基于 OMA DM的功能, 可以制定一种方法, 以实现对终端的远 程控制。 而终端对各种终端功能的实现可以通过 AT指令来完成。 AT 指令又称贺氏指令, 最初是由贺氏(Hayes )公司制定, 用作计算机 和调制解调器之间进行通讯的标准语言,主要用来控制调制解调器的 拨号、 应答等控制功能。 20世纪 90年代初, 由于没有控制移动电话 文本消息的先例, 因此开发了一种叫 SMS ( Short Messaging Service , 短信服务) Block Mode的协议, 通过 TE ( Terminal Equipment, 终 端设备)或电脑来完全控制 SMS。 几年后, 主要的移动电话生产厂 商诺基亚、 爱立信、 摩托罗拉和 HP共同为 GSM研制了一整套 AT 指令, 其中包含对 SMS 的控制。 AT指令在此基础上演化并被加入 ETSI ( European Telecommunications Sdandards Institute , 欧洲电信标 准协会) 的 GSM ( Global System For Mobile Communications, 全球 移动通信系统 ) 07.05标准和之后的 GSM 07.07标准。 除了 ETSI规 定的标准指令集外, 各大手机厂商也都有一些扩展 AT指令, 如西门 子手机模块特有的关机命令 "ATASMSO"、 状态指示灯设置命令 "ATASSYNC,,等。 借助串口调试助手类的软件, 可以在计算机上通过 串口方便地控制 GSM模块。 下面是几个 AT指令的例子: ATDL: Redial last telephone number used, 重拨最后一次拨出的 号码;
ATH: Disconnect existing connection, 挂机 (拆除连接) 。
本发明实施例提供了一种远程控制终端的方法,以实现 DM服务 器通过下发 AT指令指示终端执行操作, 从而达到远程控制终端的目 的, 并且由于 DM系统的可靠性高, AT指令在 DM系统中被篡改的 可能性小, 因此也提高了远程控制的安全性, 增强了用户的体验度。
如图 2所示, 为本发明实施例远程控制终端的方法的流程图, 具 体包括以下步骤:
步骤 S201 , 接收 DM服务器发送的远程控制指令, 该远程控制 指令包括 AT指令信息。 应用服务器与终端的通信是通过终端和 DM 服务器之间的 DM通信完成的。当应用服务器想控制终端执行某些操 作时,应用服务器通过 DM服务器向终端下发需要终端执行的远程控 制指令, 该远程控制指令包括 AT指令信息。 该 AT指令信息可以包 括 AT指令的命令名、 命令参数和用户信息, 其中 AT指令的命令参 数和用户信息不是每条 AT指令必须具有的, 仅在需要时提供。
步骤 S202, 根据 AT指令信息获取 AT指令。 在终端接收到 AT 指令信息之后,该终端将该 AT指令信息中包括的 AT指令的命令名, 和 /或命令参数, 和 /或用户信息合成 AT指令。
由于 AT指令能完成许多操作, 在本发明实施例中, DM服务器 釆用下发 AT指令的方式指示终端进行某项操作。 图 3是远程控制管 理树的示意图, 显示 DM服务器如何向终端下发 AT指令信息。
在这个管理树中, 共有三个二级节点, Command (命令)节点下 记录了 DM服务器下发的操作指令; Execute节点是一个可执行节点, 当 DM服务器发送执行该节点的命令时,终端执行命令节点下记录的 操作指令; Result (结果)节点下记录的是操作执行的结果。
DM服务器下发的操作指令是一条 AT指令, 在命令节点下, 该 条指令被分解为三部分: 指令名、 指令参数和指令对象 /内容。 指令 名是该指令所表示的动作, 指令参数是该指令所需附带的参数, 指令 对象 /内容是该指令操作的一些附属信息。 其中, 指令参数和指令对 象 /内容不是每条 AT指令都必须具有的, 仅在需要时提供。 结果节点 下有两部分内容, Code是指令执行的结果, 如成功、 失败; Data保 存某些指令执行后获得的一些信息。
当 DM服务器发送执行 Execute节点的命令时, 终端执行命令节 点下记录的操作命令。
