Abstract

 より応用がしやすく、特異的なオン-オフ制御をすることができる、翻訳制御可能なmRNA、かかるmRNAと特異的に結合したRNA-蛋白質複合体、および翻訳制御システムを提供することを目的とする。リボソーム結合部位の5’側、またはオープンリーディングフレームの5’側内部に、RNA-蛋白質複合体相互作用モチーフ由来の塩基配列を有するmRNA、及びリボソーム結合部位の5’側、またはオープンリーディングフレームの5’側内部に、RNA-蛋白質複合体相互作用モチーフ由来の塩基配列に相補的な塩基配列を有するmRNAを提供する。
