本发明设计了一种可双面折叠的铰链结构, 可在不拆卸端墙及不使用吊 车或叉车的情况下就可以双向折叠, 而向箱体外侧折叠后的端墙可作为一个 坡道使用, 为机动车辆等特殊产品的装载提供了一个方便快捷的途径; 另一 方面, 本发明的折叠集装箱铰链保留了现有铰链可向箱体内折叠的特点以及 标准折叠集装箱的尺寸要求, 所以同时满足了 ISO标准的吊装、 堆码要求。 这样, 对于某些特殊产品, 如机动车辆等, 就可以通过端墙向箱体外侧折叠 所形成的坡道, 直接开到箱的底架平台上或从底架平台上开下来, 而不需要 起吊设备的协助, 进而縮短了装载货物的时间, 降低了装载货物的成本。 附图说明

下面结合附图, 通过对本发明的具体实施方式详细描述, 将使本发明的 技术方案及其他有益效果显而易见。
本发明的铰链枢接于底架和端墙的角柱之间, 在实现现有技术集装箱铰 链将端墙相对于底架的立起和放倒折叠功能外, 同时实现端墙向箱体外的放
倒折叠, 本发明的独创之处在于折叠集装箱的铰链的结构, 折叠集装箱其它 部件的结构在此不再赘述。
图 3为铰链 3的整体示意图。 如图 3所示, 本发明的折叠集装箱的铰链 3包括: 内铰链 31、 外铰链 30、 第一、 第二转销 33、 34, 内铰链 31、 外铰 链 30通过第一、 第二转销 33、 34活动连接。
图 4为内铰链 31的结构示意图。 如图 4所示, 内铰链 31包括: 第一内 铰链板 311、 第二内铰链板 312 以及内铰链顶板 313。 其中, 第一内铰链板 311、 第二内铰链板 312均可以为 L形板, 分别位于箱体的外、 内侧且相互平 行设置, 内铰链顶板 313垂直设置于第一内铰链板 311、 第二外铰链板 312 顶部, 该内铰链顶板 313上设置有 U型缺口 3131, 该 U型缺口 3131的作用 与集装箱顶角件顶孔相似, 可作为集装箱顶角件顶孔使用; 另外, 在第一内 铰链板 311、 第二内铰链板 312上靠近内铰链顶板 313的边缘还分别开设有 相当于集装箱顶角件的吊装侧孔 3113、 3123; 进一步的, 第一内铰链板 311 的两个伸展端开设有第一、 第二枢转孔 3111、 3112, 第二内铰链板 312的两 个伸展端开设有分别与第一内铰链板的第一、 二枢转孔 3111、 3112同轴的第 一、 第二枢转孔 3121、 3122, 用于与外铰链 30的连接。
上述的内铰链结构中, 理论上讲, 内铰链顶板 313也可不单独设置, 只 要在两内铰链板上分别设置两吊装侧孔 3113、 3123 , 而两内铰链板之间的空 隙则作为顶角件的顶孔使用, 以保证在端墙向箱体内折叠后的箱的吊装即可。
图 5为外铰链 30的结构示意图。 如图 5所示, 外铰链 30包括: 第一外 铰链板 301、 第二外铰链板 302 以及外铰链顶板 303。 其中, 第一外铰链板 301、第二外铰链板 302均可以为 L形板, 分别位于箱体的外、 内侧且相互平 行设置, 外铰链顶板 303垂直设置于第一外铰链板 301、 第二内铰链板 302 顶部。 第一外铰链板 301 的两个伸展端开设有与第一、 第二内铰链板的第一 枢转孔 3111、 3121同轴的第一枢转孔 3011、及与第一、第二内铰链板的第二 枢转孔 3112、 3122同轴的第二枢转孔 3012; 而第二外铰链板 302的两个伸 展端开设有与第一、 第二内铰链板的第一枢转孔 3111、 3121同轴的第一枢转 孔 3021、 及与第一、 第二内铰链板的第二枢转孔 3112、 3122 同轴的第二枢 转孔 3022 (图 7所示), 枢转孔 3011与 3021 同轴, 枢转孔 3012与 3022同 轴。
上述的外铰链结构中, 理论上讲, 外铰链顶板 303也可不单独设置, 只 要将两外铰链板直接与端墙角柱连接即可, 而图 5中外铰链板 301顶部所设 的凸起部分 3015是为了使外铰链板 301与端墙角柱更好的连接所设置,因为 在端墙角柱上匹配设置了与凸起部分 3015配合连接的缺口 21 (图 9所示)。
