上述中空腔体包括一对折叠层, 该折叠层的其中一侧外缘相互对接粘 合, 另一侧外缘随折叠层自由展开并相互合拢形成中空腔体。所述折叠层是 由柔性材料折叠形成的层叠式结构。
上述折叠层的可自由展开一侧外缘上还设有卡扣式结构, 用于折叠层合 拢时形成互锁。
上述折叠层的对接粘合部还设有硬质材料制作的几何形体或动物造型。 上述中空腔体为两层或多层结构, 其最内层为柔性材料制成的可折叠结 构。所述中空腔体的内壁与外壁的折叠层外缘部分通过硬质材料粘接, 形成 特定形状的硬质边缘。
上述硬质材料为硬卡纸片。
上述硬质边缘由硬卡纸片和折叠层的外缘粘接而成, 用于完全展开折叠 层并使其合拢形成中空腔体。
上述中空腔体为球形, 或椭球形, 或圆柱形, 或异形。 本发明将中国传统灯笼的折纸工艺与 PINATA相结合, 形成一种新型可 折叠式礼品包装体, 不仅结构简单, 折叠和展开方式都很方便, 而且可根据 实际需要制作出各种造型, 便于批量生产制造。 该礼品包装体折叠后可大大 节省占用空间, 方便运输、 携带和存放, 展开后造型美观, 深受消费者的喜 爱。
