装 饰 品 技术领域
本发明涉及一种日常用品， 特别是一种可应用于圣诞节吊饰品、 圣诞节装 饰品、 居家装饰品、 摆饰品、 手机吊饰等的装饰品。
背景技术
现今为增加个人化的风格或增加过节气氛， 通常会于手机、 背包……等私人 物品绑设有吊饰或于家中、 门前等需要装饰的地方， 摆设装饰品， 以依使用者的 需要， 装点所需要的地方或空间。
一般常用的装饰品， 其大多呈平面或直接形成立体状的物品， 但由于平 面状的装饰品缺乏空间及立体感； 至于立体状的装饰品则由于容积大， 对于运 送及储藏等问题， 造成空间上的浪费， 且容易造成立体装饰品的损伤， 并且立 体状的装饰品相对形成制造上的成本及困难度， 而大幅形成其成本上的增加。
本发明鉴于前述现有装饰品于实际使用上， 仍然有运送及储藏容积大、 成本 高等的缺点存在， 而予以重新设计。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的在于提供一种装饰品， 其既能方便运送及储藏， 而能大 幅减少容积， 又兼具有独特的空间形态设计， 且制作简单及方便组装。
本发明的目的是通过下述技术方案予以实现的：
本发明的装饰品包括一可塑形的本体， 该本体形成一外缘部及一内缘部； 该 外缘部形成于该内缘部外周， 且该内缘部具有两呈回线状断开的裁切线， 裁切线 于邻近该外缘部位置分别形成为一起始端， 而裁切线沿该本体回绕， 并等距回绕 至主体中间相互连接。 该内缘部由裁切线区隔形成有相互对应的第一回圈及第二 回圈； 该第一回圈及第二回圈的起始端分别位于裁切线的相邻侧， 并分别连接于 该外缘部， 该装饰品的第一回圈及第二回圈分别由该本体的两面朝外呈拉伸状定 位， 以供该第一回圈及第二回圈分别形成相反方向的立体锥状回旋体。
本发明的有益效果是： 该装饰品既能方便运送及储藏， 而能大幅减少容积， 又兼具有独特的空间形态设计。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明做进一步描述。
如图 1所示， 本发明的装饰品， 其包括：
一可塑形的本体 1 0和一结合件 2 0 。
该本体 1 ϋ可为金属或其他可塑形材料， 该本体如图面所示设呈圆形。 该本 体 1 0形成一外缘部 1 1及一内缘部 1 2。 该外缘部 1 1形成于该内缘部 1 2外 周， 且该内缘部 1 2具有两呈回线状断开的裁切线 1 3。 裁切线 1 3于邻近该外 缘部 1 1的两相对端分别形成为一起始端， 而裁切线 1 3沿该本体 1 0的圆形轮 廓回绕， 裁切线 1 3等距回绕至中间连接。 该内缘部 1 2由裁切线 1 3区隔形成 有相互对应的第一回圈 1 4及第二回圈 1 5， 并该第一回圈 1 4及该第二回圈 1 5的起始端分别位于裁切线 1 3的相邻侧， 并分别连接于该外缘部 1 1 。
该结合件 2 0为一片体， 固设于该本体 1 0的外缘部 1 1， 且该结合件 2 0 贯穿设有一穿孔 2 1。 由上述结构， 以完成本发明的装饰品。
当组装成装饰品使用状态时， 如图 2及图 3所示， 将该装饰品的第一回圈 1 4及第二回圈 1 5分别由该本体 1 Q的两面朝外拉伸出定位， 使该第一回圈 1 4 及第二回圈 1 5分别形成相反方向的立体锥状回旋体， 而使该装饰品形成立体状， 以完成该立体状的装饰品。
如图 4及图 5所示， 其为本发明的一实施例图。 其中， 该本体 3 0外缘部 3 1可设呈如图所示的形状， 且两裁切线 3 2为对应该外缘部 3 1的轮廓形成回绕 状的凤眼轮廓， 而供该第一回圈 3 3及第二回圈 3 4于朝相反向拉伸出定位后， 会产生独特曲线的立体变化。 另外， 如图 6及图 7所示， 该本体 4 0的外缘部 4 1还可设呈水滴状， 而使该装饰品形成若镂空状的立体水滴。
如图 8及图 9所示， 其为本发明的一实施例图。 其中， 该结合件 5 1是一体 成型于该本体 5 0， 且该外缘部 5 2设呈音符状， 而该结合件 5 1形成音符的顶 部， 形成有一穿孔 5 1 0， 并该内缘部 5 3具有至少两呈回线状断开的裁切线 5 4， 以分别形成该第一回圈 5 5及该第二回圈 5 6， 并配合该第一回圈 5 5及该 第二回圈 5 6的拉伸出， 形成立体状态的装饰品。
如图 10至图 12所示， 其为本发明的一实施例图。 其中， 该结合件 6 0是一 体成型于该本体 6 1， 且该外缘部 6 2设呈如图 10的心形、 图 11 的星形或如图 12的圣诞树形。 并且， 该内缘部 6 3具有至少两呈回线状断开的裁切线 6 4， 且 两裁切线 6 4的起始端还可设于相同侧， 而分别形成该第一回圈 6 5及该第二回 圈 6 6。 同样， 在拉出该第一回圈 6 5及该第二回圈 6 5后， 能使该本体形成立 体状的装饰品。

另外， 本发明的装饰品还可于立体状的该第一回圈及第二回圈外表面上设置 有至少一饰件， 例如： 铃铛、 彩球、 人造珠宝等饰件。 这样更能增加本发明装饰 品的变化性。

1、 一种装饰品， 其特征在于： 包括一可塑形的本体； 该本体形成一外缘部 及一内缘部； 该外缘部形成于该内缘部外周， 且该内缘部具有两呈回线状断开的 裁切线； 两裁切线于邻近该外缘部位置分别形成为一起始端， 而两裁切线沿该本 体回绕， 并且两裁切线回绕至中间连接； 该内缘部由两裁切线区隔形成有相互对 应的一第一回圈及一第二回圈， 并该第一回圈及该第二回圈的起始端分别位于两 裁切线的相邻侧， 并分别连接于该外缘部。
2、 如权利要求 1 所述的装饰品， 其特征在于: 所述两裁切线的起始端设于 邻近该外缘部的两相对端。
3、 如权利要求 1 所述的装饰品， 其特征在于: 所述两裁切线的起始端设于 相邻位置。
4、 如权利要求 1 所述的装饰品， 其特征在于: 所述本体的外缘部设有一结 合件。
5、 如权利要求 4所述的装饰品， 其特征在于: 所述结合件为一片体， 该结 合件固设于该本体的外缘部。
6、 如权利要求 4所述的装饰品， 其特征在于: 所述结合件为一体成型于该 外缘部。
7、 如权利要求 4所述的装饰品， 其特征在于: 所述结合件设有一穿孔。
8、 如权利要求 1 所述的装饰品， 其特征在于 所述本体的外缘体可设呈任 一形状的图形。
9、 如权利要求 1 所述的装饰品， 其特征在于： 所述本体的两裁切线设呈实 质上为相互等距的回绕线状。
