Description
Claims (13)
- 양단부가 소정의 각도로 경사지게 구성되는 등기구 프레임;복수의 LED로부터 발광된 광을 소정의 각도로 확산시키기 위해 상기 등기구 프레임에 대응하도록 경사져서 상기 등기구 프레임 상부에 배치되고, 그 저면부에 복수의 LED 램프가 삽입될 수 있도록 복수의 LED 삽입공이 일정한 간격으로 형성된 반사판;상기 LED 삽입공에 삽입되는 LED 램프;상기 LED 램프를 제어하기 위해 상기 반사판의 하부에 배치되어 상기 LED 램프에 연결되는 금속 PCB;상기 등기구 프레임 상부에 배치되고 평탄면으로 이루어진 상부커버;상기 등기구 프레임 양측면부에 탈착가능하게 나사로 부착되는 측면커버; 및상기 등기구 프레임 하부에 밀착된 방열판을 포함하고,상기 반사판은 사각형의 편평한 중앙부 및 상기 중앙부에 경사지게 구성되는 역사다리형태의 네 개의 측면부로 구성되고, 상기 네 개의 측면부중 마주보는 좌우측면부는 상기 중앙부에 일체로 구성되고, 상기 네 개의 측면부중 나머지 마주보는 전후측면부는 각각 상기 죄우측면부에 탈착가능하게 조립되고, 상기 반사판의 중앙부와 네 개의 측면부 사이의 경사는 138°내지 142°인 것을 특징으로 하는LED 광원을 이용한 조명용 모듈.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 PCB에 정전류를 공급하는 PCB 안정기를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는LED 광원을 이용한 조명용 모듈.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 반사판은 양극 산화막처리된 알루미늄 재질로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는LED 광원을 이용한 조명용 모듈.

- 제1항에 있어서,상기 방열판의 크기는 상기 반사판에 삽입되는 LED 램프의 개수에 따라 결정되는 것을 특징으로 하는LED 광원을 이용한 조명용 모듈.
