Abstract

La medalla identificativa de la presente invención es de tipo personal e intransferible, incluye información del titular de la misma, y está destinada a ser portada por el titular o por su progenitor. Consiste en un soporte de material estable, el cual incorpora la reproducción de la impronta dactilar de por lo menos uno de los dedos del titular, y que está relacionado con unos medios de porte seguros implicados con el titular, sea en su cuerpo o en su indumentaria.

MEDALLA IDENTIFICATIVA
Objeto de Ia invención
La presente invención se refiere, conforme expresa su enunciado, a una medalla identif ¡cativa, concretamente una medalla que recoge un aspecto identificativo de una persona tomado en un momento de su vida en el que se produce un evento significativo de tipo físico, como es Ia pubertad, de tipo social, como son el nacimiento y Ia mayoría de edad, de tipo religioso, como son el bautismo o Ia primera comunión para los católicos, de tipo deportivo, como es Ia consecución de un campeonato, etc.
Esta medalla identificativa Ia puede portar preferentemente el titular del aspecto identificativo, sin que ello impida que otra persona Io pueda portar en función de Ia edad del titular o en caso de deceso del mismo.
Antecedentes de Ia invención
Son conocidas las medallas u otros objetos identificativos con Ia que se informa de Ia personalidad del individuo portador de Ia misma, en Ia cual figuran datos personales como un número en los casos de los integrantes en las unidades del ejército, en otros casos, cuando se trata de niños o personas de avanzada edad que pueden desorientarse, se incluye el nombre, los apellidos, Ia dirección y el teléfono.
Por otra parte se tiene conocimiento de Ia existencia del modelo de utilidad n° 143.374, que preconiza una medalla en Ia que se incluyen las señas y los datos sanitarios del portador, del modelo de utilidad n° 269.064, que tiene por objeto una medalla en Ia que se incorpora a las señas del portador una fotografía del mismo y del modelo de utilidad n° 290.623, que consiste en una medalla o chapa para ser asociada a manojos de llaves, bolsos, carteras u otros objetos o adminículos que son fácilmente extraviables en los que se incluye un código de identificación y normas para facilitar Ia devolución de los mismos en caso de pérdida a Ia persona que los encuentre.
Evidentemente, en ningunos de los precedentes casos que se han considerado, las medallas incorporan un certificado de autenticidad de Ia pertenencia de las mismas a su portador o de Ia relación personal existente entre el portador y el titular de Ia medalla, Io que puede dar lugar a falsas identidades.
Descripción de Ia invención
Con el ánimo de eludir Ia falta de seguridad en el hecho de que una medalla corresponda a Ia persona portadora de Ia misma y no a otra persona, se ha adoptado Ia solución de incorporar en Ia medalla como elemento esencial una característica intransferible e imposible de falsificar del titular de Ia medalla. De acuerdo con Ia precedente solución se ha desarrollado Ia medalla identificativa que constituye el objeto de esta invención, Ia cual, siendo una de tipo personal e intransferible que incluye información del titular del mismo y que está destinada a ser portada por el titular de esta o por su progenitor, consiste en un soporte de material estable que, relacionado con unos medios de porte seguros implicados con el titular, sea en su cuerpo o en su indumentaria, incorpora Ia reproducción de Ia impronta dactilar de por Io menos uno de los dedos del titular en cuestión, Ia cual estará posicionada en al menos una de sus superficies.
Una característica de Ia invención consiste en el hecho de que el soporte está confeccionado como un cuerpo de material estable y Ia reproducción de Ia impronta dactilar está situada en al menos una de sus superficies, estando dicho soporte estable confeccionado en material de naturaleza noble constituye una joya, sin excluir, por ello, que el citado soporte estable, que constituye el objeto identificador del titular, esté confeccionado en un material que, sin ser de na- turaleza noble, sea resistente al uso, al agua y al medio ambiental.
