为了发现断针,很多屠宰场或食品检测机构使用金属探测器对屠宰加 工后的牲畜肉块进行探测, 以及时发现滞留在肉块内的断针。 然而, 传统 的兽用针头使用的 304不锈钢制成的针头管不易被金属探测器检测到。
针对这一问题,美国专利号 6,599,276于 2000年提出了用铁素体不锈 钢 (430 ) 和马氏体不锈钢 (420 ) 来做针头的钢管部分, 这样在现有的 肉联厂的金属探测器上, 比较容易检测到断针。
然而, 马氏体材料因为脆性, 多数用来做刀具, 不适合用来做针头的 钢管部分。而铁素体材料的硬度明显低于传统 304不锈钢针,这在注射时, 针头很容易发生弯曲, 消毒后再注射的次数明显减少, 造成成本上升。
后来该专利在实际应用中经过改进,将针管壁厚加厚,强度有所加强, 但原材料成本上升,给牲畜注射时,伤口明显增大,给牲畜带来更多痛苦, 可能会造成部分牲畜因痛苦而伤害注射者。
铁素体不锈钢的另一问题是悍接性能不佳, 悍接部分容易生锈。而传 统 304不锈钢的悍接性能优良, 改用铁素体不锈钢做针头钢管, 因为悍缝 容易生锈, 可能会带来隐患。
美国专利号 6,488,668,也是针对断针问题提出用不锈钢中可磁化的金 属材料做成不锈钢针头管, 并定义了很广的不锈钢范围。 然而, 该专利并 没有明确提出使用何种类型的不锈钢材料来制作兽用针, 而且, 从其组分 范围分析, 即便是在其范围内的不锈钢材料制成的针头管的硬度仍然偏 低, 可检测性也不高。 发明内容
本发明提供一种针头管及使用这种针头管的兽用针头, 以解决现有技 术中的兽用针头管容易弯曲或折断,且折断后不易被金属探测器检测到的 问题。
为解决上述技术问题, 本发明提供一种针头管, 其由超级铁素体不锈 钢制成。
本发明进而提供一种兽用针头, 包括针头座和针头管, 其中该针头管 是由超级铁素体不锈钢制成。
本发明提供的兽用针头及针头管, 由于所采用的超级铁素体不锈钢含 有较高的铬, 因此硬度很高, 又由于含有 Μο, 所以调节了韧性, 而超级 铁素体本身的微结构是铁素质粒, 则保证了可检测性, 所以, 在使用中, 针头管不易弯曲折断, 即使折断进入牲畜体内, 也很容易被金属探测器检 测到。 附图概述

一般来说, 针头管 10是由不锈钢制成, 但采用哪种不锈钢会对兽用 针的性能产生很大的影响。
传统概念上, 不锈钢在种类上大致可以分为铁素体, 马氏体, 沉淀硬 化, 奥氏体和双相不锈钢。 后来又发展出超级不锈钢, 包括超级马氏体不 锈钢、 超级铁素体不锈钢、 超级奥氏体不锈钢、 超级双相不锈钢、 马氏体 时效不锈钢等等。 至今, 不锈钢经过近百年的研制和开发, 已形成一个有 300多个牌号的系列化的钢种。
不锈钢的种类繁多, 用途也非常广泛。不同种类的不锈钢一般都有各 自固定的传统应用领域。 目前, 在兽用针领域, 如前所述, 传统 304不锈 钢不易被金属探测器检测到。 马氏体不锈钢 (420) 的脆性决定了其不适 合做针头管, 铁素体不锈钢 (430) 的硬度不够, 也不是一个很好的选择。
根据本发明的一个实施例, 该针头管 10是由超级铁素体不锈钢材料 制成。
由于超级铁素体不锈钢具有较高的铬含量, 一般认为, 相对传统铁素 体, 其具有很好的耐腐蚀性, 因此, 目前是在海岸附近房屋等屋顶和建筑 外墙的首选材料, 或者将其应用于其他抗腐蚀性的应用中, 如海水淡化或 有机酸工业。
本发明创造性的将超级铁素体应用于兽用针的制造, 从实验来看, 很 好的改善了针头管的硬度、 韧性、 脆性以及可检测性, 再加上其本身的抗 腐蚀性, 达到了很好的技术效果。
根据本发明的较佳实施例, 超级铁素体不锈钢材料中含有的 C和 N 的总和 ≤0.10 wt%。
一般来说, 超级铁素体不锈钢材料中包含的 Cr、 Mo和 N的含量, 满 足 Cr + 3.3 Mo + 22 N > 35 wt%。 优选的, 应用于本发明的超级铁素体不 锈钢材料中包含 0.01- 5.0 wt%的 Mo, 以调节针头管的韧性。
更加优选的,可以选择以下组分含量的超级铁素体不锈钢作为制作兽 用针的材料:

1、 硬度对比:
虽然本发明在应用上强调可检测性,但作为针头,钢管必须不能太软, 太脆, 否则使用过程中会产生很多困难。

2、 可探测性
目前的探测器基本上是按铁素质粒的磁导率的多少来进行探测。各种 材料的相对可探测性对比如下:

因为兽用针头经常被多次使用, 所以在实际应用中, 经常用针头钢管 在断开或出现裂缝前能够横向摆动的次数决定针的好坏

从数据中我们可以看出,本发明所用的材料的针头与 304的脆性相近, 而传统的铁素体不锈钢所生产的针头明显偏脆。
4、 横向硬度
我们用横向力矩 (力 · 距离) 来描述钢管的横向强度。 这个参数重要 是因为针尖在受到横向阻力时容易产生针尖弯曲, 造成针头不能再使用。

从数据中我们可以看出,本发明所用的材料的针头与 304的横向硬度 相近, 而传统的铁素体不锈钢 (430) 所生产的针头横向硬度明显偏小。
如果横向硬度偏低,在使用过程中出现的弯针尖的百分比例能很明显 的偏多。 工业实用性
很明显, 本发明提供的兽用针头及针头管, 其悍接性能, 强度, 韧性, 防锈性能, 耐缝隙腐蚀都可以与 304相比, 不仅能够替代 304所做的传统 针头, 性能更优于传统铁素体不锈钢 (430) 所做的针头。
