Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Mikrospiegelvorrichtung mit einem Gehäuse (10, 12), welches einen Innenraum (40) umschließt, mindestens einer Spiegelplatte (28), welche in dem Innenraum (40) angeordnet ist, und einem in einer Wand des Gehäuses (10, 12) ausgebildeten Lichteinfallfenster (14), welches eine gewölbte Oberfläche (42) aufweist. Zusätzlich betrifft die Erfindung eine Optikvorrichtung mit einem Gehäuse (10, 12), welches einen Innenraum (40) umschließt, wobei in dem Innenraum (40) ein Innenraumdruck (pI) vorliegt, welcher von einem Außendruck (pA) eineräußeren Umgebung der Optikvorrichtung abweicht, und wobei eine Druckdifferenz zwischen dem Innenraumdruck (pI) und dem Außendruck (pA) so ausgebildet ist, dass das Lichteinfallfenster (14) gewölbt wird. Des Weiteren betrifft die Erfindung entsprechende Herstellungsverfahren für eine Mikrospiegelvorrichtung oder eine Optikvorrichtung.
