MEDICAL for the transport of medical equipment and products, consisting of a coated textile cover, having a rectangular parallelepiped, for the transport on the back of a man or others, of an abdominal belt and a chest strap, to properly hold the cover on the wearer's back; characterized in that the opening means consist of flaps, said flaps forming the actual storage volume of the materials and products to be transported, without the usual constraint imposed by the invariable structure of the container. 9 - ROUSSIS according to claims 1 characterized in that the flaps on which the pockets are sewn, whose shape and volume are made by riveting, are protected by a foam welded inside the support of the cover, providing protection transported material and rigidity of the whole.  3 - ROUSSIS according to claims 1 and 2 characterized in that the stiffening of the dorsal part of the cover can be carried out  by a vacuum mattress ensuring rigidity  of the cover, and respect for the morphology of the  carrier ; said mattress perhaps, if applicable  detached from the cover, and become immobilized  of a fractured limb.