内、 外铰链的连接方式如图 3、 图 6、 图 7所示, 外铰链 30套装在内铰 链 31的外部; 第一转销 33分别插入第一外铰链板 301的第一枢转孔 3011、 第一、 第二内铰链板 311、 312的第一枢转孔 3111、 3121、 以及第二外铰链板 302的第一枢转孔 3021 ;而第二转销 34分别插入第一外铰链板 301的第二枢 转孔 3012、 第一、 第二内铰链板 311、 312的第二枢转孔 3112、 3122、 以及 第二外铰链板 302的第二枢转孔 3022 (图 7所示), 从而将内外铰链枢转连 接。
参见图 9、 图 10, 在本实施例中, 内铰链 31的底部与底角件 4的顶部及 端梁(图中未示) 固定连接, 外铰链 30则固定连接于折叠集装箱端墙 2的端 角柱 (图中未示) 下端。
再如图 6、 图 7、 图 10所示, 当第一转销 33位于拔出状态时, 端墙 1 可以绕第二转轴 34向折叠集装箱的内侧翻转,从而使端墙 2折叠于底架 1的 载货平台上; 当第二转销 34位于拔出状态时, 端墙 2可以绕第一转轴 33向 折叠集装箱的外侧翻转, 从而使端墙 2作为装卸货物的坡道。
本发明的铰链的工作过程如图 6至图 10所示:
如图 6所示,拔出第一转销 33,外铰链 30绕第二转轴 34沿 D'的方向转 动, 进而带动折叠集装箱端墙 2折叠于底架 1的载货平台上, 因此空箱尺寸 减小, 降低了空箱存放和运输的成本。
如图 7所示, 拔出第二转销 34, 外铰链 30绕第一转销 33沿 D"的方向 转动, 进而带动折叠集装箱端墙 2向底架 1载货平台外侧翻转而构成一个倾 斜放置的坡道, 方便货物的装卸。 因此对于某些特殊的产品, 比如机动车辆, 就可以通过坡道直接开到箱的底架平台上, 不需要起吊设备的协助, 縮短了 装载货物的时间, 降低了货运成本。
进一步的, 如图 8所示, 外铰链 30的第一外铰链板 301上靠近底角件 4 的位置设置有阶梯状限位台阶 3013、 3014, 当第二转销 34被拔出, 作为坡 道的端墙 2绕第一转销 33 向上翻转到竖直位置时, 位于竖直面的限位台阶
3014可限制端墙 2绕第一转销 33继续沿翻转方向偏离竖直位置而将端墙 2 限位于竖直位置, 这时可方便安全插入第二转销 34, 将端墙 2固定于竖直位 置; 而当第一转销 33被拔出, 折叠于底架 1平台上的端墙 2绕第二转销 34 向上翻转到竖直位置时,位于水平面的限位台阶 3013可限制端墙 2绕第二转 销 34继续沿翻转方向偏离竖直位置而将端墙 2限位于竖直位置,这时可方便 安全插入第一转销 33, 将端墙 2固定于竖直位置, 达到了一般折叠集装箱的 功能要求。
同样,外铰链 30的第二外铰链板 302上也对应设置有阶梯状限位台阶(图 中未示), 其作用原理与第一外铰链板 301的限位台阶相同, 在此不再赘述。
由技术常识可知, 本发明可以通过其它的不脱离其精神实质或必要特征 的实施方案来实现。 因此, 上述公开的实施方案, 就各方面而言, 都只是举 例说明, 并不是仅有的。 所有在本发明范围内或在等同于本发明的范围内的 改变均被本发明包含。
Claims
1、 一种折叠集装箱用铰链, 其特征在于, 包括:
内铰链, 包括相互平行的两内铰链板, 所述两内铰链板相互对正分离地 固定连接于相应的折叠集装箱底角件及端梁, 所述两内铰链板均分别设置有 位置相对应的两枢转孔, 所述两内铰链板的上部中间位置均分别设置起吊用 的吊装孔;
外铰链, 套设于该内铰链外侧并固定连接于相应的折叠集装箱端墙角柱 的下端, 所述外铰链包括相互平行的两外铰链板, 所述两外铰链板均分别设 置有与所述两内铰链板上的枢转孔相对应的两枢转孔, 所述两外铰链板上靠 近其相应底角件位置设有与该底角件相配合限位的阶梯状限位台阶, 用于端 墙在所需位置的限位固定;
