Abstract

 空間光変調器及びランダム位相マスクの組み込み位置精度を向上することができる光制御装置を提供する。更に、衝撃や振動に対して空間光変調器とランダム位相マスクとの間の位置ずれを防止することができる光制御装置を提供する。  光制御装置(1)において、基板(2)と、基板(2)上に配設され、光を変調する光変調ユニット(3)と、光変調ユニット(3)の光軸(5)上において光変調ユニット(3)に積層されたランダム位相マスク(4)とを備える。
