Abstract

Dispositivo previsto para ser fijado a Ia parte superior del frasco de aerosol que contiene Ia sustancia a aplicar, siendo que dicho dispositivo lleva solidariamente unida a uno de sus laterales una esponja en forma de lagrima que favorece la aplicación estando dicha esponja atravesada por un agujero pasante por donde se expulsa Ia sustancia a aplicar en donde Ia esponja o almohadilla, cuando no esta uso, va cubierta por una caperuza en cuyo interior va fijado un vastago que se aloja en el agujero pasante antes dicho facilitando Ia fijación de dicha caperuza y evitando que los restos de sustancia que puedan quedar en el agujero pasante puedan llegar a obstruirlo.

Description

DISPOSITIVO APLICADOR DE SUSTANCIAS CONTENIDAS EN AEROSOL
La presente invención, tal y como su nombre indica consiste en un dispositivo aplicador de sustancias para Ia limpieza de calzado cuando dichas sustancias se contienen en un aerosol. El objeto de Ia invención consiste en un dispositivo previsto para ser fijado a
Ia parte superior del frasco de aerosol que contiene Ia sustancia a aplicar, siendo que dicho dispositivo lleva solidariamente unida a uno de sus laterales una esponja en forma de lágrima que favorece Ia aplicación estando dicha esponja atravesada por un agujero pasante por donde se expulsa Ia sustancia a aplicar. El sector de Ia técnica al que pertenece es el de los artículos para limpieza de superficies.
ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓN
En el ámbito de Ia limpieza de superficies y en concreto en Ia limpieza de calzado se han desarrollado diferentes aplicadores de sustancias de limpieza.
En el ámbito de las sustancias de limpieza contenidas en aerosol cabe citar como referencias Ia patente ES 2041331 referida a un aplicador de líquidos para acoplamiento a envases constituido por dos superficies cilindricas superpuestas solidarias, acopladas sobre Ia válvula de escape del frasco aerosol y el cuello del propio envase, en cuyo extremo superior, sobre el eje de Ia válvula, va instalada una esponja que se impregna cuando la válvula se abre accionada al desplazarse el aplicador entero por presión.
Una solución similar recoge el modelo de utilidad U9402064 y Ia patente ES2132696 aunque en este caso el dispositivo viene constituido por dos elementos cilindricos en donde el inferior va fijado al cuello del aerosol siendo el superior, de diámetro inferior el que, en su recorrido descendente presiona Ia válvula del aerosol y libera Ia sustancia impregnándose de este modo una esponja ubicada sobre el eje de dicha válvula.
En los tres antecedentes citados Ia esponja abrillantadora se encuentra centrada sobre el eje del envase, coincidiendo en un plano superior con Ia válvula de salida del líquido.
Esa configuración del dispositivo vincula necesariamente Ia liberación de líquido limpiador con Ia presión ejercida sobre el conjunto entero, por ejemplo, durante las operaciones de limpiado de tal forma que no puede el usuario presionar sobre Ia superficie a limpiar sin que se libere líquido, aún cuando este no sea necesario, ni puede liberar líquido limpiador si no mediante Ia presión del conjunto. Por otro lado Ia posición y configuración de las esponjas en estos dispositivos hace que estas se impregnen de sustancia limpiadora desde su parte interior hacia Ia exterior, a través de las propias cavidades y canales de Ia esponja, que fácilmente pueden saturarse impidiendo el paso de más sustancia limpiadora hacia Ia superficie salvo que se utilice una sustancia excesivamente líquida en cuyo caso pueden generarse problemas de goteo o derrames.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN
Para solventar los problemas expuestos, Ia invención que se propone consiste en un dispositivo que queda fijado a Ia parte superior de un frasco aerosol en donde se contiene Ia sustancia a aplicar siendo que en uno de sus laterales de dicho dispositivo va incorporada una almohadilla atravesada por un agujero pasante coincidente con Ia carrera de salida de Ia sustancia limpiadora.
