Abstract

A method for manufacturing a porous polymer molded article has a step of laminating, on a polymer molded article, a first mask whereupon a plurality of openings are formed and a second mask whereupon a plurality of openings having an average opening diameter larger than that of the first mask are formed, and a step of forming a through hole on the polymer molded article by performing dry etching from the side of the second mask.
