Abstract

 同一波長の蛍光を観察する場合においても、S/N比の高い観察しやすい画像が望まれる観察条件と、他の蛍光成分の混入を抑えることが望まれる観察条件とに応じて、それぞれ適正な観察を行うことを可能にする。撮影対象に向けて励起光を照射する励起光光源(8)と、該励起光光源(8)からの励起光の照射により撮影対象から放射される蛍光から、中心波長が同一で、通過帯域幅の異なる複数の波長帯域の蛍光を分離可能な分光素子(12)と、該分光素子(12)により分離された蛍光を撮像する撮像部(13)とを備える分光観察装置を提供する。