Para presionar Ia válvula de escape, el dispositivo posee una parte batiente que, al ser presionada por el usuario, en su carrera descendente, provoca Ia apertura de Ia válvula liberando Ia sustancia contenida en el aerosol.
Una vez liberada Ia sustancia a aplicar, esta atraviesa una pequeña cánula que desemboca en el agujero pasante practicado en Ia almohadilla lateral siendo que Ia propia presión de liberación de Ia sustancia favorece su llegada a Ia superficie exterior de dicha almohadilla. La almohadilla tal y como está pensada presenta forma de lágrima para facilitar, gracias a su extremo más agudo, el acceso a determinadas esquinas y huecos y, gracias su parte más ancha, Ia rápida aplicación en las zonas más extensas.
Para mejorar Ia conservación de Ia esponja o almohadilla y evitar que manche cuando no está en uso, Ia invención presenta una tapadera que se fija por presión sobre Ia misma y que incorpora un vastago que se alojará en el agujero pasante antes dicho evitando de ese modo que Ia sustancia se seque en su interior obstruyéndolo.
La configuración del invento facilita su utilización ya que desde el punto de vista ergonómico, asido el objeto con una mano y desplegado el dedo índice sobre Ia parte flexible batiente, que es Ia posición recomendada de uso, Ia almohadilla queda en una posición relativa respecto de Ia mano que permite su total control, incluso en movimientos veloces, así como Ia fácil aplicación de fuerza sobre Ia misma. BREVE ENUNCIADO DE LAS FIGURAS
La FIGURA 1 muestra una perspectiva en explosión del dispositivo y su posición relativa respecto del frasco que contiene Ia sustancia a aplicar en donde se aprecia Ia pieza (1) que queda fijada al frasco aerosol (2), Ia esponja o almohadilla (3) en forma de lágrima atravesada por un agujero pasante (4) y el protector (5) que cubre Ia almohadilla y que incorpora un vastago (6) destinado a alojarse en el agujero pasante antes dicho.
La FIGURA 2 muestra una perspectiva inferior del dispositivo, también en explosión en donde se aprecia igualmente el protector (5) con el vastago (6) destinado a alojarse en el agujero pasante (4) de Ia almohadilla (3) y en donde de forma detallada se localiza Ia forma circular inferior de Ia pieza (7) destinada a fijarse sobre el frasco aerosol, el elemento batiente (8) Ia pieza destinada a presionar Ia válvula del aerosol (9) y Ia cánula de salida de Ia sustancia contenida en el frasco (10)
La FIGURA 3 muestra una perspectiva posterior del dispositivo en donde además del protector (5) con el vastago (6) y Ia almohadilla (3) se aprecia Ia superficie batiente (11) del dispositivo.
DESCRIPCIÓN DE UN MODO DE REALIZACIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓN
Se describe aquí un modo de realizar Ia invención bien entendido que su ámbito de protección se extenderá aún a realizaciones distintas siempre y cuando incluyan los elementos esenciales que se describen.
La invención consiste en un dispositivo para aplicación de sustancias contenidas en un frasco aerosol en donde sus componentes esenciales son una pieza (1) que se une solidariamente al propio frasco aerosol (2) siendo que dicha pieza posee elementos de fijación (7), una zona batiente (8) y (11) en cuya parte interior existe una pieza hueca esencialmente cilindrica (9) con determinados relieves interiores destinada a actuar, en su carrera descendente, sobre Ia válvula del aerosol (12) liberando Ia sustancia contenida en su interior, que se dirige hacia el exterior a través de una cánula (10) que desemboca en un orificio pasante (4) practicado en una almohadilla (3) fijada en un lateral del dispositivo viniendo dicha almohadilla protegida, durante su no uso, por una tapa protectora (5) que incluye un vastago (6) destinado a alojarse en el orificio pasante (4) antes explicado.