Otras características de Ia invención las constituyen los hechos de que el soporte está confeccionado como un cuerpo de material estable y Ia reproducción de Ia impronta dactilar está situada en al menos una de sus superficies, de las cuales Ia superficie prevista para Ia recepción de Ia reproducción de Ia impronta dactilar consiste en una del grupo que comprende las superficies planas, las superficies curvadas y las superficies mixtas, sean estas cóncavas o convexas. Otra característica primordial Ia establece el hecho de que la reproducción de Ia impronta dactilar es una del grupo que comprende las de imágenes en hueco y las de imágenes de relieve.
Otra característica accidental radica en el hecho de que Ia superficie del soporte estable prevista para Ia recepción de Ia reproducción de Ia impronta dactilar es susceptible de estar circundada por otra superficie de características formales y materiales diferentes de las del propio soporte estable.
Otra característica de Ia invención reside en el hecho de que el soporte estable es susceptible de incorporar otra información personal e intransferible del propio titular además de Ia reproducción de su impronta dactilar y que esta información que incorpora es relativa a un evento irrepetible del propio titular.
Finalmente, otra característica de Ia invención se contrae al hecho de que porque los medios de porte seguros de Ia medalla son unos del grupo que comprende los del tipo de suspensión, los del tipo de aguja imperdible y los de abrochado en un ojal, sean considerados aisladamente o en sus combinaciones técnicamente posibles.
Breve descripción de los dibujos
Para facilitar Ia comprensión de las precedentes ideas, se describe seguidamente una realización preferente del objeto de Ia invención, consistente en una medalla identif ¡cativa, haciendo referencia a los dibujos que se acompañan que, dado su carácter meramente ilustrativo, no afectan al alcance de Ia invención. En los dibujos:
Figura 1, representa, en perspectiva, una realización de Ia medalla identificativa que está constituida por un cuerpo estable de naturaleza noble e incorpora medios de suspensión para su porte.
Figura 2, representa, en alzado frontal, una realización de Ia medalla identificativa en Ia que el cuerpo de soporte de Ia impronta dactilar está engastado en un cuerpo portador.
Figura 3, representa, en alzado dorsal, Ia medalla de Ia figura anterior mostrando los medios de porte de Ia misma consistentes en una disposición de aguja imperdible.
Descripción de unas realizaciones de Ia invención Principalmente Ia invención tiene por objeto una joya caracterizada porque incorpora como elemento digital gravada Ia huella digital de una persona.
La joya es exclusivamente una pieza de metal noble (oro, plata, etc.) que independientemente de Ia forma tiene gravada Ia huella digital de Ia persona homenajeada.
Esta huella está gravada en una superficie de Ia pieza, sea plana o no, reproduciendo, tanto en positivo como en negativo, Ia dimensión volumétrica del dedo portador de Ia huella digital.
Esta pieza de joyería puede disponerse para formar sola o con otras que incluyen huellas digitales para formar gargantillas, collares, pulseras, anillos o pendientes.
La aplicación del objeto de Ia invención pretende estar destinada básicamente, aun que no exclusivamente, a regalos para festejar el nacimiento de un niño o niña. La huella a gravar y por tanto a inmortalizar, es Ia de un recién nacido. La intención es inmortalizar en una joya un rasgo personal del niño en sus primeros momentos de vida. Rasgo que por ser morfológico es unipersonal, huella digital, e irrepetible pues el niño crecerá y el tamaño de esta huella nunca volverá a ser el mismo, pero sí Io será su personal diseño identificativo. De acuerdo con el precedente planteamiento básico, se ha desarrollado el objeto de Ia invención confiriendo una mayor amplitud de miras a dicho planteamiento básico con Ia finalidad de que Ia medalla que materializa al mismo no sea solo una joya, sino que pueda ser un objeto muy útil para los casos en los que puede ser necesario realizar una prueba de identificación personal, como puede suceder en Ia desorientación o pérdida de niños y adultos con problemas de identidad consecuentes de Ia edad avanzada o de una enfermedad.
