Description

Sac particulièrement adapté pour transporter un ordinateur portable
La présente invention se rapporte à un sac particulièrement adapté pour transporter un ordinateur portable. De par leur petites dimensions et leur poids relativement faible, les ordinateurs portables peuvent être emportés et utilisés à peu près n'importe où, et ce d'autant plus que l'accès à Internet se démocratise et se généralise dans tous les lieux et domaines par les nouvelles offres Wi-Fi et autres.
Il arrive en particulier que l'on ait à utiliser ces ordinateurs dans des conditions très inconfortables, par exemple en l'absence de table ou de support permettant de les poser.
C'est le cas notamment pour les personnes qui se déplacent dans les transports en commun (bus, métro...), et qui sont obligées de poser l'ordinateur sur leurs genoux si elles souhaitent s'en servir dans ces circonstances.
Cette configuration n'est évidemment pas ergonomique, et il existe un fort risque que l'ordinateur échappe à l'utilisateur et puisse s'abîmer en chutant.
Il existe sur le marché un certain nombre de sacs permettant de transporter les ordinateurs portables, mais aucun n'est prévu pour faciliter leur utilisation dans les conditions particulières susmentionnées.
La présente invention a ainsi notamment pour but de fournir un sac particulièrement adapté au transport d'un ordinateur portable qui facilite une telle utilisation. On atteint ce but de l'invention avec un sac pour transporter notamment un ordinateur portable, comprenant :
- un fond et un couvercle montés articulés l'un par rapport à l'autre le long d'un premier bord de ce sac de manière à permettre l'ouverture de se sac notamment le long d'un deuxième bord opposé audit premier bord, - un moyen de maintien pour maintenir une bandoulière selon une direction sensiblement parallèle auxdits bords et sur une longueur voisine de la longueur dudit deuxième bord, ledit moyen étant monté sur la face extérieure dudit fond à proximité dudit deuxième bord, et
- des moyens aptes à relier les extrémités libres de ladite bandoulière entre elles et audit fond. De manière préférentielle, le moyen de maintien est un fourreau monté sur la face extérieure dudit fond à proximité dudit deuxième bord, ce fourreau s'étendant selon une direction sensiblement parallèle auxdits bords et sur une longueur voisine de la longueur dudit deuxième bord et la bandoulière est apte à être positionnée à l'intérieur dudit fourreau.
Grâce à cette disposition particulière du moyen de maintien, notamment du fourreau, on peut positionner ce sac de manière que son fond soit disposé sur les genoux d'un utilisateur assis, et que le deuxième bord ainsi que le moyen de maintien, notamment le fourreau, soient situés contre le ventre de cet utilisateur. Dans le cas particulier où le moyen de maintien est un fourreau, la bandoulière passe dans le fourreau et fait le tour de la taille de l'utilisateur. A partir de cette position, l'utilisateur peut ouvrir le sac autour de l'axe d'articulation situé le long de son premier bord, et ainsi travailler sur un ordinateur portable dont le clavier et l'écran sont respectivement disposés dans le fond et dans le couvercle de ce sac : du fait du maintien du sac contre le ventre par la bandoulière attachée le long du bord d'ouverture de ce sac, on obtient une position de travail particulièrement stable et confortable, adaptée au travail nomade en l'absence de surface d'appui telle qu'une table.
Il est à noter que le sac de l'invention permet à l'utilisateur de ne pas détacher la bandoulière dudit sac pour modifier la configuration du maintien du sac. En effet, il suffit de garder la bandoulière maintenue par le moyen de maintien et d'attacher les bandoulières entre elles et/ou au fond du sac selon la configuration choisie par l'utilisateur. Ainsi, il est possible d'obtenir une multitude de configurations d'attache différentes en employant une unique bandoulière maintenue au fond du sac de l'invention. De manière générale, le sac de l'invention, peut être porté sur tout le dos. A titre d'exemple, ledit sac peut être porté en haut du dos comme un sac à dos, en bas du dos comme un sac banane, ou encore au creux du dos. La dernière configuration d'attache est particulièrement avantageuse dans le cas où l'utilisateur se déplace en deux roues ou doit porter un objet encombrant.
