Abstract

 高電圧および高圧力下で長期間連続駆動できる耐久性の高い積層型圧電素子とその製造方法、並びに噴射装置及び燃料噴射システムを提供する。  その積層型圧電素子は、複数の内部電極層と内部電極層を介して積層された複数の圧電体層とを備えた積層構造体を有する積層型圧電素子であって、積層構造体における内部電極層と平行な断面の断面積は、積層方向の両端部側が積層方向の中央部よりも小さい。
