Abstract

 融点の低い亜鉛材料において、被覆率の高い亜鉛被膜を形成することができる放電表面処理用電極を得るものである。  純金属亜鉛粉末および表面が酸化された金属亜鉛粉末の少なくとも一方からなる亜鉛系粉末と、この亜鉛系粉末に対して5体積%以上90体積%以下の酸化亜鉛粉末とを均一に分布させて圧縮成形し、気孔率を10体積%以上55体積%以下の範囲とした放電表面処理用電極を作製し、この放電表面処理用電極を用いて亜鉛被膜を形成する。