La configuration du moyen de maintien et des moyens de fixation assure un équilibre du poids du sac de l'invention garantissant une excellente ergonomie et un confort d'utilisation. En effet, le poids de l'ordinateur est réparti sur toutes la longueur du deuxième bord ce qui évite que dans la plupart des configurations d'attache le sac ne se décolle du corps de l'utilisateur. En revanche, les sacs usuels dont la bandoulière est attachée sensiblement au milieu dudit sac ne sont pas confortables lorsqu'ils sont portés par l'utilisateur, car le sac a tendance à pivoter du côté du bord où le sac est attaché à l'utilisateur.
Avantageusement, la présence d'un tel équilibre du poids permet à l'utilisateur de varier à son gré les configurations d'attache connues de type sac à dos ou banane et inconnues que l'utilisateur peut inventer. Suivant d'autres caractéristiques et avantages de ce sac :
- ledit fourreau comporte des moyens permettant son ouverture : la présence de tels moyens permet de libérer aisément la bandoulière du fourreau, notamment lorsqu'on souhaite utiliser ce sac en configuration de porter en sac-à-dos ; - ledit fond comporte, entre ledit moyen de maintien, notamment ledit fourreau, et ledit deuxième bord, deux moyens de fixation rapprochés aptes à coopérer avec deux orifices formés dans ladite bandoulière : ces moyens de fixation et ces orifices permettent de rapprocher les point de tenue de la bandoulière sur le sac, pour la configuration de porter en sac-à-dos ;
- ladite bandoulière comporte des moyens de réglage de sa longueur : ces moyens de réglage permettent d'adapter le sac à différentes tailles d'individus, ainsi que d'adapter la longueur de cette bandoulière aux différentes configurations de porter ; - lesdits moyens de liaison des extrémités libres de ladite bandoulière comprennent des mousquetons (ou autres moyens de fixation) solidaires desdites extrémités et des anneaux de fixation montés sur ledit fond au voisinage dudit premier bord : ces mousquetons et ces moyens de fixation permettent d'accrocher et de décrocher rapidement les extrémités libres de la bandoulière sur/du sac, notamment pour passer d'une configuration de porter en sac-à-dos vers une autre configuration, et inversement ;
- ledit couvercle et ledit fond comprennent des cornières aptes à maintenir les coins d'un clavier et d'un écran d'ordinateur portable : ces cornières permettent de rendre le clavier et l'écran de l'ordinateur solidaires respectivement du fond et du couvercle du sac, de sorte que l'ouverture du couvercle entraîne l'ouverture de cet ordinateur lui-même ;
- ledit fond comprend une sangle apte à maintenir la zone de liaison entre un clavier et un écran d'ordinateur portable : la présence de cette sangle contribue au maintien de l'ordinateur à l'intérieur du sac, et assure que l'articulation de l'écran de ordinateur par rapport à son clavier s'effectue au voisinage de l'articulation du couvercle de ce sac par rapport à son fond ; - ce sac comprend une fermeture à glissière pour fermer son couvercle sur son fond : une telle fermeture à glissière constitue un moyen de fermeture commode et peu coûteux ;
- ce sac comprend un rabat articulé sur son fond, et des moyens pour relier de manière amovible ce rabat sur son couvercle : outre le fait que ce rabat peut contribuer à la bonne fermeture du sac, il peut remplir la fonction de tapis de souris ;
- ledit fourreau est doublé sur sa partie opposée audit fond ;
- ledit premier bord est amovible de manière à permettre des connexions extérieures. D'autres caractéristiques et avantages de la présente invention apparaîtront à la lumière de la description qui va suivre, et à l'examen des figures ci-annexées dans lesquelles :

En se reportant à présent à la figure 1 , on peut voir que le sac selon l'invention comprend un fond 1 et un couvercle 3, de forme sensiblement rectangulaire, reliés entre eux le long d'un premier bord 5 par une articulation telle qu'une bande en cuir souple.