步骤 S203 , 执行 AT指令, 以完成对终端的远程控制。 终端将 AT 指令信息记录到该终端所保存的 RCMO ( Remote Control Management Object, 远程控制管理对象)中, 终端中的远程控制执行 代理 RC Agent获取该 AT指令信息, 合成 AT指令后, 执行该 AT指 令, 从而完成对终端的远程控制。 RCMO保存 DM服务器下发的 AT 指令信息, 然后由 RC Agent读取该指令信息。 在 RC Agent执行完 AT 指令之后, RC Agent将执行结果记录到结果节点下。 终端通过 RCMO获得执行结果, 将执行结果上报给 DM服务器, 上报的内容 可以仅是结果码 Code, DM服务器收到结果码后根据需要来获取 Data 中的内容, 或者终端将结果码和 Data都发送给 DM服务器。
下面对图 3远程控制管理树中的各节点进行描述:

AT指令执行结果的具体内容, 有些 AT指令执行后返回一些信 息, 例如: 读取短信的内容, 其中, "Tree Occurrence"代表事件 "AT 指令执行结果的具体内容" 的出现次数, "ZeroOrOne" 代表该 AT指 令执行结果的具体内容可以出现也可以不出现。
上述远程控制终端的方法, DM服务器将包含 AT指令信息的远 程控制指令下发给终端, 终端通过 AT指令信息获取 AT指令, 并执 行该 AT指令指示的操作, 从而达到远程控制终端的目的。 并且由于 AT指令在 DM系统中被篡改的可能性小, 因此提高了远程控制的安 全性, 增强了用户的体验度。
本发明远程控制终端的方法实施例一提供了一种远程关机操作 的实现方法。
应用服务器要对远程终端实行关机操作, 它生成下述代码由 DM 服务器发送到终端:

在上述代码所携带的信息中, Command节点记录了服务器下发 的 AT指令信息, Command/Name记录 AT指令的名称为 "+CPOF" , 并将该 AT指令发送到终端的 RCMO中。
终端收到该指令后, 将 "+CPOF" 记录到命令名中, 并对该 DM 命令进行回复。 然后, 终端根据这些 AT指令信息合成一条 AT指令: AT+CPOF, 将该指令传递给 RC Agent。 RC Agent执行该 AT指令。 终端关机, 没有记录结果。
本发明远程控制终端的方法实施例二提供了一种远程发送短消 息的实现方法。
首先, 对终端管理树进行改进: 取消 Command节点的子节点, 所有的 AT 指令均保存在 Command 节点中, 如图 4 所示。 并对 Command节点作了^口下改动: Command:

AT 指令的全文, 描述了一个 AT 指令的信息。 其中, "Tree Occurrence" 代表事件 "AT 指令的全文" 的出现次数, "One" 代表 该 AT指令的全文必须出现。
其余节点的内容含义没有变化。
例如: 当应用服务器想指示该终端向 "+8613501112222"发送一 条短信: "Happy Birthday" 时, 则应用服务器通过 DM服务器将如 下指令发送到终端, 终端将该指令保存到 RCMO/Command节点下:
AT+CMGS = "+8613501112222" (回车符)
Happy Birthday ( Crtl+Z )。
RC Agent执行该 AT指令, 执行成功后终端发送该短消息, RC Agent在 RCMO/Result/Code 中记录 200, 表示发送成功。 终端通过 Generic Alert向 DM服务器返回该操作结果。
本发明远程控制终端的方法实施例三提供了一种读取终端电话 本中的前 3条信息的实现方法。
当应用服务器指示该终端将当前电话本中的前 3条信息返回时, 应用服务器修改 RCMO中的各节点值。 修改后的节点值如下:

RC Agent执行 AT指令: AT+CPBR=1 , 3 (回车符)
成功执行该指令后, RC Agent返回 1到 3条电话本信息, RC Agent 在 RCMO/Result/Code中记录 200, 表示读取成功, 并将该电话本信 息保存在 RCMO/Result/Data中。 记录的电话本信息内容包括: AT指 令名称 +第 X条信息 +电话号码 +电话号码类型 +姓名。 具体的电话本 信息的内容如下: +CPBR: 1," 7751112222 " ,145," Alan"
