Abstract

It is intended to provide a production method and a supply or storage method of a glucose syrup or a mixed syrup of glucose in high concentration as such or with an increased amount of glucose without depositing crystals. According to the invention, a production method and a supply method of a glucose syrup or a mixed syrup of glucose and fructose including the steps of: preparing a mixed liquid of glucose, glucooligosaccharide and/or sucrose; and degrading glucooligosaccharide and/or sucrose into a monosaccharide by heating and/or an enzyme after storing and/or transporting the mixed liquid are provided.