Ce bord 5 peut éventuellement être amovible par un système de fermeture à glissière ou analogue afin de faciliter des connexions externes (souris, écran, clé USB, etc.)
Le couvercle 3 peut être fermé sur le fond 1 au moyen d'une fermeture à glissière 7 qui s'étend sensiblement sur toute la périphérie du sac. Un rabat 9 solidaire du fond 1 peut être fermé de manière sélective sur le couvercle 3 au moyen d'un fermoir 11. Sur les deux coins du fond 1 situés du côté du bord 5, se trouvent deux anneaux 13a, 13b, aptes à coopérer avec les deux extrémités libres 15a, 15b d'une bandoulière 17.
Cette bandoulière 17 comporte deux boucles 19a, 19b permettant de régler les longueurs respectives des extrémités libres 15a, 15b. Ces boucles peuvent éventuellement être remplacées par d'autres moyens de réglage tels que des boutons à pression, des éléments Velcro, des boucles de type ceinture, des attaches de type mâle et femelle, etc.
En se reportant à la figure 2, on peut voir que le sac selon l'invention est particulièrement adapté pour porter un ordinateur portable 21 comportant un clavier 23 ainsi qu'un écran 25 articulés entre eux. Sur la figure 2, où le sac et l'ordinateur portable sont représentés en positon ouverte, on peut voir que l'articulation de l'écran 25 de l'ordinateur portable par rapport à son clavier 23 est située au voisinage du bord 5 du sac, et qu'une sangle 27 est de préférence prévue de manière à maintenir l'articulation de l'ordinateur portable au voisinage de celle du couvercle 3 du sac par rapport à son fond 1.
Des cornières 29a à 29d sont solidaires respectivement du fond 1 et du couvercle 3 du sac, et permettent de solidariser respectivement le clavier 23 et l'écran 25 de ce fond 1 et de ce couvercle 3. Ces cornières peuvent être formées en cuir souple, ou en matériau élastique.
Comme on peut le voir sur la figure 2, lorsque le sac selon l'invention est ouvert, le rabat 9, solidaire du fond 1 , s'étend dans le prolongement du clavier 23 : ce couvercle 9 peut ainsi éventuellement servir de tapis de souris.
On peut également remarquer sur la figure 2 que les deux extrémités libres 15a, 15b de la bandoulière 17 comprennent respectivement des mousquetons 31a, 31 b permettant leur fixation rapide sur les anneaux 13a, 13b visibles sur la figure 1. Ces mousquetons peuvent éventuellement être remplacés par d'autres systèmes d'attaches ayant la même fonction.
Un moyen de maintien 33 est apte à maintenir la bandoulière 17 selon une direction sensiblement parallèle aux bords 35 et sur une longueur voisine de la longueur du deuxième bord 35, ledit moyen 33 étant monté sur la face extérieure dudit fond 1 à proximité dudit deuxième bord 35. A titre d'exemple de moyen de maintien, on peut citer des moyens de fixation tels qu'une ou plusieurs coutures fixant la bandoulière sur une longueur voisine de la longueur du deuxième bord 35 et/ou du premier bord 5 et des boutons à tourniquet répartis uniformément ou non sur le fond 1 du sac de l'invention . Dans le cas représenté à la figure 3, la bandoulière 17 coopère avec le fond 1 du sac par l'intermédiaire d'un moyen de maintien sous la forme d'un fourreau 33 solidaire du fond 1 du sac.
Ce fourreau s'étend selon une direction sensiblement parallèle à celle du bord 35 du sac opposé au bord 5. Comme cela est visible sur la figure 3, la longueur de ce fourreau est pratiquement égale à celle du bord 35 du sac. Le fourreau 33 peut être réalisé dans tout matériau adapté et connu de l'homme du métier, tel qu'un tissu, un caoutchouc, un cuir, un matériau plastique ou encore un métal.
On peut également prévoir une pochette extérieure 37 rapportée sur le fond 1 du sac.
