Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé pour le traitement d'eaux provenant du lavage de produits agricoles pratiqué par les industries des fruits et légumes, plus particulièrement, pour le traitement des eaux provenant de machines de lavage des olives dans des moulins à huile, afin de permettre le recyclage de ces eaux grâce à l'élimination efficace des matériaux en suspension et des résidus de pesticides. Le procédé décrit dans cette invention consiste en un procédé de clarification par adjonction d'un agent coagulant permettant l'élimination de la matière en suspension, conjointement avec un adsorbant permettant l'élimination des résidus de pesticides. Ce procédé permet d'éliminer les pesticides de l'eau provenant des machines de lavage de produits agricoles. Ce mode de réalisation permet d'obtenir une eau transparente, propre et exempte de pesticides, qui être réutilisée dans le même processus de lavage ou être évacuée.
