Abstract

L'invention porte sur un procédé par lequel des eaux usées contenant des substances organiques sont efficacement traitées à l'aide d'un appareil simple avec une commande de fonctionnement simple ; et sur un appareil pour le procédé. L'appareil comprend un réacteur (1) qui a une structure à double tuyau comprenant un tuyau externe (2), une buse d'entrée (3) disposée sur un côté latéral en amont du tuyau externe (2), une buse de sortie (4) disposée dans le côté latéral du tuyau externe (2) qui est situé en aval de la buse d'entrée (3), et un tuyau interne (5) disposé à l'intérieur du tuyau externe (2). Le tuyau interne (5) est un tuyau ayant une perméabilité à l'ozone et une résistance à l'oxydation. Une eau contenant des substances organiques à laquelle un accélérateur de décomposition d'ozone a été ajouté est amenée à passer à travers le tuyau externe (2), et un gaz contenant de l'ozone est alimenté vers le tuyau interne (5). L'ozone à l'intérieur du tuyau interne (5) passe par perméation à travers la paroi du tuyau interne (5) et s'écoule dans l'eau contenant des substances organiques. Une partie de l'ozone qui s'est écoulée réagit avec l'accélérateur de décomposition d'ozone contenu dans l'eau pour générer des radicaux OH. L'ozone et les radicaux OH décomposent les substances organiques contenues dans l'eau.