Selon un mode de réalisation non représenté, le sac de l'invention comporte au moins deux moyens de maintien identiques ou différents associés à des moyens pour relier les extrémités libres 15a et 15b de la bandoulière 17 entre elles et/ou au fond 1. Ainsi, il est possible que le sac de l'invention comporte deux fourreaux, chacun monté sur le fond 1 à proximité d'un bord 5 ou 35. Chaque fourreaux sont associés, par exemple, à des anneaux aptes à coopérer avec les extrémités libres 15a et 15b d'une bandoulière. Lesdits anneaux sont disposés typiquement sur les quatre coins du fond 1 situés du côté du bord 5 et du bord 35.
Un tel mode de réalisation permet d'augmenter le nombre de configurations d'attache afin que l'utilisateur détermine l'attache la plus ergonomique.
Les différents modes de porter du sac qui vient d'être décrits vont à présent être parcourus.
En se reportant à la figure 4, on peut voir qu'en reliant entre elles les deux extrémités libres de la bandoulière 17 au moyen des mousquetons 31 a, 31 b (ou autres systèmes d'attaches), on peut porter le sac de manière classique sur l'épaule. En se reportant à la figure 5, on peut voir qu'en reliant les mousquetons 31a, 31 b (ou autres systèmes d'attaches) aux anneaux respectifs 13a, 13b, disposés sur le fond du sac, on peut faire passer la bandoulière sur les deux épaules, et ainsi porter le sac selon l'invention sur le dos.
On notera que dans cette configuration représentée à la figure 5, la bandoulière 17 passe à l'intérieur du fourreau 33, de sorte que l'écart entre les deux brins de bandoulière passant respectivement sur les deux épaules de l'individu est sensiblement égal à la longueur de ce fourreau.
En se reportant à la figure 6, on peut voir que l'on peut faire passer un brin de la bandoulière 17 sur l'épaule, et l'autre brin de cette bandoulière autour de la taille, permettant ainsi une configuration de porter originale. En se reportant aux figures 8 et 9, on peut voir que l'on peut croiser les deux brins de la bandoulière 17 sur le ventre, permettant ainsi une configuration de porter croisée sur les hanches, le sac se trouvant quant à lui sur le dos de l'individu. En se reportant aux figures 10 et 1 1 , on peut voir que l'on peut prévoir des moyens permettant l'ouverture sélective du fourreau 33 : ces moyens peuvent comprendre une fermeture à glissière 39, comme cela est visible sur la figure 10, ou des boutons de pression 41 , comme cela est visible sur la figure 11. Dans le cas où l'on peut ainsi ouvrir le fourreau 33, on prévoit avantageusement deux moyens de fixation tels que des mousquetons 43 séparés l'un de l'autre par une distance inférieure à celle de la longueur du fourreau 33, ces deux mousquetons étant aptes à coopérer avec des orifices complémentaires 45 formés dans la bandoulière 17. En fixant la bandoulière 17 sur le fond du sac 1 par l'intermédiaire de ces mousquetons 43 (ou autres systèmes d'attaches) et de ces orifices 45 respectifs, on peut rapprocher les points d'accroché de cette bandoulière sur le sac, et ainsi permettre une meilleure tenue de ce sac sur les épaules en configuration de porter en sac à dos. Les figures 13 et 14 indiquent une autre configuration de porter du sac selon l'invention, respectivement sur le dos et sur le ventre d'un individu.
Comme on peut le voir, dans cette configuration particulière, le fond 1 du sac fait face à l'extérieur, et ses bords 5 et 35 sont respectivement situés vers le haut et vers le bas : en d'autres termes, ce sac est porté complètement à l'envers par rapport au mode de porter des figures 8 et 9.
A partir de la configuration représentée à la figure 14, on peut décrocher les deux mousquetons 31a, 31b (ou autres systèmes d'attaches) des anneaux 13a, 13b, permettant ainsi le basculement du sac vers l'avant autour du fourreau 33. On peut ainsi obtenir la position de travail particulièrement stable et confortable de la figure 15, dans laquelle le fond 1 du sac repose sur les genoux de l'utilisateur, et est maintenu en appui contre le ventre de cet utilisateur.