第一转销, 可插入或脱离所述相互对应的外、 内铰链板的枢转孔中使所 述内、 外铰链枢转连接或脱离; 以及
第二转销, 与该第一转销平行设置并配合使用, 可脱离或插入所述相互 对应的内、 外铰链板的枢转孔中使所述内、 外铰链脱离或枢转连接;
其中在拔出所述第一转销、 第二转销其中之一时, 所述外铰链可绕另外 一根转销翻转, 从而带动端墙向箱体内或外的翻转折叠; 当所述第一转销、 第二转销同时位于对应的内、 外铰链的枢转孔内时, 所述可折叠集装箱的端 墙被固定在竖直状态。
2、根据权利要求 1所述的折叠集装箱用铰链, 其特征在于, 所述内铰链 板为 L形板, 且所述内铰链板上的两枢转孔分别形成于所述内铰链板的两伸 展端; 所述外铰链板为 L形板, 且所述外铰链板上的两枢转孔分别形成于所 述外铰链板的两伸展端。
3、根据权利要求 1所述的折叠集装箱用铰链, 其特征在于, 所述两相互 平行的内铰链板的顶部设置有与所述内铰链板垂直的 U型缺口内铰链顶板。
4、根据权利要求 3所述的折叠集装箱用铰链, 其特征在于, 所述的内铰 链为两内铰链板及内铰链顶板一体成型的铸件或焊接件。
5、根据权利要求 1所述的折叠集装箱用铰链, 其特征在于, 所述两相互 平行的外铰链板的顶部设置有与所述外铰链板垂直的外铰链顶板, 所述外铰
链顶板与所述折叠集装箱的端墙角柱连接的顶端设置有与所述端墙角柱匹配 连接的凸起。
6、根据权利要求 5所述的折叠集装箱用铰链, 其特征在于, 所述的外铰 链为将两外铰链板及外铰链顶板一体成型的铸件或焊接件。
7、 一种折叠集装箱, 包括底架、 端墙、 枢接于该端墙和该底架之间的铰 链、 装设于底架和端墙上的角件; 其特征在于, 所述的铰链包括:
内铰链, 包括相互平行的两内铰链板, 所述两内铰链板的底部与折叠集 装箱的底角件及端梁固定连接, 所述两内铰链板均分别设置有两枢转孔, 所 述两内铰链板顶部中间位置均分别设置有用于起吊用的吊装孔;
外铰链,套设于该内铰链外侧并固定连接于折叠集装箱端墙角柱的下端, 所述外铰链包括相互平行的两外铰链板, 所述两外铰链板均分别设置有与所 述两内铰链板上的枢转孔相对应的两枢转孔;
第一转销, 可插入或脱离所述相互对应的内、 外铰链板的枢转孔中使所 述内、 外铰链枢转连接或脱离; 以及
第二转销, 与该第一转销平行设置并配合使用, 可脱离或插入所述相互 对应的内、 外铰链板的枢转孔中使所述内、 外铰链脱离或枢转连接;
其中在拔出所述第一转销、 第二转销其中之一时, 所述外铰链可绕另外 一根转销翻转, 从而带动端墙向箱体内或外的翻转折叠; 当所述第一转销、 第二转销同时位于对应的内外铰链的枢转孔内时, 端墙被固定在竖直状态。
8、 根据权利要求 7所述的折叠集装箱, 其特征在于, 所述两外铰链板外 侧靠近底角件位置设有阶梯状的限位台阶, 用于在所述外铰链绕所述第一转 销或者第二转销翻转时将所述端墙在竖直状态进行限位。
9、 根据权利要求 7或 8所述的折叠集装箱, 其特征在于, 所述内铰链板 为 L形板, 且所述内铰链板上的两枢转孔分别形成于所述内铰链板的两伸展 端; 所述外铰链板为 L形板, 且所述外铰链板上的两枢转孔分别形成于所述 外铰链板的两伸展端。
10、 根据权利要求 7或 8所述的折叠集装箱, 其特征在于, 所述两相互 平行的内铰链板的顶部设置有与所述内铰链板垂直的内铰链顶板, 该内铰链 板顶板中开设有用于折叠集装箱起吊用的 U型缺口。
11、 根据权利要求 10所述的折叠集装箱, 其特征在于, 所述内铰链为两
内铰链板及内铰链顶板一体成型的铸件或悍接件。
12、 根据权利要求 7或 8所述的折叠集装箱, 其特征在于, 所述两相互 平行的外铰链板顶部垂直设置有外铰链顶板, 所述两外铰链板顶板与端墙角 柱连接的顶端均设置有与端墙角柱匹配连接的凸起。
13、 根据权利要求 12所述的折叠集装箱, 其特征在于, 所述外铰链为两 外铰链板及外铰链板顶板一体成型的铸件或焊接件。
