Abstract

 本発明の目的は、嵩高性、柔軟性、形態安定性に優れる長繊維不織布を提供することにある。  本発明は、高融点熱可塑性樹脂(A)を含んでなる部分である(A)部と低融点熱可塑性樹脂(B)を含んでなる部分である(B)部が並列型に接合された偏芯中空複合長繊維からなる長繊維不織布であって、当該高融点熱可塑性樹脂(A)と当該低融点熱可塑性樹脂(B)の融点差が5°C以上であり、当該偏芯中空複合長繊維における(A)部:(B)部が5~30重量%:95~70重量%であり、当該偏芯中空複合長繊維断面における(A)部の厚さ(a)が(B)部の厚さ(b)より薄く、且つ当該偏芯中空複合長繊維が捲縮していることを特徴とする長繊維不織布である。