En Ia figura 1 se muestra una medalla identificativa 1 formada por un cuerpo de soporte 2, realizado en un material estable, preferentemente precioso, tal como el oro, Ia plata o el platino, que en este caso de realización presenta una estructura aplanada y una configuración perimetral de gota de agua, en el que se distingue una zona rehundida 3 de contorno ovalado en Ia que se sitúa Ia impronta digital 4 y zona triangulada 5 de vértice curvo en el que, como medios de porte seguro, se encuentra un orificio pasante 6 para Ia inserción de una anilla 7 de suspensión de una cadena 8, cordón, cinta o similar.
Evidentemente, Ia medalla identificativa 1 de Ia figura 1 podría, en ciertos casos de previsión de utilización, de un material estable no precioso, como podría ser el acero inoxidable, una cerámica resistente o un plástico sintético.
En Ia figura 2 se muestra el caso en que el cuerpo de soporte 2, sea de material noble precioso o de material simplemente estable, está engarzado en un aro circundante 9 de material igual o distinto al del cuerpo de soporte 2, el cual puede incorporar motivos ornamentales, pero no indicaciones relacionadas con el titular de Ia impronta digital 4 sita en el mismo, dado que estas deben figurar únicamente en el referido cuerpo de soporte 2 con Ia finalidad de evitar falsificaciones.
En Ia figura 3 se observa el dorso de Ia figura 2 con Ia finalidad de mostrar unos medios de porte seguro consistentes en una aguja imperdible 10 También el cuerpo de soporte 2 puede disponer en su dorso un broche, del tipo de los utilizados para las insignias, que permitiría su colocación por abrochado en el ojal de Ia solapa de una chaqueta.

Claims

REIVINDICACIONES
1.- Medalla identificativa, concretamente una de tipo personal e intransferible que incluye información del titular del mismo y que está destinada a ser portada por el titular de esta o por su progenitor, caracterizada porque consiste en un soporte de material estable que, relacionado con unos medios de porte seguros implicados con el titular, sea en su cuerpo o en su indumentaria, incorpora Ia reproducción de Ia impronta dactilar de por Io menos uno de los dedos del titular en cuestión.
2.- Medalla identificativa, según Ia reivindicación anterior, caracterizada porque el soporte está confeccionado como un cuerpo de material estable y Ia reproducción de Ia impronta dactilar está situada en al menos una de sus superficies.
3.- Medalla identificativa, según Ia reivindicación 1, caracterizada porque Ia superficie del soporte de material estable prevista para Ia recepción de Ia reproducción de Ia impronta dactilar consiste en una del grupo que comprende las superficies planas, las superficies curvadas y las superficies mixtas, sean estas cóncavas o convexas.
A - Medalla identificativa, según Ia reivindicación 1 , caracterizada porque Ia reproducción de Ia impronta dactilar es una del grupo que comprende las de imágenes en hueco y las de imágenes de relieve.
5.- Medalla identificativa, según Ia reivindicación 1 , caracterizada porque
Ia superficie del soporte estable prevista para Ia recepción de Ia reproducción de
Ia impronta dactilar es susceptible de estar circundada por otra superficie de características formales y materiales diferentes de las del propio soporte estable.
6.- Medalla identificativa, según Ia reivindicación 1 , caracterizada porque el soporte estable es susceptible de incorporar otra información personal e intransferible del propio titular además de Ia reproducción de su impronta dactilar.
7.- Medalla identificativa, según Ia reivindicación 6, caracterizada porque Ia información que incorpora es relativa a un evento irrepetible del propio titular.
8.- Medalla identificativa, según Ia reivindicación 1 , caracterizada porque el soporte estable confeccionado en material noble constituye una joya.
9.- Medalla identificativa, según Ia reivindicación 1 , caracterizada porque el soporte estable, que constituye un objeto identificador del titular, está confeccionado en un material resistente al uso, al agua y al medio ambiental.
10.- Medalla identificativa, según Ia reivindicación 1 , caracterizada porque los medios de porte seguros de Ia medalla son unos del grupo que comprende los del tipo de suspensión, los del tipo de aguja imperdible y los de abrochado en un ojal, sean considerados aisladamente o en sus combinaciones técnicamente posibles.
