Abstract

A device for cooling a heat producing body receiving box has an outside air fan, an inside air fan, a heat exchange element, and a bell mouth-shaped noise reduction member. The outside air fan has an inside air flow path for taking in air present in the heat producing body receiving box and circulating the air by returning it into the box and also has an outside air flow path for taking in outside air and discharging the air to the outside space, and conveys the air in the outside air flow path. The inside air fan conveys the air in the inside air flow path. The heat exchange element is provided at an intersection between the outside air flow path and the inside air flow path and exchanges sensible heat between the air in the outside air flow path and the air in the inside air flow path. The bell mouth-shaped noise reduction member is provided between a suction opening for taking in outside air and the outside air fan, has a circular opening concentric with an orifice of the outside air fan and having a diameter greater than or equal to that of the opening of the orifice, and communicates with the orifice.