Les deux mousquetons 31a, 31 b (ou autres systèmes d'attaches) des deux extrémités libres 15a, 15b de la bandoulière 17 sont reliés entre eux (ou par l'intermédiaire d'une sangle additionnelle, non représentée) autour du torse de l'utilisateur.
Si nécessaire le fourreau peut être doublé sur la partie opposée à celle du fond 1 , de manière à permettre le transport d'un ordinateur plus lourd, et à favoriser l'ergonomie générale de l'invention.
Dans cette position de travail, l'utilisateur peut taper sur le clavier de son ordinateur sans avoir à le maintenir : ses deux mains sont de la sorte libérées.
Comme on peut le comprendre à la lumière de la description qui précède, le sac selon l'invention peut être porté dans de multiples configurations, et peut en particulier être positionné de manière à permettre le travail nomade, c'est-à-dire sans appui stable tel qu'une table.
Ce travail nomade est facilité par la disposition particulière du fourreau 33 par rapport au bord d'articulation 5 du sac, permettant une bonne tenue de ce sac sur les genoux et contre le ventre d'un individu.
Bien entendu, la présente invention n'est nullement limitée à l'exemple décrit et représenté, fourni à titre purement illustratif et non limitatif.

Claims

REVENDICATIONS
1. Sac pour transporter notamment un ordinateur portable, comprenant :
- un fond (1) et un couvercle (3) montés articulés l'un par rapport à l'autre le long d'un premier bord (5) de ce sac de manière à permettre l'ouverture de se sac notamment le long d'un deuxième bord (35) opposé audit premier bord (5),
- un moyen de maintien (33) pour maintenir une bandoulière (17) selon une direction sensiblement parallèle auxdits bords (5, 35) et sur une longueur voisine de la longueur dudit deuxième bord (35), ledit moyen (33) étant monté sur la face extérieure dudit fond (1) à proximité dudit deuxième bord (35), et
- des moyens (13a, 13b ; 31a, 31b) aptes à relier les extrémités libres (15a, 15b) de ladite bandoulière (17) entre elles et audit fond (1).
2. Sac selon la revendication 1 , caractérisé en ce que le moyen de maintien est un fourreau (33) s'étendant selon une direction sensiblement parallèle auxdits bords (5, 35) et sur une longueur voisine de la longueur dudit deuxième bord (35) et en ce que la bandoulière (17) est apte à être positionnée à l'intérieur dudit fourreau (33).
3. Sac selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit fourreau
(33) comporte des moyens (39, 41) permettant son ouverture.
4. Sac selon l'une des revendications 2 ou 3, caractérisé en ce que ledit fourreau (33) est doublé sur sa partie opposée audit fond (1).
5. Sac selon l'un quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit fond (1) comporte, entre ledit moyen de maintien
(33) et ledit deuxième bord (35), deux moyens de fixation rapprochés (43) aptes à coopérer avec deux orifices (45) formés dans ladite bandoulière (17).
6. Sac selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite bandoulière (17) comporte des moyens (19a, 19b) de réglage de sa longueur.
7. Sac selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que lesdits moyens de liaison des extrémités libres (15a, 15b) de ladite bandoulière (17) comprennent des mousquetons ou autres systèmes d'attaches (31a, 31b) solidaires desdites extrémités (15a, 15b) et des anneaux (13a, 13b) de fixation montés sur ledit fond (1) au voisinage dudit premier bord (5).
8. Sac selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit couvercle (3) et ledit fond (1) comprennent des cornières (29a à 29d) aptes à maintenir les coins d'un clavier (23) et d'un écran (25) d'ordinateur portable.
9. Sac selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un système fermeture à glissière (7) pour fermer son couvercle (3) sur son fond (1).
10. Sac selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un rabat (9) articulé sur son fond (1), et des moyens (11) pour relier de manière amovible ce rabat (9) sur son couvercle (3).
11. Sac selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit premier bord (5) est amovible de manière à permettre des connexions extérieures.
