要求 9所述的一种路灯, 其特征在于: 所述路灯包括路灯灯杆, 所述路灯 灯杆两侧左右对称的设置有多个所述灯组件。