La pieza principal (1) va montada sobre el frasco de aerosol (2) de tal modo que Ia prolongación hueca esencialmente cilindrica (9) de Ia parte inferior del elemento batiente (8) y (11) quede acoplada sobre Ia válvula del aerosol (12) pero sin presionarla. Al ejercerse presión sobre dicho elemento batiente (11) Ia prolongación cilindrica se desplaza provocando Ia apertura de Ia válvula y liberando Ia sustancia contenida en el frasco que, gracias a Ia presión con Ia que es expulsada, consigue acceder hasta Ia superficie de Ia almohadilla (3) recorriendo para ello tanto Ia cánula (10) que salva Ia distancia entre Ia válvula y Ia almohadilla como el orificio pasante (4) que atraviesa dicha almohadilla.
La almohadilla antes citada tiene forma de lágrima favoreciéndose de ese modo Ia aplicación de Ia sustancia en zonas de difícil acceso, gracias a su extremo más afilado, así como Ia rápida aplicación en zonas de mayor superficie gracias a su parte más ancha. Para proteger Ia almohadilla durante los periodos de no uso, se ha incorporado un protector (5) que incluye un vastago (6) que se inserta en el orificio pasante (4) consiguiendo por un lado una mejor fijación del protector a la almohadilla y, por otro, el mantenimiento del orificio pasante en condiciones expeditas para su uso.

1.- DISPOSITIVO APLICADOR DE SUSTANCIAS CONTENIDAS EN AEROSOL del tipo de los que consisten en una pieza fijada sobre un frasco aerosol e incluyen una almohadilla que se impregna para favorecer Ia aplicación de las sustancia esencialmente caracterizado porque Ia almohadilla (3), uno de cuyos extremos es más estrecho, se encuentra en posición lateral, viniendo atravesada por un orificio pasante (4) que encara con una cánula (10) que canaliza Ia salida de Ia sustancia existente en el interior del aerosol (2) al presionarse Ia válvula (12) por una pieza hueca esencialmente cilindrica (9) alojada en Ia parte inferior de una parte basculante (8) y (11) integrada en Ia pieza (1) principal que queda fijada sobre el frasco aerosol.
2.- DISPOSITIVO APLICADOR DE SUSTANCIAS CONTENIDAS EN AEROSOL según reivindicación 1 caracterizado porque el elemento batiente (8), (11) tiene un recorrido esencialmente vertical y contrario al movimiento recuperatorio de posición de cierre de Ia válvula del aerosol.
3.- DISPOSITIVO APLICADOR DE SUSTANCIAS CONTENIDAS EN AEROSOL según reivindicación 1 esencialmente caracterizado porque contiene un elemento protector (5) de Ia almohadilla en cuya parte interior existe un vastago (6) coincidente con el orificio pasante (4) practicado en Ia almohadilla (3) de tal modo que, puesto dicho protector en el dispositivo, dicho vastago queda alojado dentro de aquel orificio siendo Ia longitud de ambos, vastago y orificio, esencialmente coincidente.
4.- DISPOSITIVO APLICADOR DE SUSTANCIAS CONTENIDAS EN AEROSOL según reivindicación 1 esencialmente caracterizado porque Ia almohadilla (3) presenta una superficie uno de cuyos extremos, preferiblemente el superior, es más estrecho y finaliza en ángulo mientras que el resto es sensiblemente más ancho y regular.
5.- DISPOSITIVO APLICADOR DE SUSTANCIAS CONTENIDAS EN AEROSOL según reivindicación 1 y 4 esencialmente caracterizado porque Ia almohadilla, (3) posee un orificio pasante que coincide, en uno de sus extremos, con el final de Ia cánula (10).
6.- DISPOSITIVO APLICADOR DE SUSTANCIAS CONTENIDAS EN AEROSOL según reivindicación 1 esencialmente caracterizado porque Ia parte batiente (11) tiene una superficie mayor a Ia de Ia yema del dedo índice de una persona adulta.
