Abstract

【課題】 混相流の流量計測において、超音波の反射波または速度分布のうち少なくとも一方のデータを演算処理することにより相と相との界面位置を検出し、混相流の流量を精度よく検出することができる超音波混相流量計、超音波混相流量計測プログラム、および超音波を用いた混相流量計測方法を提供する。 【解決手段】 流体に超音波を発射し、かつその反射波を受信する超音波送受信手段2と、前記反射波のデータから流速分布を算出する流速分布算出手段7と、前記流速分布の差分演算を実行する差分演算部81または前記流速分布の二値化演算を実行する二値化演算部82の少なくともいずれかを有し、当該演算情報に基づいて界面位置を決定する界面位置決定手段8と、前記流速分布と前記界面位置とから流量を算出する流量算出手段9とを有する。
