Abstract

The invention relates to a first-aid case for home visits, which has been specially designed to transport medical equipment, formed by a prismatic body (2) including support lugs (3) on the lower base (4) thereof and a handle (5). The case is essentially characterised in that the body is divided into two parts (2a and 2b) joined by a zip (18), which, when opened, can be folded out fully to occupy the same plane, each of said parts including a plurality of compartments (19) having different sizes and characteristics. The removable compartments (19) are secured to the base of the case (1) using Velcro or similar type straps (20) provided on the rear face thereof, enabling the compartments to be easily removed and positioned. The inside of the case contains at least one net bag (27), as well as various elastic bands (29) for securing small elements.

Description

MALETÍN PARA VISITA DOMICILIARIA DE ENFERMERÍA CASE FOR NURSING HOME VISIT
DESCRIPCIÓNDESCRIPTION
Tal como expresa el enunciado, Ia presente invención hace referencia a un maletín para visita domiciliaria de enfermería, el cual aporta varias ventajas y características novedosas frente a Io ya conocido. En concreto, el objeto de Ia invención consiste en un maletín destinado al transporte del material médico necesario en las visitas domiciliarias de enfermería y similares, cuya configuración estructural y diseño están especialmente estudiados para ofrecer una ordenada organización del mismo a Ia vez que permite su rápida, cómoda y eficaz, localización, visualización y acceso de todo su contenido, quedando todo el material al alcance del profesional en un solo plano, agilizando así su uso, Io que consecuentemente repercute en un beneficio de Ia mejora de Ia asistencia al paciente. Antecedentes de Ia invención En Ia actualidad y como referencia al estado de Ia técnica, debe mencionarse que, por parte del peticionario, se desconoce Ia existencia de ninguna otra invención que presente unas características técnicas, estructurales y de configuración semejantes, a las que presenta Ia que aquí se preconiza. Explicación de Ia invención El maletín para visita domiciliaria de enfermería que Ia invención propone, se configura como una innovación dentro de su campo, ya que, con él se consigue un medio eficaz y práctico para transportar el material médico de forma totalmente segura, presentando numerosas ventajas frente a los ya conocidos para el mismo fin. Más concretamente, el maletín que se preconiza está diseñado para contener los elementos necesarios para el tipo de actuación a que se destina, consiguiendo una perfecta organización de cada uno de ellos, gracias a Ia distribución en compartimientos independientes que comprende, manteniéndolos a Ia vez adecuadamente protegidos ante golpes, merced al material acolchado que los protege, o agentes externos tal como humedad o polvo, ya que dispone de cierres exteriores con cremalleras que mantienen su interior adecuadamente aislado. El maletín permite además Ia rápida y fácil localización y extracción de cada producto o instrumento para su uso, ya que al abrirlo queda dispuesto en dos mitades que se abaten completamente para quedar ambas en un mismo plano, de manera que todo su contenido queda a Ia vista y directamente accesible. En el interior de cada una de dichas partes, el maletín que se preconiza incorpora una pluralidad de compartimientos o receptáculos, dotados de distintas características de forma que resultan adecuadamente aptos para los diferentes elementos, los cuales son ventajosamente extraíbles para facilitar su uso, gracias a que se encuentran acoplados en su interior mediante sistemas de fijación removibles fácilmente desprendióles, tal como velero ® o similar. Así, algunos de dichos compartimientos presentan una configuración prismática que, a modo de estuche, cuenta con una tapa superior dotada de cierre de cremallera, siendo dicha tapa opcionalmente transparente para permitir Ia visualización de su contenido interior. Estos compartimientos pueden asimismo ser de tipo isotérmicos para asegurar Ia perfecta conservación de determinados medicamentos, o configurarse como una bolsa de rejilla para adaptarse con facilidad a Ia morfología irregular de determinados elementos, tal como puede ser del pequeño instrumental. Es importante destacar, asimismo, que algunos de dichos compartimientos, en su interior incorporan medios de sujeción tal como bandas elásticas, o separadores transversales o longitudinales movibles que proporcionan una perfecta organización y distribución del espacio interior de cada uno de ellos permitiendo ajustarse a las necesidades de cada ocasión. Cabe señalar que Ia distribución, tamaño, número y configuración de cada uno de los descritos compartimientos que incorpora el maletín en su interior podrá variar en función de las necesidades de cada caso. El interior del maletín cuenta asimismo, además de con bandas elásticas para Ia sujeción directa de diferentes elementos, con una cintas ajustables que a modo de abrazaderas posibilitan Ia inclusión de distintos compartimientos extraíbles e intercambiables según cada necesidad, es decir, que en función de Ia actuación que se vaya a realizar se pueden sustituir algunos de sus compartimientos extraíbles por un estuche auxiliar con distinta morfología y funcionalidad. Por último, debe mencionarse que el maletín que Ia invención propone, además de presentar un tamaño apropiado para el uso a que se destina, combina varios medios de cuelgue, posibilitando su adaptación a todas las circunstancias. El nuevo maletín para visita domiciliaria de enfermería representa, por consiguiente, una estructura innovadora de características estructurales y constitutivas desconocidas hasta ahora para tal fin, los detalles de las cuales se encuentran adecuadamente recogidos en las reivindicaciones finales que acompañan a Ia presente memoria descriptiva, razones que unidas a su utilidad práctica, dotan a Ia invención de fundamento suficiente para obtener el privilegio de exclusividad que se solicita. Realización preferente de Ia invención A Ia vista de las mencionadas figuras, y de acuerdo con Ia numeración adoptada, se puede observar en ellas un ejemplo de realización preferente de Ia invención, Ia cual comprende las partes y elementos que se indican y describen en detalle a continuación. Así, atendiendo a las figuras 1 a 3, se puede apreciar como