+CPBR: 2," 13501113333 " ,129," Bob"
+CPBR: 3," 13501114444" ,129," Chris"
终端通过 Generic Alert向 DM服务器返回该操作结果,该操作结 果也可包含电话本信息内容。如果终端未在上报信息中提供电话本信 息, 应用服务器在获知操作成功之后, 可通过 Get RCMO/Result/Data 指令获取查询到的 3条电话本记录。
如图 5所示, 为本发明实施例远程控制终端的系统的结构图, 包 括: DM服务器 1 , 用于发送远程控制指令, 该远程控制指令包括 AT 指令信息; 终端 2, 用于接收 DM服务器 1发送的远程控制指令, 根 据所述远程控制指令中的 AT指令信息获取 AT指令,并执行所述 AT 指令;保存所述 AT指令的执行结果和 /或所述执行结果的结果码以供 DM服务器 1读取。
另外, 该远程控制终端的系统还包括: 应用服务器 3 , 用于向 DM服务器 1下发终端 2需要执行的操作命令, DM服务器 1根据该 操作命令向终端 2发送包含 AT指令信息的远程控制命令, 并通过 DM服务器 1获取终端 2执行的结果。
其中, 终端 2可以包括:
指令接收模块 21 , 用于接收 DM服务器 1发送的远程控制指令, 该远程控制指令包括 AT指令信息;
指令获取模块 22 , 用于根据指令接收模块 21接收的 AT指令信 息获取 AT指令;
指令执行模块 23 , 用于执行指令获取模块 22获取的 AT指令, 以完成对终端的远程控制。
其中, 终端 2还可以包括: 指令回复模块 24, 用于在指令执行 模块 23执行完 AT指令之后,向 DM服务器 1回复所述 AT指令的执 行结果。
其中, 指令回复模块 24 包括: 结果获取子模块 241 , 用于获取 AT指令的执行结果; 结果上报子模块 242, 用于将结果获取子模块 241获取的执行结 果上报 DM服务器 1。
其中, 指令回复模块 24还包括: 结果码上报子模块 243 , 用于 将 AT指令的执行结果的结果码上报 DM服务器 1。
其中, 指令回复模块 24还包括: 结果保存子模块 244, 用于在 结果码上报子模块 243将执行结果的结果码上报 DM服务器 1之后, 保存 AT指令的执行结果。
其中, DM服务器 1包括: 指令发送模块 11 , 用于向终端 2发送 远程控制指令, 该远程控制指令包括 AT指令信息。
其中, DM服务器 1还包括: 结果接收模块 12, 用于接收终端 2 上报的执行结果。
其中, 结果接收模块 12 包括: 结果读取子模块 121 , 用于当终 端 2上报的为执行结果的结果码时,根据该执行结果的结果码读取执 行结果的数据。
在实际的 DM系统中, 终端可以包括远程控制管理对象 RCMO 和远程控制执行代理 RC Agent。 其中, RCMO用来保存 DM服务器 下发的操作指令, 并在 DM服务器的指示下触发 RC Agent对操作指 令的执行。 当 RCMO收到 DM服务器下发的执行指令时, 触发 RC Agent来执行 DM服务器下发的指令, RC Agent完成 DM服务器下发 的操作指令后, 将执行结果反馈给 RCMO中进行保存。 RCMO可以 将该结果通过 DM服务器返回给应用服务器,也可以等待应用服务器 来读取。
上述远程控制终端的系统, DM服务器 1将包含 AT指令信息的 远程控制指令下发给终端 2, 终端 2通过 AT指令信息获取 AT指令, 并执行该 AT指令指示的操作, 从而达到远程控制终端的目的。 由于 AT指令被篡改的可能性小, 因此提高了远程控制的安全性, 增强了 用户的体验度。
通过以上的实施方式的描述,本领域的技术人员可以清楚地了解 到本发明, 可以通过硬件实现, 也可以借助软件加必要的通用硬件平 台的方式来实现。基于这样的理解, 本发明的技术方案可以以软件产 品的形式体现出来, 该软件产品可以存储在一个非易失性存储介质
(可以是 CD-ROM, U盘, 移动硬盘等) 中, 包括若干指令用以使得 一台计算机设备(可以是个人计算机, 服务器, 或者网络设备等)执 行本发明各个实施例所述的方法。
以上公开的仅为本发明的几个具体实施例, 但是, 本发明并非局 限于此,任何本领域的技术人员能思之的变化都应落入本发明的保护 范围。