el maletín (1) en cuestión está esencialmente constituido por un cuerpo (2) aproximadamente prismático dotado tacos de soporte (3) en su base inferior (4), así como de un asa (5), una bandolera (6) y sendos tirantes de mochila (7) que permiten diversas formas de llevarlo. Debe señalarse, además, como se observa en Ia figura 2, en su cara posterior (8) cuenta con un alojamiento, accesible a través de Ia cremallera (9) apto para ocultar los mencionados tirantes (7), así como también con un pasador central (10) que opcionalmente permite su acoplamiento a una estructura con ruedecillas para llevarlo como trolley. Atendiendo a Ia figura 5, se observa como el mencionado cuerpo (2) constituyente del maletín (1) se divide en dos partes (2a) y (2b) unidas medíante una cremallera (18), las cuales al abrirse se abaten completamente quedando ambas en un mismo plano de forma que todo su contenido ventajosamente alcanzable. Tal como se observa en dicha figura 5, tanto el interior de Ia parte trasera (2a) del cuerpo (2) como de Ia parte delantera (2b) incorporan una pluralidad de compartimientos (19) de distintos tamaños y características adecuados para alojar en su interior de forma ordenada cada uno de los diferentes elementos médicos a que se destina el maletín, siendo posible variaciones de los mismos en función de las necesidades de cada caso. Dichos compartimientos (19) son de carácter extraíble, estando fijados al fondo del maletín (1) mediante cintas (20) tipo velero ® o similar previstas en su cara posterior, que permiten su fácil extracción y posicionamiento. Los compartimientos (19), además, presentan una configuración aproximadamente prismática, contando, a modo de estuche, con una tapa superior (21) con cierre de cremallera (22). Opcionalmente, dicha tapa (21) puede ser transparente para permitir el visionado de su contenido, tal como se observa en las figuras 6 y 7. Preferred embodiment of the invention In view of the aforementioned figures, and in accordance with the numbering adopted, an example of a preferred embodiment of the invention can be observed therein, which comprises the parts and elements indicated and described in detail to continuation. Thus, according to figures 1 to 3, it can be seen how the case (1) in question is essentially constituted by an approximately prismatic body (2) provided with support blocks (3) in its lower base (4), as well as a handle (5), a shoulder strap (6) and two backpack straps (7) that allow different ways of carrying it. It should also be noted, as seen in Figure 2, on its rear face (8) it has a housing, accessible through the rack (9) suitable to hide the mentioned braces (7), as well as with a pin central (10) that optionally allows its coupling to a structure with casters to carry it as a trolley. Looking at Figure 4, it can be seen as the briefcase (1), on its front face it has an outer compartment (11) with flap (12) and pressure closures (13), in whose front part, said flap (12) it has a zipper (14) that gives access to a flat housing, said outer compartment (11) counting with flat pockets (15) in which an auxiliary bag (16) and a rigid clip holder (17) are housed. In accordance with Figure 5, it can be seen how the mentioned body (2) constituent of the briefcase (1) is divided into two parts (2a) and (2b) joined by means of a zipper (18), which, when opened, fully collapses leaving both in the same plane so that all its content advantageously achievable. As can be seen in said figure 5, both the interior of the rear part (2a) of the body (2) and the front part (2b) incorporate a plurality of compartments (19) of different sizes and characteristics suitable for housing in their interior in an orderly manner each of the different medical elements to which the briefcase is intended, variations thereof being possible depending on the needs of each case. Said compartments (19) are removable, being fixed to the bottom of the case (1) by means of ribbons (20) type sailboat ® or similar provided on its rear face, which allow easy removal and positioning. The compartments (19), moreover, have an approximately prismatic configuration, counting, as a case, with an upper cover (21) with zip closure (22). Optionally, said cover (21) can be transparent to allow viewing of its contents, as seen in Figures 6 and 7. The mentioned case-type compartments (19) can incorporate internally transverse or longitudinal separation elements (23). that allow to adjust to the needs of each moment thanks to its mobile character, since they are fixed to its internal walls by means of fastening tapes (24) of sailboat type ® or similar, as seen in Figure 7, and can also be , as can be seen in Figure 8, of an isothermal character, also having a central separator (25) and elastic fastening gums (26) suitable for fixing blisters or similar delicate elements. It should be noted that the aforementioned characteristics of the described compartments (19) can be combined with each other in their manufacture as appropriate in each case. REIVINDICACIONES
1. Maletín para visita domiciliaria de enfermería, especialmente destinada para transportar material médico, siendo del tipo constituido por un cuerpo prismático (2), dotado tacos de soporte (3) en su base inferior (4), así como de un asa (5), caracterizado por el hecho que el mencionado cuerpo (2) conformante del maletín (1) se divide en dos partes (2a) y (2b) unidas mediante una cremallera (18), las cuales al abrirse se abaten completamente quedando ambas en un mismo plano; en que el interior de ambas partes incorporan una pluralidad de compartimientos (19) de distintos tamaños y características adecuados para alojar a su vez en su interior de forma ordenada cada uno de los diferentes elementos médicos a que se destina, siendo dichos compartimientos (19) de carácter extraíble y estando fijados al fondo del maletín (1) mediante cintas (20) tipo velero ® o similar previstas en su cara posterior, que permiten su fácil extracción y posicionamiento; en que, además, el maletín cuenta interiormente con al menos una bolsa de rejilla (27), Ia cual, se fija de forma eventual al fondo interior del cuerpo (2) igualmente medíante cintas de fijación (28) de tipo velero ® o similar de que está dotada en su parte posterior; y en que el maletín (1) cuenta interiormente, con diversas bandas elásticas (29) aptas para Ia fijación directa de pequeños elementos.1.