Claims

权利要求
1、 一种远程控制终端的方法, 用于设备管理 DM系统, 其特征 在于, 包括以下步骤:
接收 DM服务器发送的远程控制指令, 所述远程控制指令包括 AT指令信息;
根据所述 AT指令信息获取 AT指令;
执行所述 AT指令。
2、 如权利要求 1所述远程控制终端的方法, 其特征在于, 在执 行所述 AT指令之后, 还包括: 向所述 DM服务器回复执行所述 AT 指令的执行结果。
3、 如权利要求 1所述远程控制终端的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 AT指令信息包括 AT指令的命令名,或 AT指令的命令名和命令参数, 或 AT指令的命令名和用户信息, 或 AT指令的命令名、 命令参数和 用户信息;
所述根据所述 AT指令信息获取 AT指令具体包括: 将所述 AT 指令的命令名, 或所述 AT指令的命令名和命令参数, 或所述 AT指 令的命令名和用户信息, 或所述 AT指令的命令名、 命令参数和用户 信息合成所述 AT指令。
4、 如权利要求 2所述远程控制终端的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 向所述 DM服务器回复执行所述 AT指令的执行结果包括:
获取所述 AT指令的执行结果;
将所述执行结果上报 DM服务器。
5、 如权利要求 4所述远程控制终端的方法, 其特征在于, 所述 将所述执行结果上报 DM服务器包括: 将所述 AT指令的执行结果的 结果码上报所述 DM服务器。
6、 如权利要求 5所述远程控制终端的方法, 其特征在于, 在将 所述 AT指令的执行结果的结果码上报所述 DM服务器之后,还包括: 保存所述 AT指令的执行结果和 /或所述执行结果的结果码,用于 供所述 DM服务器读取。
7、 一种远程控制终端的系统, 其特征在于, 包括:
DM服务器, 用于发送远程控制指令, 所述远程控制指令包括 AT指令信息;
终端,用于接收所述 DM服务器发送的远程控制指令,根据所述 远程控制指令中的 AT指令信息获取 AT指令, 并执行所述 AT指令。
8、 如权利要求 7所述的系统, 其特征在于, 所述终端还用于保 存所述 AT指令的执行结果和 /或所述执行结果的结果码;
所述 DM服务器还用于接收所述终端上报的执行结果,或者读取
9、 一种终端, 其特征在于, 包括:
指令接收模块,用于接收 DM服务器发送的远程控制指令, 所述 远程控制指令包括 AT指令信息;
指令获取模块, 用于根据所述指令接收模块接收的 AT指令信息 获取 AT指令;
指令执行模块, 用于执行所述指令获取模块获取的 AT指令, 以 完成对所述终端的远程控制。
10、 如权利要求 9所述终端, 其特征在于, 还包括: 指令回复模 块, 用于当所述指令执行模块完成对所述终端的远程控制后, 向所述 DM服务器回复执行结果。
11、 如权利要求 10所述终端, 其特征在于, 所述指令回复模块 包括:
结果获取子模块, 用于获取执行所述 AT指令的执行结果; 结果上报子模块,用于将所述结果获取子模块获取的执行结果上 报所述 DM服务器。
12、 如权利要求 10所述终端, 其特征在于, 所述指令回复模块 包括: 结果码上报子模块, 用于将所述 AT指令的执行结果的结果码 上报所述 DM服务器。
13、 如权利要求 12所述终端, 其特征在于, 所述指令回复模块 还包括: 结果保存子模块, 用于在所述结果码上报子模块将所述执行 结果的结果码上报所述 DM服务器之后, 保存所述 AT指令的执行结 果。
14、 一种 DM服务器, 其特征在于, 包括:
指令发送模块, 用于向终端发送远程控制指令, 所述远程控制指 令包括 AT指令信息;
其中, 所述终端用于接收所述远程控制指令, 根据所述远程控制 指令中的所述 AT指令信息获取 AT指令, 并执行所述 AT指令。
15、 如权利要求 14所述 DM服务器, 其特征在于, 还包括: 结 果接收模块, 用于接收所述终端上报的执行结果。
16、 如权利要求 15所述 DM服务器, 其特征在于, 所述结果接 收模块包括: 结果读取子模块, 用于当所述终端上报的为所述执行结 果的结果码时, 根据所述执行结果的结果码读取所述执行结果的数 据。
